@virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

@virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

@virginmedia I’m beginning to think you don’t want customers or money. Slot booked in Aug date now rebooked to end of October. If you can’t provide service why bother committing? Could have gone elsewhere? So £5.25 a day comp £300 which is roughly what the yearly BB contract is

@virginmedia Last night. I'm going to master reset tje now and put on router mode, then turn back on to modem. It should work for a week then back to square 1. The problem is nothing has changed apart from it being a hub 5.
