@virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

Why do @virginmedia find it difficult when someone is leaving them, they tried to tell me my password was incorrect then when i got put through the right department they said ok put me on hold & disconnected me,so now i will cancel my direct debit.

@virginmedia They didnt do anything! I installed them and the lights indicated they were working but it did not have any effect on the signal. Your customer assistant at the time told me its best to return them then as i has been charged. This is awful service and ridiculous for 2021!

My local HSBC open 10-1600. Local Santander 0930-1630. And they answered my last tweet in 4 minutes, having read what I asked and answered it fully. Let's see if HSBC manage the same. Not holding my breath. Worst customer service, even Virgin Media are better

@virginmedia Just called that number and it says there is an issue and it’s complex. But it still doesn’t give an estimated fix. If 20th April is correct what do you suggest home workers like myself do? And how will be reimbursed for the loss?

@virginmedia I have checked service status it says no issues. An engineer has visited our property today and stated it’s a network issue linked to the box and effecting our whole area (24). He’s advised estimated fix 20th April. Why does the service status say everything is fine when it isn’t

@virginmedia Yes i did all that! They didn't work... you can shove it. I am going with another provider just getting a quote then i will be cancelling and be rid of your awful service. A dongle from 2006 could get a better signal!

@virginmedia I tried those steps. The router is not the problem, Im fed up of explaining! The problem is as soon as you leave the room the router is in we loose 80% of the signal. I am sure my house is not lined with Lead! This shouldn't be happening. This is not what i should be paying for!
