@virginmedia Your phone line keeps disconnecting so I've ended up having to buy a months unlimited data from EE and now using my phone as a hot spot as I dont see the problem being rectified this week

@virginmedia Before it was saying we had a broadband problem which you were aware of and it would be sorted by 19-40 now that’s past it’s saying there is no problem with broadband test hub we’ve turned that off and back on but nothing
