    @virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

    @virginmedia Just being able to access pages for support and settings etc. lots of “oops” errors and not loading. This is a small issue, speeds around the house are not good either. Disappointing.

    Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

    CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.

    @virginmedia I had a call today from a man pretending to be from & trying to sell VM service. He got increasingly rude & aggressive when I said not interested. I'm sure he wasn't from Virgin Media but if you'd like the number he called from I will happily send it to you.

    @virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...

    @virginmedia Hi John, my wifi has gone down 4 times since last night, we’ve reset it on the box twice this morning alone and it still keeps dropping … can’t get through to anyone on the phone and website says they won’t send anyone out for another 24 hours and only if the wifi stays down ???

    @virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

    @virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

    @virginmedia still no wifi box -- Yodel couldn't deliver it to the newsagent because the newsagent doesn't accept Yodel deliveries. Yodel said they had to send it back to you, which takes 5-7 days. Spoke to someone who said they were ordering new box but no confirmation. Pls help

    @virginmedia Complaint logged 15-11-22 FOR 0027 09 717. Told call back within week. Still nothing!Emailed complaint to follow (as advised on phone!)on 22-11-22. Ref - C-2211221839. Received a reply on 24-11-22 which was a ridiculous response and highlighted that had not been read properly.

    @chrispm87 @virginmedia Properly hateful company. Annoyingly we can only get 3mb from any BT delivered service. No idea why as we are in the middle of Salford and there are fibre street boxes everywhere. Might have to stick a Starlink dish on the roof.

    @virginmedia Why when I contact your people and say the problem I have with your system is “it keeps LOOSING SIGNAL”, yet you insist I have a problem with download speed - which I do not. It is lack of Wi-Fi consistent sustainable connections. Poor service
