@virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

@CBergmeister @virginmedia They do with enterprise accounts. And normally you'd get 2 lines from different providers, but since BT and Virgin share the exchanges for the home user, it doesn't really help
