    @virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    Productivity nearly at zero today because @virginmedia been off for nearly 24 hours 🙃 came on for 1 hour and now no service again! ...not I rely on the internet for work or anything 🤔 🙄🤬

    @virginmedia We have an engineer booked for Monday but I don't believe this is really acceptable with the amount of money we pay each month we should be able to expect a service which works, I understand there will be issues but over 3 hours later nothing?

    @virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

    @Benleo @virginmedia They are without a doubt the worst. I'm in a cable area and they jack the price up every 6/12 months and send a letter out confirming. Had an issue they never, ever sorted despite promises and engineers saying it would be. Never again.

    @virginmedia The loss of service is due to a cable being drilled through. The Customer Service had been the worst I have ever encountered, incorrect information provided on every call. I'm going to be seeking substantial compensation due missing days off work etc..

    @Benleo @virginmedia It’s the only option I have that doesn’t use Openreach lines, which are crap. They were terrible when they were NTL as well, seems like nothing has changed.

    @Benleo @virginmedia 2. I had to pay them 472 quid after months arguing it. It even affected my credit score as they went after me. I was on the phone to them regularly in Kuala Lumpur or some foreign outpost. I would never use them again. Rogue company and basically stole from me.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Sky are no better, impossible to get to speak with anyone from their call centre that actually speaks clear English. I admit I've put the phone down several times because I cannot understand a word they say.

    @Benleo @virginmedia Some are great some are not. I had an issue told them what I thought it was as it happened before. One guy said its not that, came three times, changed modems, cables connectors etc. I told them don't send him , they sent a new guy listened to what I said, fixed what I said.

    @_kerryking_ @AndrewPittman2 @virginmedia Mine has just been fixed if you have a splitter (big white box) check the power plug there should be a green light on it if not thats the problem (which i had) if you dont have a splitter box i aint got a clue
