    @virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. He’s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

    .@virginmedia we’ve had no wifi all day, and the predicted fix time is tomorrow evening. Two days without being able to speak properly to anyone, and two days behind on the only work available to me, which will cost me a lot more money than I can afford to lose.

    @virginmedia could you please stop cold calling and asking your customers for authentication details, as this is exactly what scammers do! Give a code out or something for the customer to call you back, on a verifiable phone number, with!

    @virginmedia The issue is with a yellow cable outside that runs to the house and then the box attached to my outside wall which all need to be replaced. They told me another engineer would arrive by 1pm. They haven’t and I’m struggling to get any sense from anyone in the call centre.
