Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

Oh my god, the @virginmedia hub 5 is a pile of ****. 7 years with a hub 3 and not one single problem. Two weeks with a hub 5 and it's broken 27 times, been replaced once, second one has now died. I've had to do 6 factor resets this morning.

@virginmedia I had a useless call from India yesterday. He had no idea about the problem. Installation Engineers come, shake their heads and go away. I now have a brilliant service from Sky with a dedicated employee I can call if I have any issues. I never want to hear from Virgin Media again

@virginmedia I have a copy of the WhatsApp chat which confirms the DSAR request on 2nd December. But same went for 2 previous requests which were never actioned by VM. I'm quite confident that I will be disappointed in January. Again. Last chance before moving to next stage.

@virginmedia @sainsburys Spoke to a 'customer service rep' last night due to having dropping Internet since the day it was installed. 5th call, no resolution, told no engineer could be sent & told we're not allowed to make a complaint as we don't reach the threshold for complaint making.
