@virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

@virginmedia What a joke. My partner, a loyal customer for 16yrs. He left due to very poor service. Now suddenly without notice you have blocked his email address. Very important emails that he can't retrieve. warning him would have been helpful he could have got his contacts

@virginmedia We've been having regular breakdowns in the evening. I'm hoping beyond hope it doesn't happen tonight when I'm live streaming my comedy show on Zoom. Is fine in the daytime, very fast. Then after 8pm can have problems. Can't watch Netflix, More4 on Virgin Tivo etc (sometimes)
