    Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

    @KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

    @virginmedia Help Our WiFi is intermittent last few days, status says ok. Having problems connecting one laptop. Won’t connect to the hub only a booster after we used the pause option on the app ( is now unpaused ) tried phoning but engaged all the time
