    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    Imagine your internet going off at 2 minutes past the hour every single hour like clockwork and having to listen to Virgin Media play crap pop music down the phone for 30 minutes to probably not even fix it. 🙄

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

    Anyone getting nuisance calls from @virginmedia Media 0800 9522044 ? We are getting 3-4 calls per day and they most commonly intrude on home school web meetings etc - the problem is no one talks - it just hangs up. It is very frustrating as we ARE NOT even with Virgin Media !

    @virginmedia :-) no worries, there is no WiFi at my place. connection is blazingly fast, using fully shielded plain simple Ethernet cabling. I do not support any unnecessary electromagnetic radiation. Why do you think some nations have banned WiFi at schools & official buildings?

    @ashcporter Virgin Media. We’re really good at one point like late 00s and early 2010s but more recently their connection has too many drops and they have poor customer services. I’d suggest Plus Net or to be honest BT albeit they can be marmite, if was going to make a recommendation.
