    @virginmedia I have. Numerous times. They have sent out engineers, fitted booster, removed booster, supplied higher spec routers, provided signal booster plug ins amongst many other things. It’s not the speed that’s the issue…it’s the fact the signal drops constantly….

Was going to cancel because of the bill increase, ended up getting my monthly cost cut from £41/month to £36. I'm a terrible negotiator though. If I'd stuck to my guns I think I could have got it lower than £30
