@virginmedia internet went down around 13:45. Spoke to Customer Service was told engineer would be with me in 4hours. 4 hours later no engineer. Called back, rudest agent ever, enjoying his crisps down the phone, then tells me it’s not my hub but my area.

@virginmedia your customer service is atrocious, I called to cancel service after waiting to be out of contract to avoid early cancel fees only to get hit with higher charge and extra £25 for final month AFTER cancelling

@virginmedia To be honest it's my belief that some of my equipment is out of date and could do with being replaced. Sadly it seems that isn't an option and my patience has run out with it. I will call customer services again and look to take my business elsewhere.

@virginmedia trying to get disconnected from VM under the price change rules is a horrendous process, but it will be so worth it never having to deal with the terrible customer service ever again
