@virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

@virginmedia I spent an hour on my mobile to Virgin today as landline isn't working. Spoke to three different people and, finally they told me it was a hardware issue with my phone, not the line. I have borrowed two phones from neighbours and they don't work either #virginmedia

I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

@WhiskyWizard31 @virginmedia EE are brilliant here. Most importantly they have amazing customer service which was the reason we left VM. We downgraded speed to 73MB/S but I've hardly noticed any difference, also the 73MB/S seem more consistent as VM would often drop quite slower.
