@virginmedia thanks for looking into this in great detail and I only wish that I could go back to the previous version which was fully accessible and user-friendly unlike this version of the app. They shouldn't of updated the app because it wasn't broken in the first place.

@virginmedia OK thanks for that and the screen has gone away after I clicked on the sea terms link but I still have the problem of not being able to swipe to delete on individual programs within a folder as this was possible before the update

Really disappointed with the service being provided by Virgin Media business team reg a broadband installation at DE13EF. Even the top bosses of the company don't seem to be bothered about what is going on despite sending several emails. Going on since 08/06. Really appalling...
