    Damn. We have @virginmedia which doesn't have @disneyplus as an app. I signed up for it anyway as our DVD has a browser but no go. Think it is time to buy an Apple TV. #nohamiltonforme

    Bought an Amazon Fire Stick so we can access @disneyplus (@virginmedia doesn't have it as an app choice). Got D+ so I can force @SirParker77 to watch Hamilton & Star Wars. Never thought I would dig the IoT element, but it is groovy to press a button and ask Alexia to play tunes.

    @virginmedia Was half way through a conversation on text then suddenly a random one saying ive been added to a queue !!! Then silence for the rest of the evening... Ive had to instruct our bank to stop your payment the hopefully when you chase it you’ll rectify our issue😡😡

    @virginmedia really do provide a disgraceful service. After a year of shockingly bad WiFi I was informed by their call centre that I could end my services upon end of annual contract with no notice period. Phoned again today to be told I had to give 30 days notice, meaning I 1/2

    @virginmedia so always had decent Internet last month or so it's terrible up upstairs so rang your tech support, now to get my Internet to work up stairs again I need to have a box sent out and pay £5 a month so to get the most of my £135 package I need to pay extra???
