    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    What a conplete waste of time Virgin Media are now a Customer for 23 years and treat you like something they wiped off the bottom of there shoe all this Kath was wanting to do was not help me with finances regarding my bill but wanting to get my home phone fixed so I can ring..

    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

    @virginmedia genuinely shocked and appalled by virgin leaving my 80 year old father in law without broadband for a week. No o2 signal so was uncontactable by family fo such a vulnerable adult. We live a couple of miles from him and we had intermittent broadband too. I went online

    @virginmedia I have Netflix as part of my deal. I’ve been told 4 times that an email will be with me in 24 hours. Still no email after 8 days. Everyone promised but no delivery’s. This seems to be a regular issue.
