    @virginmedia I am waiting, for 15 hours so far. Am thinking of ringing the upgrade or new phone line as I'm sure I'll be dealt with straight away then. Ofcom will be able to advise me I'm sure with help of @MoneySavingExp

    Lloyds Bank is proberly the worst bank with the worst ideas of customer service I have come across in my life even worse than virgin media, your laughable and ameture approach to customers is pathetic, I should be using you as a example of bad customer service in my next series

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria Call charges are not as bad as the wasted hour on the phone and another long wait ongoing now for the text help service to respond. Seems @MoneySavingExp forums are correct about difficulty leaving. All I need is a PAC texted or emailed to me and I'll be on my way.

    @virginmedia ‘s broadband is so awful. It’s speeds aren’t as advertised and there are constant issues. for the past 48 hours the internet cuts out every minute or two. Over. And. Over. Again.

    @virginmedia Ok i think there has been a loss of communication from a customers point of veiw why would you say someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours if they aren't, it makes me wonder why im still with virgin , as customer care is so poor i await some anwsers from you guys.

    @virginmedia The complaint should not be closed down as ihe said that a team member would get back to me with a resolution to the complaint and a gesture to me, and then if i was happy with the outcome the complaint would then be closed.

    @virginmedia I've moved house but remained a customer with no break in payments. As you can see, I was explicitly told to ignore my 'new' contract as it was just a formality with no changes to terms and I can't see any mention of paying two months at once.

    @virginmedia Hi Michael from your team telephoned me on wednesday regarding the complaint i made about the way i was treated by your collections agent after speakibg to michael he said that i would receive a call within 24 to 48 hours from either himself or one of your team with a resolution.

    @virginmedia Help...!!! Got home after picking up the kids and my Internet is now down, the green lights are on the hub one flashing. Rebooted twice, managed to check the status online and says everything is OK with the Internet. Been like it for 45 minutes to nearly an hour

    @virginmedia I’d LOVE to know why when I’ve upgraded my package to have more channels, and I’ve just gone to put the children’s channels on they’re not there. Didn’t advertise that did you? I’ve got channels that I’ll never watched and you’ve got rid of the ones my kids will! NOT HAPPY!

    @virginmedia arranged a house switch for today so nhs worker has internet to work from home on moving day. Cuts off service to current house then texts to say new service delayed 5 days. No no access to internet at either property. 50mins and 3 people later the call gets cut.
