    Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

    @virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia Well your operators keep hanging up on me and passing me on to other deptartments then after hours they hang up. It's so frustrating when they tell you there is no fault but it's been off for 7 days+ Working from home with no internet means I am essentially unemployed.

    @SuperFran @virginmedia I lose internet up to 8hrs a day at worst since April. Virgin don’t seem to be interested in fixing the problem. It was reported in May but told to report it again after official complaint. Got told no compensation under off-com rules. Hope @richardbranson is enjoying my money.

    @virginmedia I can appreciate the current times are a struggle with staff etc but to charge me £136 for your services then leave me waiting to speak to someone for 50 mins (and counting) is diabolical. My contract is up and I’ve never been as close as I am now to rejoining @skytv
