@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

@virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

My contract with Virgin Media has run out and they want to up my contract price by DOUBLE. When I rang up to cancel I expected them to offer me a better deal and they were just Ok bye.

@virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

@virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

@virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

@virginmedia Nothing says the lines are down for routine maintenance been like that since Tuesday. It was out for delivery Monday then never turned up and tracking said was out for delivery yesterday then said car left at neighbours now saying waiting to receive from you.

@virginmedia Which would be what seeing as there is nothing on your website informing you of how to to get compensation? Even when you notify the customer your doing maintenance so service is down there is no compensation link though I’d have thought this should be an automatic payment
