    @virginmedia What a joke. My partner, a loyal customer for 16yrs. He left due to very poor service. Now suddenly without notice you have blocked his email address. Very important emails that he can't retrieve. warning him would have been helpful he could have got his contacts

    @virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

    @virginmedia Wired connections are ok, i can’t understand why when I rang up 5G was working and I rang to say I could not get 2G they rebooted my hub their end a few times then no WiFi working. They then escalated to next team who said it’s a fault affecting others too and July 13 fix date

    @virginmedia No because we dont have internet!!!!! Hence the call back. We had to call back as she never called backspace 10 mins call back is currently an 11 hour wait. Awful. Assume someone can deal with such terrible service.

    @virginmedia hey what's happening with PE4, no internet or TV since 9am, estimated fix 7:15pm, the status page has just been updated to say fix now 8 July, no estimated time. Might have noticed but there's a pretty important match on at 8pm #sortitout

    @virginmedia @conor_pope @comreg No mobile coverage for past 2 days in either phone in the house. Virgin say no issues with their network. That's despite a glut of complaints on twitter from service users about issues with connection. Virgin refuse to offer refund.
