@RockandRollSue @virginmedia I got rid my contract with virgin due to a bad reception, it took three months... each time I contacted them to cancel( when I could get through) they said it was all sorted, but they hadn’t done a thing, in the end I agreed to going pay as you go and just never used it again.

@virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

@virginmedia Hi, my equipment is irrelevant, the GUI on the routers admin page is just terribly slow, I’ve tried two different pcs, different browsers, even my phone, it’s the router/modem configuration pages are shocking slow to respond to any form of user input.

@virginmedia Service resumed at about 14:45. I’m not sure why that matters though as it means something like 36 hours of problems with a good 5 or 6 hours of nothing at all. In summary two days work trashed - part of which was trying to organise a Covid response team.
