I shall make another complaint and also include how long it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

I've been through it all twice a week when I phoned your customer service to find out the progress of the fix (spoiler alert, no progress). Your whole system is a shambles. The issue doesn't show on your status sites. I don't get refund/alternative etc

I think when I had no dial tone and plugged the phone back into the wall socket, calls diverted to vm help, but charged as if I had used the alternate contact number, rather than 150.

PD (@Paul_D_2011) reportedSuggest all using @virginmedia telephones to check call charges for August around the time of their switch to fibre. Initially, I had no dial tone, reported it and whilst fixing the issue, engineer made 2 calls for which I was charged. Now 25 mins on phone getting refund 😤
