    @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

    @virginmedia John, hopefully, a new email receipt is being sent within the next 24/48hrs which should detail the correct amount and my bill at the end of the month should be correct. Errors in charging for volt and a house move installation charge we’re on the bill.

    @richardbranson @nicolareindorp @Crisis_Action I'm appalled that virgin media, under the guise of changing fibres ( whatever that means) are disconnecting landlines then charging customer's £35 to reconnect! My 84 year old dad & the 78 year old mother of a friend has had this happen in the past week! Get it sorted Branson!

    @virginmedia There is now, estimated fix is tomorrow! Never had an outage once with Sky. Broadband is horrendous in the house also, drops out daily. How can I cancel?

    @virginmedia Promised a call back, but this didn’t happen. Clearly as a communications company this shouldn’t have been a problem. Tomorrow I will contact EE to see if I can return to them. I will also take my 2 virgin mobile, broadband and tv to another supplier.

    @virginmedia why did I ever sign up for your services. You failed to port a number over and then you customer service agent told me I had done something wrong. She then lied to me about sorting it out just to get me off the line and now my number has been disconnected from EE.
