@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

After 3 hours, a formal complaint and 4 calls a further call got me through to a useful agent who explained cancelling your installation fixes it. 30 mins it was back!!

@virginmedia Not being able to use it properly for 6 years ie, never outside the house, display often said I wasn't registered on the network and very often it told me that the number I was trying to call was blocked even my doctors number. Thank you for replying, I wasn't expecting a reply.
