@virginmedia I don’t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how long it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

@virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

@virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

@virginmedia This is exactly how they treat their customers They look into the issue for hours then cut you off and expect you to go through all the same thing again and again Untill you give up and pay This proves the terrible service you will receive with virgin media

@virginmedia You may have upto 28 days, however billing someone for a service that they don't yet have is probably a breach of contract. A CSR putting the phone down on you because they couldn't deal with an issue is also very disappointing.
