Really getting sick of @virginmedia's shocking service. Yet more dropouts. No doubt this will inspire them to post the usual useless scripted bs response.

@williamtm @virginmedia So virgin media don’t support it then. that is not “nothing supports it” Yell at virgin. BT is fine, although they do need to differentiate their treatment of ipv4 vs ipv6 icmp in their default firewall rules

@williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

@Ofcom Thank you. Looks like I’ll be filling in that form and making a complaint against @virginmedia - as always, completely ignored. Statutory compensation not paid. Disgraceful.

@virginmedia Well it all started when I called you weeks ago and your telephone team dropped the phone on me three times. Since then I had a web chat and you said you would raise a complaint. But it never appeared. So a couple of days ago I raised one.

This is no lie the 5th time I’ve agreed something with @virginmedia and I’m still being chased on something I have been told five times, I don’t need to pay. How can the customer service be this shambolic

@virginmedia Ok this is no longer an internal networking issue, when it happens I cant connect to the router via ethernet or your app to reboot it. Hub light now showing as light orange not white. Do you have the support phone number thanks?

Alex Hammond
(@Alhambre) reported
Hi @virginmedia - just FYI I can’t seem to get hold of anyone to explain that my bank says the problem is at your end, and that’s why the payment won’t go through. Also, I’ll not be paying you that late fee :)

@virginmedia please make it possible to reach customer support - I have no Internet the past 48 hours and cannot reach anybody to help. I need Internet for work please help ASAP!

@virginmedia A web chat wasn’t convenient at that time. And considering you’re a telecoms company, only giving that option to a customer is not only appalling, it’s more than a little ironic. Thank goodness I’m out of contract soon.
