    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia I did. It was they who diagnosed our low upstream power and qam and said a technician needed to come out. We got a technician (eventually), who proved the issue was outside the property by replacing the router. There is nothing WE can do to fix this, which is why I want out.
