    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

    @virginmedia Well thats what it says kn the msging service. And in 3 days i badically told someone my problem and thats as far as we got. Ill try the phone again, but if i cant get through this time im cancelling everything. I still have a few days cooling off period.

    @virginmedia No. Going back to the text message service on Saturday and holding on for 90 minutes, I was finally informed of a (non-negotiable, apparently) appointment on 8 Dec. Another difficult and unreasonable delay, which I hoped to discuss on the promised call.
