    @virginmedia I’ve spent over 2 hours on the phone and I lost count of people I’ve spoken to when I got to 12. That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

    @virginmedia I’ve already raised a complaint. I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get through to a customer service rep only to get cut off. Still waiting to hear on WhatsApp and been on hold this afternoon 45 mins and still holding???? Whats going on??

    @Mattallwright 2 years on since I have been having trouble with Virgin Media (fingers crossed) they may have now get an uninterrupted supply after charging me late payments more than double my Media prices whilst as a Vulnerable Person they were awful

    @tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the issue. But now there’s no way of cancelling the engineer! Can’t get through on phone. Appointment isn’t showing on their account, so can’t cancel there. WhatsApp is useless - been waiting for an Agent to be available since about 1pm!

    @virginmedia You’ve now sent me the same unhelpful link about compensation 3 times. This will only compensate me if I have no service, and as I have a service (albeit 3mbps) this, as I’ve repeated several times, doesn’t help me. Another example of poor customer service

    @virginmedia I sent the equipment back, never received a final bill & couldn't log into my account. I had a msg to say I was being refunded a disconnection fee then zero correspondence til the debt collectors. I've now paid but I don't want this on my credit rating as its not my doing. 😠

    @david_colquhoun @TalkTalk VirginMedia does this too. Call customer service, tell them you want to end contract because of price hike. They will cave in if you keep a poker face. Worked for me with VM last month.

    @virginmedia So I understand via the bill payer can be compensated for loss of service. I also know that an engineer is coming out on Friday. What happens to others in the house who haven’t had the use of the Wi-Fi? Do they get compensated for using their mobile data instead of Wi-Fi?

    Impossible to file a complaint or contact @virginmedia . Get kicked off the phone or they never answer once they verify details. Writing a complaint on the website and it mysteriously doesn't go through, no error message or anything. Internet been shut off for a few weeks now ffs
