@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

Imagine your internet going off at 2 minutes past the hour every single hour like clockwork and having to listen to Virgin Media play crap pop music down the phone for 30 minutes to probably not even fix it. 🙄

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia The customer has a right to cancel during cooling off. You won’t disconnect for 30 days. Then to sign up to a better deal another 30 days but the better deal will be expired by then. Basically you’ve left someone with no broadband. Reported to #offcom

@virginmedia I think the issue is she has an existing account with Virgin Media and she can’t get a new customer offer. I feel if she enters into a new contract then she qualifies as a new customer, but not according to Virgin Media. No worries she will switch provider and save money too.

@virginmedia When I press on options of programmes appears at bottom of screen but red light doesn't change. Then message No SiGNAL appears then that disappears & Virgin Logo comes on.

@virginmedia it's more hassel than it's worth. it is surely a simple procedure to fix. whole thing is really getting on my nerves. thinking of canceling if this is how you deal with things. 9 years with sky and as soon as there's a problem it gets solved quickly. sky are still miles ahead!
