    After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

    I am stick to death of @virginmedia today. My internet has dropped out 3 times today for 10-15 min at a time. No service issues in the area just router / connection falling on its arse. Happening loads in the past month

    @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

    @Rapidolass @virginmedia I had to hang up after an hour because I was about to swear. I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

    @virginmedia One minute it says its fine, five minutes later there's a known issue. The reality for everyone in the street is that there's no, or very limited, service. This is affecting people's jobs and livelihoods - it's not good enough to be told it'll be fixed by some time next week.

    @virginmedia I don't have another email address and don't see why I need one. No other utility companies have this problem. I do not have the time to go through this with customer support again, they can't fix it as I need to log into my old VM account which I can access.

    @virginmedia our internet has been pretty poor and intermittent for the best part of a month. You have improvements happening in our area on Monday 30th. If things do not improve we will demand a refund and will move providers
