@virginmedia I called 2 days ago, saying I wanted to leave, lady tried to say due to COVID other co. Not going into homes. First co.Called can fit when needed. Told only way to cancel contract is to call- last two days called about 10 times all staff busy call. How do I cancel?!

@virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

@virginmedia Internet down again (had engineer here Monday). Cut off after a 62 minute wait! Tried the app won't let me log in as my password is wrong and it hasn't sent me any new password link (2 hours ago).

Hi @virginmedia still trying to cancel, nearly 4 days in now. No answer at 150 been In a 'live chat' since 930am nothing doing there. I wish to cancel, now. Failing that my direct debits will be stopped as of tomorrow.

@virginmedia told us we would have our broadband set up today and this morning at 9am they say it won't be until Friday afternoon. So we lose 3.5 days of work and they try to compensate us by letting us buy a dongle that might not arrive until Friday. Dreadful customer service
