    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia I repeat. I have made my complaint through your website, the bit where it says “make a complaint”. Perhaps you could explain why I need to make the same complaint twice. I take no joy from discussing this on an open forum either, I want a response from someone who can help.

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @BLUCHIP_STUDIO @virginmedia I think there just useless. I was ment to have WiFi installed on 21st of December, changed it to the 8th of jan and then on the 7th told me 3rd of February. No wonder there’s loads of deals on customers problem leaving.

    @virginmedia, The worst customers service ever, after for 67 minutes I encountered the rudest person did not even have the common curtesy of apologetic for the wait and then put me on hold and then cut the phone off.

    @virginmedia With no reply on there I have tried calling and all they do is change WiFi channel and restart router and I then tweeted you again and got told to use your text service so I did an engineer was booked to come out but I had to cancel because I got a last min doctors appointment

    @virginmedia my TiVo box has over heated 2 times in 4 days. It just stops working. I have to leave the box unplugged for 24 hrs for it to cool. I have tried In vain to get customer support by phone.I have up after a 45min hold. Chat is no use either as nobody seems to respond

    @virginmedia I’ve just been on the phone to you for 3 hours trying to get my broadband issue resolved, only for your agent to put the phone down on me, I want you to call me back as I’m not spending another 3 hours trying get through and explain everything again.
