    @virginmedia Rather than an apology, how about a warning text or email stating when my broadband will be down or interrupted? So I can plan ahead, not waste mine and others time and money, and feel like I’m a customer and not a complete idiot for paying for this? I’m finally back online.

    @virginmedia yesterday who tried to go through entire complaint again. Waste of time. I've now missed out on the deal I was trying to upgrade to as it has expired and you seemingly don't care about the shocking customer service received as I still have no reply to my formal complaint.

    @virginmedia Still not connected. Still not received my equipment. Sold a service on a now broken promise. Been on the phone for over 2.5hrs and no end in sight. Tried text, web and phone. No one is helping and everyone is passing me around. You lot are seriously incompetent.
