    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia any chance of someone arranging a callback for a contract issue. Spoken to 4 advisors over 2 weeks, not one of them has done what they said they would, latest one said 3 days ago he'd get a manager to call us, still nothing

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @smithsmm When the Virgin Media engineer came to fix a fault, our line was plugged in to a house across the street when fixing another issue, he pulled the connection "pod" out of a hole in the ground about 80% deep in water. The water caused the crackle they came to address originally!

    @virginmedia constantly having to restart our hub as it keeps dropping connection or it can find 2G not 5G or the other way round, what's the issue? Very frustrating when trying to work from home and home school. This has only been happening since we went back in to lockdown.

    @virginmedia are complete scumbags. They lied to us & screwed up our order. Their engineer bullied my wife @dragonlovingLFC into doing a half arsed job causing hundreds of pounds/hours worth to put right. All in all, they need to come get their **** & take it out of my home
