I've had enough of apologies with no action and no resolution.. paying £80 for a service I can get better and cheaper elsewhere is a no brainer.

Katie (@Katiebush6) reported@virginmedia the new router is a terrible design. Why are the airholes at the top, so now all the dust is going to easily get into the box and damage it quicker. There's no pull out tab to easily see WiFi password and the router is wider 🫠
