    @virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. Heโ€™s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

    2. @virginmedia @VMHelpDesk no idea how to get into the account and claim it!! Can't seem to find my own account under either of my usual emails. Obvs I would like the credit as cash as I no longer hold a virgin media account so hoping customer service can help me locate it

    @tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

    @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk what broadband services do you offer to new customers? As @virginmedia broadband is **** and repeatedly disappoint all customers, surely wonโ€™t be too hard to provide a decent service rather than mediocrity

    @virginmedia Yes, it has happened yet again today. Not working at all. Rebooted several times. As usual App says no problems in the area. Happens every 4-6 weeks. Then we call virgin and wait 5-8 days for an engineer!Then it comes back on b4 engineer turns up.!
