@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

@virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@padolsey @virginmedia They left us without Internet for like a month 'cos they messed up the dates and cut our previous supplier off. Hours on the phone, and the agents either hang up or pass on to another agent who has no idea what's going on. Never again lol.

@virginmedia What do i have to do to get some help with my services without being stuck on the phone for ages!? My father's tivo box needs replacing. Picture distorts every 2-3 weeks and a reset helps this but this pattern has been occuring for the past 3 months.
