There’s no internet yet, it’s the message constantly flashing up on the screen that’s annoying. Once u have seen it once, u shouldn’t need to see it again, but every 10 seconds it’s there

Whole reason, is that in my road/area, their broadband in miles quicker than the 'Openreach' slow version. To be fair, it works well most of the time - but when it doesn't and you have to ring the Indian Tech Support; Oh dear it's grim!

Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.

Despite being told it would be sorted “ within 24 hours” on Saturday, now been told after a 30 minute phone call that no engineer available until next Saturday!! Shockingly bad service Virgin Media.
