I was a wreck, but she’s ok now. Poor Sophie had to deal with this alone 😰

Your phone agents always tell us that it's our fault! But, I managed to get a technician and he saw how bad the internet was at mine. And, he changed my Valerie again!

Hub has been rebooted as well. Any advice? I'm not the account holder so I'm not sure if your team will talk to me via phone.
