@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia We hav 2 new v6 boxes, 1 hasn't worked since we renewed our contract in Nov. Weve not had access 1/2 of our services, the virgin media app that disconnects WiFi has caused devices not to be able to ever be able to reconnected. We continuously get cut off from customer services.

@virginmedia why doesn't the superhub provide dhcp to devices connecting via an access point ? Connectivity after another router on the network is extremely unreliable also. Would you recommend modem only mode and bypass the woeful network management ?

Our @virginmedia internet's been down due to area problem since early this am. Website said was due to be fixed by 8.50pm but just had text to say it will now be 12 pm tomorrow! How do we run businesses & school from home without internet access?! It's adding even more pressure.
