    @virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

    @virginmedia I'll be cancelling my contract before the the new year! Been with you for many years now! And your customer service and services are getting poor snd there is no loyalty.

    @virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

    @virginmedia Still can't get through to report a fault on my Tivo box. Waited 3 and a half minutes to be told your call centre is closed too. Thanks for the top customer service.

    @virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

    ****** @bt_uk been at my parents for past couple of days. Had to reset router every day at least twice. Broadband goes down regularly. Thank goodness we have @virginmedia at home!

    Virgin Media Customer Care Complaints Services always fails to come up with solutions. Rather, they continually offer verbose replies referring Customers elsewhere with endless phone numbers. Their standard is totally below the expected minimum!

    @virginmedia What a joke. My partner, a loyal customer for 16yrs. He left due to very poor service. Now suddenly without notice you have blocked his email address. Very important emails that he can't retrieve. warning him would have been helpful he could have got his contacts

    @virginmedia Then ive been paying for a service ive not been receiving which will undoubtedly work our worse for you as I have records of all the failed correspondence and support from you!!! And all my emails/texts and calls are logged ... I’ve stopped the payment and now contacted @skytv

    @Jimbob_Du @_Kano_P Virgin media is the worst, I had a fault with my Vito box it took 4 months before customer service put me through to faults, explained what was happening to the person who answered immediately he said its a Vito fault...

    @virginmedia I have had no choice but to take this matter further and make contact with #ofcom and the communications ombudsman - for the disgusting customer service for a problem ongoing for about 3 months! Get the SAME text every single day then NOTHING! 😡 @ShieldVoC

    @zoebartlett Funny how @virginmedia say they have no access to accounts over social media yet yesterday I dealt with my issue finally over the same social media platform. They contradict themselves time after time.

    @virginmedia Hi! Since 14th Grandad has got "Title Not Available" on all channels and experiencing intermittent issues with picture. Looks like not connected to Virgin Network but only option is wired when never has been wired?! Tried hard resets on both box and router.

    @virginmedia intermittent broadband service in our area for the past week, told it will take another week to fix. Want to change service provider but told must pay a penalty for early termination (for a service they are unable to provide?). Great customer service.

    @virginmedia I realise that could of been without your control but they are still available on sky so I should of gone with sky obviously never mind I found movie channels I didn’t even realise I had as they were below the already greyed out ones that were paid for channels

    Just about had it with both O2 and Virgin Media. Both cost a fortune and get an absolutely abysmal service!
