    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia Absolutely no service since 1.45pm yesterday. No tv no broadband no phone. You surely know about this problem? I believe Burgess Hill and Haywards Heath are both out. Virgin media engineers and vans have been seen around here. Your status page says all is well which frustrates!

    @virginmedia I’ve not had properly functioning WiFi in weeks, have called customer service last week to be told engineer coming out and a complaint has been lodged. A week on WiFi is still rubbish, not even a peep regarding an engineer and no follow up on my complaint.

    @virginmedia Yeah, I have the hub 3 box and the WiFi light is lit up green, the power light is flashing green and I have ran all the tests and done all troubleshooting steps. Nothing is working. I have tried to phone twice and been sent a link. Can I actually speak to someone who can fix it.

    @virginmedia Struggling to get in contact with the support team. The problems are the internet in one room keeps cutting out, that room has a booster. Every couple of days have to keep rebooting the modern. We have rebooted the modern 7 times in 2 weeks
