    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

    @JConcreteABH @virginmedia One of the reasons I dropped VM. Was paying for 200mb and only got 40 at best. Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

    @virginmedia Sorry, you updated my router to analyse and update the signal for each device depending on where they are, and since that update I have issues with my laptop when its more than 2m from my router despite being perfectly fine before, but it ISNT the update? Sounds fishy to me.

    @virginmedia I’m not sure how that will help. Will the speed be faster than the 219 I’m getting on a wireless connection? When these issues occur the wired connection also drops!

    @virginmedia Yes still waiting, got through to someone day before yesterday, told us to call day after, called twice yesterday and was told to call next day due to intermittent problems and the ordering system being down. I'm trying to do my dissertation and exams, can't get online :(

    @virginmedia Had someone from apple’s senior tech support try a shared call with Virgin as they have checked every single thing on their end and confirmed it is something to do with the short code Virgin have set. When he challenged Virgin they kept cutting us off. Trying again today.....
