    @virginmedia There are around 6 members of my family who use Virgin media and we're quite happy to all call up and cancel our subscriptions and go to another provider

    @virginmedia will somebody be able to give me a call about my bill. My introduction offer has finished and my bill is now higher than my credit limit so something needs to be sorted otherwise Iโ€™ll have to cancel virgin

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN VIRGIN MEDIA ARE GOING TO SORT OUT THEIR POXY INTERNET SERVICE FROM GOING OFF AND ON ALL THE TIME I CANT WAIT TILL ELON MUSK GETS HIS INTERNET SERVICE UP AND RUNNING THEN VIRGIN MEDIA ARE FINISHED BY ME FOR GOOD.

    @virginmedia When I phoned the contact centre they said they knew there was an issue and it would be sorted in 24hrs. A quick google shows this isnt just me its a common trend

    @virginmedia please help My service is down and i have no idea what my password was that i set up 7 years ago, nore does your sustem recognise the only email i have I cant sign in and I cant get through to a human being on the phone to help me! Help #facepalm

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. Thatโ€™s all well and good if I wasnโ€™t self isolating. Itโ€™s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia your agents are absolutely the worst. My Nan in her 80's, with dementia being railroaded into a phone contract. Now we're trying to sort it she's now being spoken to like shit because she can't remember her password.

    Used to tell my colleagues on @virginmedia to switch to @BT to overcome reliability issues. Moved house and little choice to pick Virgin. No internet or TV for 7 days, fix due by 1pm today. Queried at 1.30pm and 6.30pm, assured it would be today, told to relax. Frankie says BS.

    @virginmedia are there any issues reported for NN5? Been a week of faulty Internet and even none at all! It's Friday night and I have had no Internet all day. Any update would be great, it's annoying to be told there are no faults on my connection when there really is.

    @virginmedia I spoke to them, my problem was that it took 5 hours of messages to get nowhere! Was offered a deal then wasnt allowed to actually have it?? Honestly gobsmacked!
