Two days have now passed and they have heard nothing. They have no phone or internet and Dad is 80. Please can someone contact me and I will provide further details by DM. This is poor service for what you class as a vulnerable age group. I have tried to call you #virginmedia

@virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

@virginmedia I have also tried the text service, and have been waiting an hour and a half for someone to answer. I have tried the options it gives in the meantime which redirect to the website which still doesn’t answer my query

@virginmedia must be the shittest going. I’ve said it for years now. Their staff are clueless and don’t give a flying **** about anybody either. But don’t worry they’ll still charge you double. With sky they reimburse you straight away. Absolute awful company.
