@virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

@virginmedia Complaint made in November, December and January. Not heard anything (other than a holding letter). Requested PAC code and cancelled my SIM just over a week ago and was called within 10 minutes!! Not to help either... Just to tell me I can't.
