    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @virginmedia very disappointed in your customer service, unhelpful, defensive and unbothered is best way to describe it. Was on fence about leaving but this has pushed a decision. Always had great things to say about virgin so this is definitely a let down

    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @The_Crust @virginmedia I had that pain for several years. Moved house & got a new, shiny hub. I don’t even know what the two different bands are any more. Never see them pop up. For ages VMBB told me that my hub was up to date. Not.

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @virginmedia Ive spent hours on the phone trying to sort out my account, I spend over 100 pounds a month on it. Every person I speak to in your call centre says something different. I still dont have sky sports HD, despite you even sending an engineer out. Ridiculous service.

    @Kyle1uk @virginmedia Agreed @virginmedia are the worst company ever. We left Sky to go with them and they have over charged us by nearly £100 and still no dign of the Netflix account we were supposed to get as part of the deal and this is two months on. Avoid at all costs!

    @virginmedia 6 months since upgrading to the Volt bundle. Been a bad decision, another day of no internet access. Many visits from some really nice engineers, changed cables, checked connections and hoped for the best. Sadly hopeless

    @virginmedia 12 yr old wiring that was meant to say. I’m fed up of being pushed from pillar to post for a rubbish service which costs me £99 a month and prevents me from working from home. I’ve been a customer since the telewest days and the service is worse than ever and so disrespectful.
