@pie1883 @virginmedia Already had multiple calls over years, with poor to not resolution of problems. Then hassle phone calls trying to get us to switch packages when we opted to cancel and failure to respond to complaints and such… It’s like being hounded.

I’ve now had two messages from @virginmedia threatening to Charge us for equipment WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY RETURNED! There is no way to respond to the message and I don’t like being threatened! You customer service is getting worse!

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph Virgin Media is the worst broadband and TV provider i have ever dealt with! Customer service is petulant and intentionally left me on hold until after closing hours the company over charged me by £30 and refused to give it back! I am disgusted

@virginmedia No difference at all when hub rebooted, Broadband still off and no way of getting through to your teams either by phone or via website to report ‘total lack of connection ‘ ! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. 😡

@virginmedia Yes,rebooted hub plenty of times. Lights flashing randomly. Registered for text service for service issues and just received one saying useage outing registered and est repair time now 26/09/19.another 2 days of problems. This affects my work at home. Need to cancel and go to Sky

Dont you love. Being on hold to @virginmedia .. for 27 minutes to finally get thru. To then be told your bill has doubled because your contract expired. Then to have the phone put down on you 😂😂😂😂😂
