@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

@Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

After being a no show for original appointment, @virginmedia turned up today to fix my phone line. Ended up connecting phone to hub instead. Have just been phoned by police saying we called them. We didn’t. Now trying to contact virgin on their messenger and stick in 1 hour queue

@virginmedia has been unacceptably bad today. No connection of any kind - broadband, TV, phone - all day. First was told it'd be fixed by 14:55, then 18:45 and now 7am tomorrow. Not even a concrete explanation as to why.
