    @virginmedia No broadband (green light flashing) Website sending me in circles, run tests, says to call you but closed, then website says to sign in (which I already am) so I do & it sends back round to beginning. I’ve rebooted, checked wires &just want to report fault, plse help

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia Well finally give in virgin mobile sales win hounded and bullied my mam, I made a complaint they reply but she forget her password so they had her in tears again. It's a waste of time they are always going to hound and bully elderly to get a sale
