@virginmedia Nope. 57 minutes on a call with ‘first line support’ then passed to ‘second line’ call was cancelled by virgin side. Called back. 39 minutes in a call going through the same as the previous call. Put in second line queue. No answer after an hour and 27 minutes waiting

@virginmedia Is call the ‘service team’ at my own cost, some some random in a far away land can read be some scripted crappy sounding responses to try and fix the problem. I’ve factory reset the router more times than I can count. Even my fingers are sore from pressing the reset button....
