    @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @virginmedia @TheDailyScrum SC stop passing the buck. VM have contract & are paying @YodelOnline to deliver packages, thus VM are Yodels' CUSTOMER, so VM need to chase. The OP said, he can't get anywhere with yodel, 'cos he is NOT their CUSTOMER. #DoYourJob and get someone at VM to chase this for the OP.

    @virginmedia Yes seen that excuse numerous times on @virginmedia Tfeed in reply to most customers but it really doesn’t help when we pay for an expensive service which is in a constant state of degradation! If I wasn’t so lazy I’d move elsewhere, except the broadband is good when it works!

    @virginmedia how badly can you **** up an installation?! Didn't bother to do the pre work even though you knew you needed to do it. Now you lie to me everyday about what is going to happen. Called u10times in last 3 days, just been past around 3 ppl for 45 mins then you hung up!

    @virginmedia Your customer services system is diabolical. 20 mins on hold on the phone then got cut off, 30 mins on live chat and still no team member. Fed up with this poor poor service. What a way to run a company!!

    @virginmedia The coverage is fine. A Vodafone phone works but yours does not when next to each other. There is a problem with your network setup which impacts every 5G user in Wolverhampton. Did you look at forum link ?

    @virginmedia No because I checked the services today and it was a known isssue with a fix estimate of 20th Dec. Even though yesterday the fix estimate was 17th Dec ie today!! It’s really difficult to trust the fix estimates as from my experience they are always exceeded, and changed!!
