    @Michaelallen_99 @philell21 @virginmedia Because the stupid rules say that if there’s a disruption to your services (over a specified amount of time), you’re legally entitled to compensation, but ONLY if you contact them to notify them that you specifically are effected, if you don’t they’re not obligated

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia new tv box Friday as mentioned before didn’t work Friday started working yesterday now today it’s off again! Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

    @sahinbrum @virginmedia I agree that their compensation policy is bs, I’ve found when I’ve had any outage affect me, they patch it quickly so the service gets intermittent while they work on a full fix, that way they don’t have to compensate, even if service drops out every couple minutes. BS really

    Gutted that I’ve renewed my mobile contract with @virginmedia I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad customer service before. I’m still waiting for transcripts from my chats yesterday to complain to the Ombudsman about them. I will not be renewing with them again!

    @virginmedia Another lie I was told then! Apparently they were sending transcripts from 2 online chats yesterday and 1 from today. I’m really disappointed with Virgin, I expect better customer service from such a big company.

    @virginmedia my new tv box has arrived today and I can’t use it as our area is still down. Our broadband was down yesterday. At least it’s only the tv today it’s not as if we are without power or heating like some parts of the country. Customer services were helpful

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @virginmedia Your system sent me a satisfaction survey. Needed to complete it using mobile broadband because my virgin broadband doesn't actually work, but is apparently working enough to not qualify as being out of service.

    @virginmedia Come on, there's something wrong here. I've spoken to five other Virgin Media customers and NONE of them have to sign in with password etc EVERY time they want to access their emails. This is unacceptable and I need to know please how to fix it.

    @virginmedia for the last couple of days my download speed 2-4Mbps despite paying 200Mbps package! Customer service is unavailable, on-line chat no response and according of your service everything is OK. Will anyone be available to fix it ???

    @virginmedia Done all that already. After speaking to others in the area on virgin or vodaphone they are complaining about the same issue. There’s clearly a network problem in the ng24 area
