    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia doing me ***** again with no Internet. Two times in one week, slow speeds when it is working on 1gigabit, I got 2.08megabit download?! I hate that I can't have another service provider in my house.

    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @virginmedia They said they can’t do anything, just have to pay for 13 days of a service that hasn’t even been activated. Not the best customer service really, left @Plusnet due to them not helping (well trying to leave, seems impossible)

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia But I paid for HD for the whole thing not just one fight the main event is when you scramble the signal and when you start charging people. Using the excuse of the main fight wasn’t affected is pathetic. And it’s insulting you are replying nearly a week later

    @kasperoff @virginmedia Hey, I’ve had nothing but problems with them. Great when it works but no consistency. Router is so poor compared to Sky. Binning them in January as no doubt they will want more money for a sub standard service.
