@virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

@virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

@virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

@virginmedia Thanks ,yes I’ve had several updates on completion of work pre Xmas it was 6pm most days . Since then it was 3:30 yesterday , definitely today , and one of your highly trained customer agents advises me it will be 3:30 tomorrow ,unless of course you know something ?

@virginmedia Alas still no internet. No visit from the engineers. So that's 4 times they've failed to appear. Customer Services where unable to give us a reason for this but, funnily enough, where able to tell us we couldn't cancel our contract without paying £160. I wonder wi OFCOM agree?
