    @virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

    @TerryBossons @virginmedia Since Covid no body answers phones any more crazy, shocking though that is @TerryBossons really bad costumer service and lack of information I had this with Sky very similar 2 very poor service providers with little thought of what’s going on in todays climate

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking treatment when trying to sort an upgrade out, asked to speak to the manager was told I can't sniggered at and the phone was then put down... we have three contracts Internet and tv with you safe to say we won't be renewing

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve checked it each time it has occurred and there’s no problem showing, I’ve also restarted and rebooted numerous times over the last couple of days and it still intermittently just stops working.

    @virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

    @virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

    @virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

    @virginmedia When I spoke with someone about my accessibility needs they confirmed I'd be able to contact via email should the situation arise. A bunch of your help page links are broken and the live chat says there's a 4h wait. You are legally obligated to provide disability accommodation

    @virginmedia really poor customer service. Been on the mobile phone for 40 mins to get a WiFi pod, put on hold 3 times, had to eventually give up and hang phone up really poor standards and still never got anywhere

    @virginmedia are the worst possible internet provider. imagine not having internet for a month because they didn't finish doing the installation and then you get delayed by another month for the same reason. no temporary dongle either - i have to pay for it they said.

    @virginmedia So called customer lines to get an update several times through out today. Was told will be today etc. Then on mentioned I have to wait until Feb 11 now for internal install. But I've already had this on Jan 29. As part of my install and on boarding virgin media...

    @virginmedia so internet back for 5 mins then off again but no you won't let me book an engineer for 24 hrs though it has gone down twice, you acknowledge there is an issue, cannot pass me onto a manager, will only do what script tells you to do and don't offer a refund.
