You owe me a refund please! Also this was a issue as far back as May & Virgin were saying "they were addressing it" Still are it seems!

I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?

I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?

It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?
