    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    @virginmedia well it said 25 were affected in PO6. its out again today. your message when I call says there are issues this time as will be out whilst “improving service”. If i had known this was going to happen I could have planned how best to work today rather than sit until 16:00
