@virginmedia why call me twice today, tell me I am a valued customer (22 yrs) and offer me a broadband speed not yet available in my area!! Once again a waste of my time and yours. I would feel more valued if you call and offer me a small saving on my monthly bill! 🤔

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Hi, we are having issues connecting to the wifi throughout the house. The room the hub is in is good but the rest of the house is very poor, we have our children complaining that their games consoles won’t connect or buffering and glitching and it’s costing us a fortune.

@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia your a joke of a company! You send my grandmother a new SIM card due to the “network” improvements. She calls to activate it, you then all of a sudden set her up with a new number and charging her for a 2nd line! As you give her a new number! 0 customer service!

@virginmedia Your service is getting worse! B31 showing no issues, but wired connections keep intermittently cutting out for a few seconds at a time - enough to cause sites to close etc also getting half the speed would expect when actually working
