@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@virginmedia Yes, it says all is fine. Tried rebooting hub, tested via Ethernet etc. average speed is about 32meg down / 4.5meg up. It briefly peaked at 40ish this morning but couldn’t sustain it. I need to upload and download large files for work and this is near unusable.

@virginmedia It’s been noticeable the entire pandemic with working from home. As we only have one Ethernet port installed, it’s across all wireless devices. For example right now my devices are achieving 36 down 9 up. Last week we couldn’t even run 2 video calls at the same time.
