    @virginmedia I have advised numerous times which is why I complained to @Ofcom and advised everyone else to do same, it’s impossible to get through by phone and when you do, you presumably have a policy to fob people off so they can’t cancel. Your own forum has numerous complaints about it

Meantime search alternative provider to switch. Send letter recorded delivery and say you could not get through to customer service on phone. Job done.

    @virginmedia No not got through yet. She does all the household admin for my parents aged 85 & 89. Parents signed up with Sky as too many issues with Virgin over the last year. How can she give 30 days notice please?
