    @tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

    @virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. He’s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

    @virginmedia I forgot to screenshot it today.. But yeah it was showing up. Can't seem to get back on the account atm it's like it was down for maintenance. Will try later. Defo something on there though.

    @virginmedia I registered for SMS updates but didn’t receive any. However the updates on the app from yesterday about estimated fix: 1. 17:05; 2. 22:30; 3. 10:00; 4. 14:00 - it’s ridiculous. I wonder what update will come at 2pm 🤔

    @virginmedia Thanks, that is the number that cut me off. I was annoyed but I stayed polite. I know the person on the phone is not to blame but it is frustrating to be passed to three different people and have to explain the situation 3 times with no solution.
