    @jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia Hi BG, no issues on other systems but experiencing frame drops, irregular bitrate throughout the mornings. Apparently there is no outages but when I ring up there is an outage in my area which is a complex issue.
