Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

@virginmedia hello, there seem to barriers to cancellation with you. I called to cancel+went through each stage of the call smoothly. I explained I wanted to cancel+after that, the line I was transferred to never picked up. perhaps you deliberately ignore lines for cancellation?

@virginmedia Feel free to cancel it yourself. Like I said we have cancelled all the direct debit to. And as soon as sky fits everything in next week I will send your modems and tv box back recorded delivery. You should treated your coustmer way better instead of hanging up the phone
