    @virginmedia I've done all the checks. I had an engineer out last year and the problem was sorted for a few months then it goes back to losing signal

    Really frustrating customer service unable to get through to anyone, no replies on chat. Poor broadband service on speed test paying 200mbps receiving 3mbps minimum guaranteed download speed should be 107mbps. Please can someone respond. @virginmedia

    I could not be more disgusted with @virginmedia On hold for an hour and then cut off. My 82 year old mother beside herself, no help at all. Yet I had initially called @BritishTelecom (unfortunately she is not a customer) and go through in seconds.

    @virginmedia over an hour on hold to report ongoing broadband issue at 1hr2mins..call gets cut off. Problems with broadband are constant in spite of boosters, customer service is disgustingly awful, cannot wait to leave. Tried to discuss issues, constant runaround.
