@virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

@virginmedia No Ethernet devices. Advised we would be sent a new hub but when asking why not arrived told no we won’t have one. It’s a big joke and after 22 years time to change cannot take poor service especially a disabled family member reliant on your service

@virginmedia Yes I've checked, these responses are the same as the bot on the page - address indicates service is not yet available but I should get in to speak to someone to check if address can be added - 5 hours and waiting "45 minute wait"
