    Every single night @virginmedia WIFI drops out — Try to call and it’s over an hour wait CONSTANTLY!! Simply the worse service... Been trying to sort for weeks!! 😡😡... come back @skytv we shouldn’t have changed!

    @virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

    @virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

    Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

    @virginmedia There is nothing we were told twice it will be fixed in 24 hrs then we were told by 10th! I have tax returns to do and bills to pay for people and I’m at your bloody mercy! It is a terrible service! And so so frustrating! And also costing me a fortune - I’m freelance 🤬
