    @EE Excellent Customer Service from EE recently to sort out a problem that Virgin Media caused with a sim that did not work, my number is going to be moved to EE

    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @virginmedia as you have ignored my emails and messages on Twitter and Facebook all day and I still have emergency calls only I will be reporting this con supplying customers with a dodgy sim that don't work and using threatening behaviour to force me to put in my phone #police

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 mins trying to get through to your shambolic customer service. I upgraded my package on Sunday yet there is no tracking or information & my virgin media say I have no open orders?? Not happy, this needs sorting

    @virginmedia No one is picking up, lines are busy and the phone cuts off do stop with that. I’m currently getting broadband speed if 2Mb instead of a 100Mb. You said you would check if there are any issues in my area and still no word on that.

    @virginmedia you claim to have a chat function on your website- you don’t. You claim that one can do all the requisite changes for a move on your site - not possible. You don’t take phone calls. And you don’t answer tweets. What’s a customer supposed to do to get some help?!!

    @virginmedia Ok that's fine. So, I have a question, my 12 month contract ended on 26/01/21. My new contract has auto-renewed from 27/01/21 for £44. So if I cancel today and give you 30 days notice, when will be contract & service end. 28/02/21? Please let me know. Thanks :)

    @ailsatweets @virginmedia The Snapchat support won’t help that’s the same issue I had. Try message @iam_dehacker on Instagram he helped me get back my Snapchat and Facebook account. All I did was pay for the tools he used and I got my account back and helped me set a security on my account
