    @Turkey_Twizzler @EE @virginmedia I’m back with EE having previously left 3 years ago as the service was bad. O2 weren’t much better really. My advice, shop around loads, price comparison sites are good now for letting you find loads of deals for the phone you want, your budget etc

    @virginmedia I didn’t because I wasn’t able to log in. But I upheld the complaint and a manager was supposed to call me back. I was told we’d get money back on our bill but we didn’t. We had WiFi some days for about half an hour then it would cut out again.
