    @virginmedia I had to cancel previous account because, despite paying for it, you refused to change from ex husbands name. Set up new contract and low and behold, despite setting up 3 weeks ago (with an active complaint still not@dealt with), the equipment was conveniently “delayed” 1/?

    @virginmedia TV issues for the area but not broadband. Had to reset our hub 3 times inside an hour yesterday, now that isn't fixing the issue

    @virginmedia I’m sick to death of being called by your sales teams. I’m a virgin media customer but I’m seriously thinking of moving due to these calls. Please stop them.

    @virginmedia getting fed up with the audio!! Why do we HAVE to adjust the audio syncing every day and STILL keep having problems with the audio not in sync with the mouths!!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Area 21 down all day only to be told 45 minutes before it was due back on that its going to be 11:55 which is 4 more hours... recordings not recording and naff all on freeview grrrrrr

    @virginmedia 2/2 I lie….it’s clear the date was changed becuase someone took it upon themselves to make further assumptions about the account and penalise me for daring to cancel an account you wouldn’t change the name on. A full audit would be interesting I feel.

    @virginmedia @Haylzhope It's on live TV and differs on different channels but we've only had the issue with Virgin, not BT or Sky. The fact you have "fix it yourself style " audio sync option shows how much the company care about their customers and how often there are issues.
