    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    Imagine your internet going off at 2 minutes past the hour every single hour like clockwork and having to listen to Virgin Media play crap pop music down the phone for 30 minutes to probably not even fix it. 🙄

    @virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

    @virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia who can I contact regarding a virgin mobile complaint? I have spoken to the customer service team who were extremely unhelpful, rude, told me I could not speak to a manager and basically called me a liar. Worst customer service I have ever received. #virginmobile

    @virginmedia I can watch the channels live, never use iplayer via the tivo as its always been very glitchy and slow. Haven't tried any other on demand but all the channels I tried were fine. My lunch break is over so will have try other things later

    @virginmedia there was until last summer, never had an issue until then, and still no issue anywhere else in the UK or abroad, but the attitude is "oh well, guess you won't get what you're paying for then, nothing to do with us!" which i find insulting

    @virginmedia This is the problem! I am the account holder but Virgin Media decided to deactivate my email which gave me access to my account! I suggest you read through the full thread. This on top of the initial issue of no broadband & now poor WiFi.
