@virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

@virginmedia another poor lengthy phone call with one of your customer service advisers following being mis-sold your services. Refusal to listen to our original telephone calls where we were mis-sold the service and refusal to accept any responsibility.

@virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

@virginmedia numerous times every evening the WiFi on my hub 3 decides to switch itself off. Not the broadband. But the wireless itself. Devices connected with Ethernet are fine. And getting in contact with you guys for tech support is a pain in the ***.

3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

@virginmedia But apparently all you guys have to do is provide 237mb at any point in a 3 day period and then you have "fulfilled" the contract. Which ofcourse is probably happening at 3am when no one is using the service. Easy to do it then isn't it?

@virginmedia Just want my complaint resolved - have given time and date of phone call when customer service originally confirmed compensation so feel free to listen to and your engineer will confirm he told me the same on visit.
