    With public service cuts, why do we year upon year pay more Council Tax for less service? Virgin Media put their prices, but do not reduce my service - If they did I'd cancel the service. We are legally obliged to pay more for less - go figure 🤷

    @virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

    @Benleo @virginmedia They ruined my Christmas in 2023. Whole day on phone sorting issues with father in laws broadband then 2 site visits ending up with me throwing my vape at TV and a bill for £1000. Horrendous company

    @virginmedia What a nightmare it is to be a virgin media customer terrible wifi ALL week and now the tv box doesn’t work - honestly investigating moving to Sky as I’m not getting the service I’m paying for!
