    @virginmedia It's my media service to many price hikes been with you for 8years and new people get a deal for a quarter of the price I pay I want out way to expensive paying for a land line I dont use just because VM wont let me out of LL service

    @Lionbites @virginmedia @SkyUK You’re very picky. We had no broadband service from @virginmedia yesterday morning and no phone yesterday evening. 20 minutes to answer a phone call. I think they’re all challenged for customer service

    @ukhomeoffice @BrandonLewis ive one all this in my investigation to the fraud in court tht has a fraud log failed by @ThamesVP; via EE and well virgin media refused to co operate: fraud is easy to catches frombasic start of internet "the signal" for any signal to connect it has to have data communication

    @virginmedia been on hold to cs for 20+ minutes. No tv service. Intermittent service for the last 4/5 weeks. I just want to watch tv. I pay £100s /yr and yet not getting the service expected. I think I will have to contact Sky for a comparison sad after 15 years

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

    @virginmedia #2 finally got onto my TV flickering issue. Virgin had system issues and said they would call me back. They haven’t. How is it possible that the customer service is this appalling? TV still flickering and no help.

    @virginmedia I know, that’s exactly what Im being told. What is an SNR? It hasn’t been intermittent today, it’s been pretty much off all day, and still nothing now. In these times when most of us are working from home this is a major issue as I’m sure you can imagine, and been a week already
