@virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

@Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

@tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

@virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

2. @virginmedia @VMHelpDesk no idea how to get into the account and claim it!! Can't seem to find my own account under either of my usual emails. Obvs I would like the credit as cash as I no longer hold a virgin media account so hoping customer service can help me locate it

@virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

@virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

@virginmedia time now 11:14pm and certain channels still aren’t working, things said they have recorded when they haven’t, search function also still not working code c133. I think a refund is due to a lot of customers 👎🏻👎🏻#virginmediadown

@virginmedia I did yes it says no known issues for my area. The router is about 6yrs old now though. The reason I ask about the devices is I’m struggling to connect my ring door bell to my WiFi but it connects to my neighbours WiFi fine so thought it could be congested

@virginmedia It is a super hub 2 the lights that are showing are power light at the bottom, up and down arrows above it, tick above that and the 2.4ghz light above that. The 5Ghz lights is off. All lights on are blue

@virginmedia That I change settings on my phone, take my sim out and rub the gold bit. I’ve been missing important calls from my doctor and hospital for medication because they can’t get through to me and I am unable to call back - this is a serious issue. I want to cancel my contract

@virginmedia I’ve stated this to Syed and he outright refused it. I would like financial compensation. If there was a lose of service, a credit or refund would have been given. However, as I’m no longer a customer, the only suitable resolution would be a financial compensation.
