@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia How you deal with issues / complaints is what a company is judged on and you’ve failed. The fact you have to send lots of boosters out ( as told by your cos agent) shows your service is either inferior or a money making scheme for the boosters to increase the monthly charge

@virginmedia Several times. But this morning I have now been able to get the information. Oh, and the internet is back up and running. You clearly need to add extra juice to your help pages when your broadband service breaks.

@virginmedia I am still left with shocking speeds after everything we did yesterday. Bouncing between 10 and 30Mb down and under 1Mb up. I’ve checked all cabling, set hub back from modem mode, to router, and back again. All that did was stabilise the bouncing, the speed is still much slower.

@virginmedia I have called up twice in the last 2 months to ask for a new power cable for my virgin box. First you sent a new remote control and I haven’t had anything after the last call. Was on the phone for half an hour each time. Please help.
