    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia I won't waste an more of my time on this. I've already sent letters of complaint and heard nothing for a few months then one advising me to contact an external company. All over one single SAE envelope. If I don't receive one by One month from today. the equipment goes out.

    @virginmedia It is clearly an outage but this outage happens frequently. Normally when your engineer has been tinkering with the box at the end of our road. As I said, my elderly parents are without the ability to communicate with anyone. What are your plans?

    @virginmedia It keeps cutting out throughout the day, we have turned the router off and on, I have called about wifi issues before so this is an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved

    @virginmedia I want to cancel my account. You tell customers to call but it took my five attempts just to the automated system. I was then on hold for 30 minutes just for it to ring then cut me off.
