@virginmedia hi, our v6 box keeps freezing/rebooting and having issues with recordings where they freeze and have to turn it off and restart it before it works again. Hard reset done tonight we couldn’t even turn box off using remote. Can you help please?

@DBatcheler @virginmedia I tried Live Chat and was transferred to What's App. Still absolutely pointless. No customer loyalty whatsoever. Last time I had to go via the Ombudsman as they reneged on a fixed deal and put it up 3 months after the offer was agreed.
