    @MrCMorley @virginmedia If it’s anything like the ongoing outage in Four Oaks they won’t bother to contact you. I checked they had my correct details and I’ve had no updates. I’ve now cancelled my contract.

    @stephanemassey @VirginMediaCorp You should leave Virgin Media, I can pretty much guarantee the service won’t improve and you’ll be left with no internet on a regular basis.

    @virginmedia @TomMockridgeVM We are currently moving house and trying to cancel our account unfortunately the call agents think it's funny to keep a client on the phone for 3 hours even more so they are happy to direct us to a department that is closed which terminates a call.

    @virginmedia broadband down again. Obviously a network fault, but system has booked an engineer visit. Given that my contract is up for renewal and the cost has nearly doubled, I think I am in the market for a new provider.

    @virginmedia @MalcolmPeacock3 We have been trying for over a week to get through to speak to someone, my 86 year old mum has a fault with her landline, she cannot call out or receive for over an hour then keep getting cut off, surely you should have emergency contact for the elderly, can somebody please call

    @virginmedia What I did not enjoy tonight was being on hold for an hour to speak to someone in tech support. What was even worse was he was useless, could not help and put me on hold to speak to another team. 40 minutes later while on hold I got disconnected. Raging.

    @virginmedia No you haven't but if us and the neighbours are having issues and about 5 houses in the next street.... doesn't that ring alarm bells that yiu need an engineer to come out? Priory Road and Pembury Road, TN9 are all having issues
