Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

I rang virgin and it said sorry for intermittent service and do I want text updates however on you service checker it said everything is okay. Obviously not!!
