    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @virginmedia Given that I have not received any Virgin services (I was promised internet on 24th, cabinet in the street not live and no indication On a fix) then I assume I won’t be charged? It’s currently showing a bill for £90 - despite on a 47.99 tariff and due compensation for no service.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp The support doesn't have a free federal contact number, so I have to pay on per-minute basis when calling them and the wait takes like 30-40 MINUTES every time. Support stuff doesn't EVEN know how to fix issues (bad settings) via phone

    @virginmedia can you please confirm status update for broadband services on my area? Checked site earlier, confirmed issues but can’t see same message anymore. Restarted hub four times, sometimes red light, sometimes white. Internet connection is intermittent.
