    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    @virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

    @EE your network seems to be down again this is the 2nd time since Friday. I have done a coverage checker and asked to be kept updated. Latest update 8hrs.... great, it’s a good job I have @virginmedia for my Wi-fi so I can still use internet. ng18 area

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent 30 mins trying to get through to your shambolic customer service. I upgraded my package on Sunday yet there is no tracking or information & my virgin media say I have no open orders?? Not happy, this needs sorting

    @virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

    @virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

    @virginmedia No, it still says the hub isn’t connected, but it is. TV is working fine (we have a Virgin box for that, too) but no Internet. Devices appear to connect to the network intermittently, but still can’t get online.

    @virginmedia I have done that. Went through to a call centre who told me what I already knew. Total outage in the area. Won’t be fixed until 6pm. Another day no services. Not good. Not good at all.

    @virginmedia had placed an order for upgrade of mobile phone as on 28th Dec. It has been marked as 'Parked'. It's nearly 2 weeks still no response, even after 3 follow-ups. Never had such awful experience from Virgin Media in last 10 years
