@virginmedia Hi, my equipment is irrelevant, the GUI on the routers admin page is just terribly slow, I’ve tried two different pcs, different browsers, even my phone, it’s the router/modem configuration pages are shocking slow to respond to any form of user input.

@alisonstenning @virginmedia Managed to get compensation from them when they insisted on charging me to leave when I had no choice but to leave. Their service not available in new home. Other utilities actually offer refunds when you leave before contract up & pay in advance. Threatened them with everything.
