It's actually tragic how bad @virginmedia broadband has gotten over the last few days. Hope we are refunded for this period of shocking internet coverage. Still think it's the best service but need to sort out current issues.

@virginmedia Just found option to download a new Virgin App which seems to have allowed me to access accounts for once anyway. How on earth Virgin media can’t link old/new apps or allow access through their emails to me about bills I have no idea. Very poor. Hope it works if I try second time
