@virginmedia Sorry for my delay as I'm being treated for a heart attack I had on Valentine's day. When I tested and found v low speeds I could not connect to any internet, so I used my mobile 3g service to check for Virgin internet issues, which came back no issues in my area.

@KellyGroupLtd @virginmedia Almost 6 months on and my complaint/claim remains unresolved. Despite being advised I would be reimbursed for damage caused to my home after VM install, I remain out of pocket! #poorcustomerservice #npsfail #dissapointing

@BluenoseBeau @virginmedia I have 100mbs supply, over 6 months max received 76.4 for one test soon back to mid 20-30 worst being 0.7 I wouldn't mind so much if it was running at Ave 75%, not when it's seems to be around 35% mark. Oh it's constantly dropping the wifi too!

When you’re trying to work from home and your @virginmedia broadband just ‘dies’ without any warning. Please don’t let this be the start of months of issues again 🙁

Sam Kitt

@virginmedia having issues cancelling my internet service on the phone. Is there any email or online way to do so? You've nearly doubled on costs and only having new customer sign up bonuses is a terrible way to treat loyal customers.
-
Prak Arsh

@virginmedia When I call this number, I wait wait wait wait and wait and never reach to cancellation department and phone disconnected, it’s happening for last 3 days.
-

@virginmedia your wifi is a shambles and your website isnt much better! I am having to hot spot my laptop and my partners so she can work. I need this sorted ASAP, the signal is piss poor and hasn't worked properly for around a month now

@virginmedia I'm supposed to receive 75% of my advertised speed, I'm currently receiving less than 20% and because it's not a "total outage" there's no recourse. Honestly virgin used to be the best provider for service and speed, now it's neither 😳

@virginmedia my new Hub4 is very noisy as the fan is running constantly. Is there a software fix?
-

@virginmedia Father in law has your services but can’t sit on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer & live chat just wants to take you to WhatsApp that he doesn’t have. We were considering returning to VM but your customer services are rubbish!
-
TheAspiLawStudent #NoReturns
(@LawAspi) reported
@virginmedia Across a variety of plugged in decides and WiFi, I haven't bothered with your "technical" team as their advise is "reset the router / reboot it" and that's it. The superhub is in modem mode and it's the connection in that's the issue not the hardware on my end.
-

@martinimarie @virginmedia Just call virgin ask for retentions and tell them you're leaving. Their customer service is abysmal 😞
-
I'm a GROOT!
(@Philkitson19) reported
@virginmedia I have stated I want to cancel to be told twice system's down so unable. No other option given to cancel or offer of a call back. I have verbally stated I want to cancel my contract that's all I need to do. I will be cancelling my direct debt too.
