@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@virginmedia I have a 350mb broadband subscription that I couldn’t use since December. I’ve tried all the different possibilities to contact someone who can actually look into this problem, but no one gave an explanation or solved the problem. Yet they treated as resolved and started billing.

@virginmedia Call?! You must be joking. The last time I have called I requested to talk to a manager. The call centre clerk have promised me refund and a call back from a manager within two hours. I’m still waiting for that call. I have also filed a few complaints and no actual resolution.

@virginmedia I posted on Wednesday 24th. 3 general members have replied. No-one from VM has replied. The problem is ongoing. Error rate is over 150000 errors per channel. Packet loss is over 40%.
