    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia "Short-lasting" it affected the feed from the start right up until the main fight. Around 4hours of unwatchable to barely watchable boxing. This isn't an apology, it's a claim that the problem wasn't as bad as it actually was. J have videos as proof, as do others

    @virginmedia Hope you apologise to your significant other better than that. My point is the first half of your tweet is making claims that the problem wasn't as bad as it was. The issue persisted most of the night. Adding "we apologise" on end isn't an apology really is it.

    @virginmedia I have tried but am unable to get through. I am sick of the barrage of messages to tell me to use the unnavigable website then the same three really bad songs on a loop. All I wanted was two range boosters but that’s an impossibility apparently. Ofcom then BT for me due to this.

    @virginmedia Listen I paid for the HD option, meaning I couldn't change channels to see if the other version was working, added to I shouldn't have needed to try another channel. Yes it went without issue for the main fight, but I couldnt watch any undercard fight but this was impossible
