Every single night @virginmedia WIFI drops out — Try to call and it’s over an hour wait CONSTANTLY!! Simply the worse service... Been trying to sort for weeks!! 😡😡... come back @skytv we shouldn’t have changed!

@virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

@virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

@TheSun I’ve taken a CUT. 0.25% rise = £6 a month. Council tax up £6.5 a month. Gas/electric up. Tv tax up, VEL up, mobile phone up, water. Charges up, virgin media up, BT up. And more. Down about £30 a month. Rip off Britain is alive & well.

@brucerisk @virginmedia get those sometimes I say "aye, i've noticed it disnae seem right, can you hold on whilst I reboot it" I then put the phone beside the radio or stereo, whatevers on. see how long I can keep them on hold wi an occasional "it must be bad, still booting" ma record is 32 minutes

@virginmedia To reset stuff. Which doesn't solve it. Constantly slow speeds and intermittent service. Any solutions offered either don't work, or work for all of an hour before it flakes out again.

@virginmedia Yesterday it said 'fixed by 15:45 Wed' after a day of outage - then it said 'fixed by 17:45 Thur'. But now the site has airbrushed that and says 'no issues reported' - but they remain. (yes I've rebooted the router and all that sort of thing)
