Virgin Media never resolved the problem caused me to lose hundreds of £'s. Made me lose my PIP. Virgin made me pay double because they kept charging me twice most months. They've made me lose half my PC Guarantee

They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!
