    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia Any idea when the broadband issues in E5 are going to be fixed? Problem has been intermittent since yesterday. Fault isn't appearing on your service checker, which is where the automated operator directs you for updates on the fault. Fairly significant downtime.

    @virginmedia Yes, my contract was different to what I signed up for and I didn’t realise until down the line when speeds + cost weren’t as expected because you don’t expect your provider to just change the contract after you sign a precontract for a certain amount in store.

    @virginmedia Yeah everything seemed to have corrected its self after 12, TV go was broken, the site was down, service status was unusable. No idea what had happend but many others had the same issue from what I saw on here.
