    @virginmedia On that test through my wired PC I got a smashing speed test result. I have gotten through to the status page a couple of times during troubleshooting, which is a bit weird in itself, running the test produced no errors and I followed the cable check/reboot.

    @virginmedia Yes I have done everything. So you are telling me you can't ask someone from the customer service department to call me back ? I need an engineer here or cancel my contract so I can go elsewhere. I can't work and the kids can't do their homework
