    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    I am stick to death of @virginmedia today. My internet has dropped out 3 times today for 10-15 min at a time. No service issues in the area just router / connection falling on its arse. Happening loads in the past month

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    Very unhappy with Virgin Media with a poor service they give to their loyal customers. I am sick and fed up of going home from work and do not have my television service the whole evening until the following day. No compensation is given it's just expected from us to accept it.

    @virginmedia I'm able to get a new package in a few days. The current package I have is £28 on line today. I am paying £72 per month for the same deal. I have tried to cancel. Your phones are never answered and your 'on line' cancellation service has got me nowhere after 5 days. A CON @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Got through to someone wasn't happy with response tbh been customer 10 years. Contract expires in 2 months will cancel and move on. Don't think you value your customers just after new ones which is fine thanks for your help anyway
