    @virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

    @virginmedia I moved to new house and I’m struggling with moving my internet. No one help me, live chat , phone call, moving team 💔💔. Each services have transferred me to other by answer machine !!!! What happened !!!

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @marc1box @leonagraham @virginmedia Those lights say it's the Internet. I'm lucky here, been with Virgin since it was diamond cable and NTL and only 128kb/s. Probably only had a few days down in all that time and one of this was a failed router. Not cheap though

    @virginmedia Its says the problem will be repaired on the 27th, I assume you will be applying a credit for the lack of tv and wifi provided to those affected ? I work from home, this simply isn't good enough

    @virginmedia I will be in touch by Monday. I’ve just discovered two layers of payments added to my credit file. Although there was no services connected because your call centre signed me up with an engineer. Knowing I was leaving the country and I needed the internet for my cctv. I was reluctant but rejoined sky and your call centre refused to cancel and persuaded me to move the account to a different address. An address that’s under renovation and empty. There’s something afoot about how all this has been handled and I will be requesting my credit file is amended with your support. Going forth I will update publicly on this thread any success or failures I have with these issues.

    @rpd_pacer @claireroberts01 @virginmedia I left Virgin Media a couple of years ago, after being with them for 20 years. Customer service is non existent, I got sick of trying to deal with Indian call centre staff who barely understood English. The equipment was crap and waiting weeks for engineers was a joke.
