@virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

@virginmedia Somewhat stable. However, today is a clear day. It is whenever there is the slightest breeze or a slight change in weather. I have never had such an inconsistent connection.

So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

@virginmedia I am in discussions with your complaints dept. After no resolve on Monday i was told the next stage was a manager calling me within 72 hours. No call received as yet. I would expect the service to improve marginally at complaint level but sadly not.

@virginmedia I have, it didn't make any difference. I had to factory reset to get it back from modem mode to router mode. I have a feeling there is a problem with the Hub 3 ethernet ports, I'm reading online others have had this issue and it is the Hub that is the problem
