  @Rapidolass @virginmedia I had to hang up after an hour because I was about to swear. I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

  Imagine being half way through a chat with virgin media about WiFi not working. It then kicks me off cause of intermittent WiFi in the area (issue I’ve had for about 7 months lol) and now I can’t get back on to it. What a waste of 50 mins of my life
