@virginmedia when I resubscribed to your service for 18 months I requested wifi boosters which I was advised would be posted to me. 3 months on nothing received. Can’t get through on the phone or website chat service.

@virginmedia Nope; as above I have just been sabotaged and sent a ‘booster’ for the signal I don’t receive anyway. And now you are trying to charge me even more for the privilege; despite already paying 37 which is enough for the 220mb package with a free phone sim, while getting 50 :)

@virginmedia I’ve done all that countless times before, I’m not going through all this again, theres nothing wrong with our setup. The equipment is not disconnecting the line is going down. Rebooting the line 50 time won’t help if there is nothing to connect to. And Virgin should see that

@virginmedia Hi - we live in Bermondsey, not Lewisham. This seems to be a much wider problem. Service dropped out around 9pm last night and apparently is not due to be fixed until 9pm - almost 12 hours?!
