@virginmedia Lichfield area having problems. I’ve gone from 600mbps this morning to less than a meg. According to online no know issues. Connect app and your online diagnostic tool doesn’t support Hub4 so can even test that way. Done a rest of hub. Nothing. Help!

So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

@virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

@virginmedia You could refund the £147 you charged us. Having been a customer for years, all the family on VM sim cards/contracts,and because we have moved into temporary accomm we have no proof of forward address to provide. Which quite frankly you shouldn't need as we are fully paid up.
