@virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia Seriously someone at Virgin needs to look at what you are asking customers to do to make a complaint. Basically complain via phone “if” you can reach us after 5 hours waiting. Complain via email but it will take maybe 7 to 28 days or longer if we can be bothered. 1 of 2

@virginmedia But surely our router has a problem. It’s temperamental anyway, if we move it in inch the internet shuts down. Engineer was supposed to phone us last week and just didn’t. I don’t think we should pay £60 for gadget team when it’s something you guys can solve
