    @virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

    @virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @timmy5686 @virginmedia Yeah been there before, the complaint takes just as long but they prob will not charge you for the downtime and call it compensation. Good luck in getting it sorted 😊

    @railperf @LNER @VirginTrains LNER, better trains, Inc HST! Better media/website, & far superior staff service. I would rather go ECML & across to Glasgow than suffer a Virgin experience.

    Today's @virginmedia update: I've had 2 separate phone calls from different members of the Customer Retention Team asking if I want to sign back up with them or add any other services to the open phone line. Errrrr..... NO! 😡

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone on the phone and asked the to escalate BUT they told me to wait until the outage is sorted because allegedly if I raise the complaint now it will be closed as the issue is the outage???

    @virginmedia 1st engineer appointment on Monday which is a long time to wait when I pay for a service and don’t have it! I’d understand if it was just one service but it’s all three, Tv, Broadband and phone.

    @virginmedia Says my hub is not connected properly! It is I reset it and it’s flashing green. All service was lost yesterday morning. I rang virgin and it said sorry for intermittent service and do I want text updates however on you service checker it said everything is okay. Obviously not!!
