    @virginmedia your agents are absolutely the worst. My Nan in her 80's, with dementia being railroaded into a phone contract. Now we're trying to sort it she's now being spoken to like shit because she can't remember her password.

    @virginmedia Doing it again tonight! It’s like 5pm comes and all speed disappears, tonight both download and upload are impacted! Throttling I understand for network reasons but there’s something else happening here

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @rightleftdivide @virginmedia Virgin mobile recently changed their mobile betwork provider which made my coverage terrible, they never said anything and seemed to try to keep it as quiet as possible. I eventually realised what the problem was and finally cancelled it after many long phone calls

    @virginmedia So disgusted with your service! FIVE times calling stuck on hold for ages then line goes dead and cut off. When the only way to cancel is to phone up, you don’t make it easy. Goodwill has completely evaporated!!

    @virginmedia I did that earlier, no problems at all in the area and the router wasn’t even visible to wifi devices until I have done the online ‘reset’. Wired connections also experience dropouts and I tried to explain this to the tech support, but because it didn’t happen on the call😡

    @Fuck_Puppy @virginmedia @LutzSchueler That was exactly my thinking , he left for the cabinet before 9am and I never see or heard from him again. They will come up with some excuse poor excuse like they do . They quite often ask me what I want but to stupid to realise I want it to just work.
