@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

@virginmedia It has not improved. Complaint to Virgin has done no good at all. Tried to contact via chat today and all links on your website are not working. Looking at changing networks now as I also found out you have changed from EE to Vodafone this year, maybe that's the problem.

@virginmedia Run through all the checks but nothing helps. Have replaced the hub now on previously waiting for someone to look at box. Constantly internet on and off since installed and now just off. No problems with previous company. Wish hadn't taken up @MartinSLewis advice to change.

@virginmedia What do you think I posted? You can see a pic there right? It's the same link which you have sent. This postcode is affected since Dec 1st week and still not fixed. Raised numerous complaints online and they say sorry, we will fix it by tomorrow 4 pm, our engineers are at work

@virginmedia Listen the appointments where all made from your end starting in November txt messages confirming dates and cancellation 3rd date 16 December no show and no message to cancel, I'm sick to death of either me fobbed of or told to do this that or the other
