@virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. He’s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

@virginmedia But it isn’t a rare sight. It’s something I see at least twice a day ever since we got the hub 5. But apparently me saying that is never enough and I’m always charged. If I had a choice I would use one of the others but I’m stuck with your awful services
