    @virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

    @virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia hi, my TiVo v6 remote has became laggy & slow to respond, I’ve put fresh batteries in this morning & just reset the v6 box via the settings menu but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    @virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

    Are companies hiding behind the #dataprotection act because of poor ill thought out protocols? I've just experienced this trying to sort out no phone service for my Mother trying to get them to test the line for her panic alarm! @virginmedia get your act together!

    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia I have not been able to use my internet for the majority of our contract. I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK I get through to the VM help desk who tell me my story is impossible and Netflix are lying to me. I “need to delete my payment details” to fix. I say the website won’t allow. I’m told to cancel my subscription then. I ask for a manager and they hang up.

    @virginmedia It had made no difference was told to re start hub, look for black spots. Have bought a 3rd party router now and works no issues from that even with the 3rd party in the same place the other was
