    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia There is no fault listed on the website yet when we call we get an automated message saying there's been problems in our area, we can't even use the internet due to the connection being awful

    @virginmedia I've been suffering from 20-40% packet loss on my broadband for 2 weeks now, I've called up the service team multiple times and I've been given a different date on which it will be fixed 28th,29th,31st and now the 4th I'd like some clarity with what's happening

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia Hi. Nobody has phoned or sent a text to my parents and there phone internet and tv is still not working. They have to keep topping up there mobile credit and nobody answers there calls

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @jbjon @virginmedia Fix by 7pm or so the service status page says... I’m not counting my chickens, TBH. 4G tethering seems to be pretty swift for now.

    I swear to god not a single week has passed since I got @virginmedia in April where their internet hasn’t been down for at least an entire day. So annoying when you are literally working from home for 8 hours nearly every day

    @virginmedia It just says the Virgin media kit. I've got the following so what needs to go back: - V6 box - superhub 3 - hfc 2m cable - hfc 1m cable - signal booster - signal booster power adapter with hfc input This isn't all going to fit in the packaging and I don't want to be charged.

    @virginmedia No, didn’t go through cancellations. Disappointing that as a customer of the past few years I can’t just be offered the best deal without having to threaten to leave. After a total of 70mins on hold to not get offered the best deal, I’ll see what Sky can offer, then decide.
