  With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points.   Virgin Media is still having an outage. Was supposed to be fixed yesterday, but now estimated fix is 15th April. I'm going (more) insane and I can't afford to not stream so I'll try to stream today at like 8pm ish regardless! 🫠
