    @virginmedia mine and my partners WiFi hasn’t been working for 1 weeks now try phoning them no answer sent a complaint no answer bad service considering the amount of money he pays for it

    ****** @bt_uk been at my parents for past couple of days. Had to reset router every day at least twice. Broadband goes down regularly. Thank goodness we have @virginmedia at home!

    Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

    @virginmedia Hub 3.0. Even within 3metres (with line of sight) speeds are poor. This is a recent problem (within last month) - haven’t had problems previously with signal.

    Every day now been waiting for @virginmedia on hold listening to music for around 10 minutes!!! NOT acceptable — Want to tell we want to leave because of the poor service, high monthly bills and old noisy boxes we have to unplug every night so we can actually sleep 😡...

    Every single night @virginmedia WIFI drops out — Try to call and it’s over an hour wait CONSTANTLY!! Simply the worse service... Been trying to sort for weeks!! 😡😡... come back @skytv we shouldn’t have changed!

    @virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

    @Arkhaminmate007 @virginmedia @O2 Brian I have been with Virgin for years, their service is just **** these incompetent liars told me they’d sort out my slow internet, which 3 times this week has stopped working, their answer, unplug my router, thats all these half witts know to say, the service is over sold!

    @virginmedia I’ve had 3 complete outages in 6 months. They apparently fixed this latest issue last night only for it to appear again early this morning. How do I leave without any charges? I work from home, my home security and TV is all internet reliant and Virgin is NOT reliable

    @virginmedia Are ridiculously poor. Third complete outage in 2 weeks. Nowhere to report it. Only an endless cycle of hardware checks when issue is with supply. I was warned. Should have listened.

    @virginmedia Before you purchase ask yourself this! Do I want **** internet that cuts out all the time Do I want a TV box that pixelates often, doesnt fully record programs and a phone service where I’m told not having roaming for local calls is a fault, yes? Then these wankers are for you

    @virginmedia The problem is that I was up early this morning and the status was showing as ‘fine’ but there was nowhere to REPORT it. The issue has since been reported by other residents in this area and now acknowledged. This is a new build and I’m 6 months in to the contract.
