Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. They didn't fix it, so I refused to pay my outstanding bill and switched immediately to BT. They kept sending me threatening emals. I won my case.
