@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

@virginmedia Ps no screenshots. The password being displayed for the world to see in the form of this new SSID is one I have used elsewhere (yes I know that is poor practice). My wanted to immediately stop it being advertised. However, I did just rename it rather than delete it if that helps.
