    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    @virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia this week for mobile account setup for my son. Didn’t port his number over on Monday as promised & then agent hung up on me when I rang today to complain. I wasn’t abusive and I didn’t shout, but I do expect my complaint to be taken

    @virginmedia I've upgrade to 360 and from a feedback perspective don't think it's very good. Radio channels slimmed down and not on the main menu, recordings difficult to navigate, the menu screen hard to read and options to navigate reduced. How do I go back to what I know?

    @virginmedia I've been through all this. 7meg We were told that it was external and would be fixed by now. Nothing has happened, we can't log-in, your 'help'-line is a joke and can't put you through to a person. We want an update on the issue.
