    @virginmedia All I want is to cancel my tv. That’s it. Yet for 3 months I’ve been ignored. Gareth told me my tv is free so I’m due no refund - which I am for this delay. I pay £58 a month for tv & internet. Why is he saying tv is free? I asked for clarification & he ignored. 3 times.
