    @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog I have tried all these methods and no one can help with my WiFi issue! I can’t get through on the phone have tried daily for weeks. I have even sent complaints and had no reply.

    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

    @virginmedia Apparently there are no issues in my area. I work 12 hour days and on my days off I mostly sleep so I don’t particularly want to have an engineer visit but I suppose there is no choice.

    @virginmedia my sisters Internet has not been working since 15th November. Your customer care keeps scheduling appointments after long wait times but no one shows up. In one instance they said it’s schedule and then when she called again, someone else said nothing is scheduled.
