    @virginmedia will somebody be able to give me a call about my bill. My introduction offer has finished and my bill is now higher than my credit limit so something needs to be sorted otherwise I’ll have to cancel virgin

    @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

    @virginmedia Spoke to team on the day said were opening a complaint, then recieved a e mail saying complaint closed??? Waste of time. Then turned up to install so left it.

    @virginmedia The complaint is about unstable broadband fault lasting roughly a month, countless phone calls, three engineers and still the problem exists. Customer service is a joke and the WiFi signal from the hub3 is useless and I refuse to pay any more for a booster 😡

    @mas56397110 @virginmedia I am having the same issue. Absolutely abysmal service. I now have no Internet when it should have been installed weeks ago and keep being told different things. Latest is that there is no connection to my house and that will take 8 weeks to install.
