She doesn’t need hassle.

Wayne Farry (@waynefarry) reported“when the locals (Irish) don’t have a say in policy, that’s when Americans have an issue with it” what is this dog **** astroturfing of American influence in Ireland? hope (but wouldn’t hold my breath) that the journos at Virgin Media investigate who is funding this kid
-
D (@idczn) reportedThe only contract I ever signed with Virgin Media was in 2018, and it continues to this day. I have never changed or upgraded it; I only occasionally tried to report home network connection issues. It turns out that in November 2024, a two-year contract was accepted, which I only found out about in 2025 when I wanted to cancel their services. I couldn't leave them XD However, checking who did this on my behalf and when (because it certainly wasn't me) was impossible, as I had no way to log into my Virgin account Now I cansee- the accepted contract has different number? There is no any signature of mine- and information that was sent to e-mail: back then controlled by hacker
-
Carl S (@screwy73) reported@virginmedia I no its not a fault free service but your faults are very regular as i said 3 to 4 times a week compared to once in a blue moon on a BT line , and when i do a check nothing wrong with my line , so it must be my router which works fine till you have a fault 🙄
-
Swivel Eyed (@swiveleyed24) reported@Benleo @virginmedia I moved to community fibre a couple of years ago. Quarter the cost, faster Internet and better customer service.
-
G Turnbull (@GaryTurnbull9) reported@gail_hendry @virginmedia I would be happy just to be able to speak to someone who is English and can understand me and vice-versa been with these since it was “Telewest” currently WORST SERVICE ( communications) I have EVER had signing me up for deals ( some Indian/pakastani) I don’t even want
-
Ben Leo (@Benleo) reportedI have released all audio tapes of my many calls since April 30 and will be collating them for the nation to see how @virginmedia treat their customers and breach consumer law.
-
Chris Hobbs (@obbsie) reported@virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself. Will I have to wait four hours on the 150 landline as I did the other day before giving up.
-
David (@blueboy2710) reported@mark_wootten Try Virgin Media, just as bad if not worse
-
Andy Jones (@Andy_wxm) reported@virginmedia Been a customer of yours for 2 months and my broadband keeps dropping out. Have switched off the hub and back on yet the broadband signal is still having the same problems
-
Ben Leo (@Benleo) reportedWhat this comes down to is Virgin Media not wanting consumers to be able to skip adverts anymore using pause and rewind live TV. I assume they get more from advertising money when people are forced to watch adverts on their streaming boxes. Fine, I understand that. But lying and misselling and treating customers like this in order to achieve that is unacceptable.
