  When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

  @virginmedia Sorted out. But it would have been nice if your customer service had checked outages first before spending an hour taking me through things that clearly wouldn’t have worked because an engineer had chopped through a live “in the area” and the whole area was down!

  @O2 @virginmedia ... Was here in April, no issues whatsoever ever. My account was under review for suspected fraud, this investigation was closed on Tuesday, it's now Friday and I STILL CANNOT get thru to family back in the UK because you're not allowing me to make calls...!!!

  @virginmedia please can you contact me? I keep getting passed around by the automated phone line, every single day, my WiFi will go down, only for a minute or 2, but it is a MAJOR inconvenience when im working from home, and lose connection to clients.
