@aaronosher @virginmedia Yuk - I’ve had to run 15M ethernet cable to the dining room to get decent connection for all my video calls. WiFi doesn’t get through these walls. Was thinking about investing in a mesh network

@virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

@gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

@virginmedia I have advised numerous times which is why I complained to @Ofcom and advised everyone else to do same, it’s impossible to get through by phone and when you do, you presumably have a policy to fob people off so they can’t cancel. Your own forum has numerous complaints about it

@SerendipityShah @virginmedia @WhichUK Complaints, Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA write to cancel. Give 30 days notice then cancel direct debit. Meantime search alternative provider to switch. Send letter recorded delivery and say you could not get through to customer service on phone. Job done.

@virginmedia No not got through yet. She does all the household admin for my parents aged 85 & 89. Parents signed up with Sky as too many issues with Virgin over the last year. How can she give 30 days notice please?
