@virginmedia Yes, the Complaints team have just parroted the same statements back to me without listening to me as an actual person and advised me to talk to the movers team, which is confusing as the Complaints team should be the overall team to raise a complaint with, not just hand it off.

@virginmedia I called the mobile team at the start of the year to put a £5 cap on my mobile contract which my daughter uses but have now received a bill for £29 and discovered the cap was never put on. CS on the phone insisted I've never called about this but I know for a fact I did....

@SimonADouglas @virginmedia We have the occasional internet problem but since the last announced 'update' the hub seems to be resetting itself. Doesn't matter to the 'wired' machines but obviously disconnects the WiFi! Irritating as the restart times are long and inputting the names/password is a pain 🙄

@virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

Just had my first bill from @TalkTalk, from whom I get the broadband speed I pay for, whereas with @virginmedia I got half what I paid for at twice the price. Should’ve switched in any of those 15 years I was a loyal customer getting terrible customer service!

Now holding for 20 minutes @virginmedia Customer retention department obviously trying a different tactic to keep me as a customer I've been with this company since 1997 and this how I have to be treated.

@virginmedia not long after that because I immediately received a high bill but was told it takes 30 days to set up, so I accepted that. I've messaged & emailed about all this before & gave up because of poor or non-response. It's frustrating. I'm very busy and don't have time to keep chasing

@virginmedia I've moved house but remained a customer with no break in payments. As you can see, I was explicitly told to ignore my 'new' contract as it was just a formality with no changes to terms and I can't see any mention of paying two months at once.

@virginmedia I've already tried calling. The agent wouldn't accept what I was saying and basically called me a liar so I tweeted you & you advised me to file a complaint on the website to which I've received no response at all. I feel my only chance of a result is to take it to CISAS.

@virginmedia Still no service, tried hard resets, soft resets, triple checked all cables, just the main light has been flashing green (wifi symbol is constantly green). When I try to troubleshoot via browser or virgin’s app, it cant even find my hub.

@virginmedia Goes from bad to absolute subliminal. Spoke to your team yesterday. Went to next Broadband level £6 month extra, plus WIFi Intelligent at another £5 per month extra. Just got email and monthly cost increased by £40 not the £11 I was sold/told. Joke of a business. 😡 @virginmedia

@virginmedia It tells me I am having problems connecting to the hub but I am sitting next to it. I have rebooted the hub and we seem to be able to use the hub fine but still says there are issues with the connection. The service status on the app stills says error
