Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

If you simply want an internet connection and you don't have any problems, you might be okay, but as soon as anything goes wrong you hit their awful customer service. I had intermittent problems and it took months to get resolved, I then went to Sky asap.

He might be able to give some advice obviously not legal or watch his videos if you haven't very good information in them
