    @virginmedia The is letting me know. Downloads are very slow a video that would normally take 3 mins is now 40.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia No, the operator confirmed my only option was to cancel as he couldn't reduce the price, so I asked him to formally cancel my contract, he put me on hold and never came back! After 45 minutes I hung up. Thanks for replying btw 😊

    @virginmedia I was told by one of your salespeople recently that as I was a 'valued longstanding customer' I could have a TV package upgrade and 3 months' free trial of Disney+ - is this rubbish? I see no way of getting Disney+ on Virgin Media! Sky Cinema was added.

    @virginmedia I have issues with my Broadband in the N16 area since 17th Feb. I rang several times to report and finally two weeks ago on the 13th March I was told my broadband would be fixed by 3pm on the 29th. It's the 29th and now I'm being told 4th of April. Terrible service

    @virginmedia I called again and talked to a lady after 30mins she wasn't able to rectify only offered me another package without TV and land-line. After telling her again I needed this issue to be rectified not a different package the line went dead and I didn't recieve a call back!
