@virginmedia I am supposed to have 500mb broadband but when I am connecting on Zoom, it constantly freezes & I get a message saying I have an unstable connection. I get the same when I am watching streaming tv.

@rachelcoldicutt @virginmedia I’ve got Linksys Velop - it’s about £75 per node (I’ve got 3 nodes, thinking about a 4th to improve a bit of a dead zone). Super easy to set up, and support were patient when I broke it by tinkering. It’s possibly to directly admin but the app is easier. (1/2)

@virginmedia I know we are going around in circles here but I have spent 4 hours on instant messenger with you guys...its pointless...u cant help me out...they lied to me, what a complete and utter flawed process..thanku for responding but this is also a waste of my time...

@virginmedia I'm basically thinking about cancelling the internet. I've been a customer for 5 years or so and in that time my bill has increased from £32 to £48 per momth from this March despite me lowering my speed from 200 to 100mbp/s. Also my Hub 3's wireless barely even functions.
