Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Tried that before, best is £25 for a year, then back to £138. Even had 2 engineers say our TiVo boxes have had it, but they will only replace with the same boxes and have the same issues. They have said the best thing is to cancel and have another family member do a new account
