    @virginmedia Friday I booked an engineer as the WiFi on our hub keeps dropping. At the same time I upgraded my package. This includes tech help. Since Friday I've had no WiFi. I tried website chat but got dropped I've tried calling but was waiting too long. I'm getting bored!

    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia Yes there's no issue on the checker. The connect app says it's fine except for a few times it's said the connection is poor. But 1mb some nights is ridiculous...

    @virginmedia I am a new customer who was supposed to be installed yesterday, only to be told that they couldn’t do the job. I am now without any TV and broadband unable to work due to this.I am left without any contact & waiting for another he for c/services to answer!! 😡 Help!

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @iwkya1 @virginmedia I have had intermittent service for 3 days - today no service at all. Spent 45 minutes on phone being told it was my equipment finally for someone to admit it's an area outage which they hope will be fixed by sometime tomorrow. I am now looking for another provider.

    @virginmedia I did have 3 complaints made, but 1 wasn't logged over the phone. Someone failed to do that properly. The second complaint went through, but again they said it was resolved. I also wrote a letter because your complaint team clearly can't do their jobs. I do expect a response.

    @virginmedia @iwkya1 You people are liars. I spent 45 minutes on the phone going through these so-called checks when l along it was an outside problem with VM. Which you have known about for days but haven't fixed, apparently because the Queen died. I still have to work (including today)!

    @virginmedia Been having issues around my area since yesterday dinnertime. I can connect and it kicks me off for 10 seconds, then reconnects me and does it again every minute. It's getting annoying now and services appear normal on your website?

    @MelERoy @virginmedia We have had issues well before the Queen died, and for only now to fix them is silly. My advice Virgin would be to check yourside and any faults before you do the equipment check lecture.
