@virginmedia on top of hundreds of spam junk emails we have umpteen scam calls on the landline. Very day I am getting increasingly saddened by Virgin Media’s inability to stop scammers and spam flooding my system. Very expensive terrible service

@tryingattimes @virginmedia 100% correct took ages to cancel my 80yo mum's service when my dad got vascular dementia. They sent me all sorts of patronising messages on here. All designed to extract money from vulnerable people. STEER WELL CLEAR!

@virginmedia Yes have posted in forums - no response, called, live chats, SMS. full works. Engineers even told us prob is not at our property as far back as Oct/Nov and neighbours have same issue but nothing is done, call centre staff are rude and treat you with contempt. Ref is C0912202465

@virginmedia can anyone in the UK retentions department actually listen to a call and call a customer back? I've tried calling this morning to check progress after more than 2 weeks and the people answering the phone can't understand what I'm asking I've been hung up on 3 times

Virgin Media Customer Care Complaints Services always fails to come up with solutions. Rather, they continually offer verbose replies referring Customers elsewhere with endless phone numbers. Their standard is totally below the expected minimum!

@virginmedia another poor lengthy phone call with one of your customer service advisers following being mis-sold your services. Refusal to listen to our original telephone calls where we were mis-sold the service and refusal to accept any responsibility.

@virginmedia Having just looked at model photos it's the Hub 4 I have, set to Modem Mode. The connection drop problem is with the Hub itself (the solid white ring light then starts glowing to show it is "connecting"), so the connection drop affects both wired and wireless connections.

@virginmedia and after a previous phone call a few weeks ago where your adviser said we could write a letter of complaint, we have still received no response in writing as requested and today been told it’s not your policy to reply? Terrible service!

@virginmedia Hi no this happens to every device we have connected. We’ve disconnected them all and re joined and it still happens. It just states network error every time hence why we’ve asked multiple times for an engineer but get fobbed off!
