    Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

    Damn. We have @virginmedia which doesn't have @disneyplus as an app. I signed up for it anyway as our DVD has a browser but no go. Think it is time to buy an Apple TV. #nohamiltonforme

    Every single night @virginmedia WIFI drops out — Try to call and it’s over an hour wait CONSTANTLY!! Simply the worse service... Been trying to sort for weeks!! 😡😡... come back @skytv we shouldn’t have changed!

    @virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

    @virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

    @virginmedia I've been giving a number of different reasons, all of which are simply templatised responses from the call centres. Nobody actually wants to listen to the fact that there's no signal coming through to the box outside my home. Reasons given invoice:

    @virginmedia They tried to update network settings apparently. But as I don't always have the SIM enabled it failed. I think they sent a new SIM to an old address in the UK. I live in China. I now get a message 'SIM not provisioned'.

    @virginmedia But, either they don't show up, or I'm told there the repull is done. I've said these correspondences because I was planning on packaging them up and sending them to any authority that would consider this service as negligent and ignorant. I can wait a couple of days till Monday.

    @virginmedia Yes, Tuesday is fine. I would request you to enquire whether all the hours worth of notes have truly been taken as I'm told by your execs. And if so, I would truly appreciate an honest response as to why there's been no help from VMED despite the months' worth of empty promises.

    Just been told we made our wifi provider VIRGIN MEDIA on the basis that we would receive a £50 just eat voucher. We have not even received the voucher and we also have god awful wifi
