    @virginmedia... broadband has been down all day and expected back at 5:25pm, still not working. Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

    @virginmedia Hello, thank you for your quick reply. If i search via postcode it states there is a broadband issue but if i use my app it just states a tv issue. Have try rebooting twice and issue has stayed.

    @virginmedia Hello again. Your WiFi is playing up again. Same problem as before, intermittent signal regardless of where in the house. Booster most likely needed. The ‘contact us’ option of your WiFi-tester app is also not working.

    Hi @virginmedia my internet has gone down in my house, it has been like it for about 2 hours now. I have the hub3, baselight is staying green, wifi light is staying green and the internet arrows are flashing green. Help please. Have turned off and on, didn't work.

    @virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

    @virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. He’s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

    Not sure if it was just me but, my @primevideouk just went a shit for a few mins. Kept kicking me out the game via my smart tv app so switched to app via @virginmedia box and it was stuttering slightly, like a dodgy stream. Rather annoying. #BURMCI #AmazonPrime #Amazon

    @virginmedia Thank you, fortunately I had the mob number of the engineer who resolved the problem on Sat. He came over after finishing the job he was on & with another engineer, respliced the cable again. That is absolutely going above & beyond. Incredible service. Can’t praise him enough 👏

    8 times now in 15 minutes my internet has dropped out. @vmbusinesshelp #VirginMedia is absolutely crap. I advise any new customer looking to join #VM to go somewhere else. They are seriously incompetent.

    @virginmedia No, on the phone, on 1 March, 3 March, 4 March when I terminated. Having had no callback, I raised a further complaint through the Web form recently. My husband is the account holder but I am dealing with it, on Mondays or Thursdays, when I am currently not working.
