@virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

@virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

@virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

@FionaSouthall4 @virginmedia They are on a highly compressed voice over IP service. It sometimes sounds like a walkie talkie quality service. Surely these guys need to accommodate your partial deafness? I’m not sure the service would be better. Seriously consider moving to another provider.

@virginmedia Hi Gareth, thanks for your reply. The issue is that the wifi is fine most of the time but multiple times during the day it drops for a short time, 30 seconds or so, and then its restored. I've been on the helpline each day and still no fix. Can I DM you?
