@virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. @virginmedia I have, and they say, since Chrome/ME works fine with other internet connections, the problem is with the Virgin internet in my house, not the device/VPN. On this CPU Outlook etc works ok, and Chrome/ME works fine on other devices.. strange issue

@virginmedia Well VM up to its old tricks again Ripping Customers off. 3 months in a row now and I have been over charged again. This was after 6 hours a fews weeks ago to sort this problem out. And being told is wouldn't happen again and I will get back a refund for the previous months

@virginmedia Will try that but that throws up another problem. Forgotten my password and when given a link to change the password it refuses to allow me to confirm password in 2nd box. It simply won't progress past the 'new password' box. I have no idea why.
