    @Jess_Guth @virginmedia Trying to get away from them is so difficult. They wouldn’t let me transfer my landline number and then charged me for keeping it open! You’ll never manage to speak to anyone either…not unless you’re paying a bill of course.

    @Benleo @virginmedia They ruined my Christmas in 2023. Whole day on phone sorting issues with father in laws broadband then 2 site visits ending up with me throwing my vape at TV and a bill for £1000. Horrendous company

    @virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

    Help @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!

    @virginmedia @Benleo Nah, just leave them if you can. I had constant issues with them and the customer service was always shocking. Avoid at all costs imo

    @virginmedia @IanLythgoe4 We’ve been without TV for five days! Despite being told it would be sorted “ within 24 hours” on Saturday, now been told after a 30 minute phone call that no engineer available until next Saturday!! Shockingly bad service Virgin Media.
