    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia Service went down last night, had to reset router, then reset router then tech rebooted from your end then waited all night for nothing was told I’d get a call back had to call them again to be told it’s a problem in my area yet nothing reported online. Seems it’s Lies after lies
