Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.
