@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia No known outages. The 0800 days they are “making things better” and should be normal at 1.15pm” that message was in all day from 12pm through to 6pm and beyond. I’d this something very local as the status says no know issues. This is ridiculous I want to know what’s happened!

@jouskaneurons @virginmedia Zeena are you in the Northolt/Greenford/Ruislip area? We won't even be getting the £8 a day automatic compensation if you are because they fraudulently marked the issue as fixed yesterday morning and then recreated the exact same fault under a different fault number.
