I closed an account in May 2022 and was then charged for following months. I had to pay this to close the account a second time and now I have CapResolve asking me for more money???

There's a hole outside where you can access it to fix it. Except when I called, the soonest anyone can reach this area to fix it is about 72 hours.

If I try and run anything from the room with hardly any, I -understandably- lose signal and it can’t. Like the app won’t even rec WifiMax to me because it will lose signal halfway through checking issues.
