Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

Not only did customer retention not listen when I said I wanted to end the service they decided I wanted no change. I am not making this up. I have paid up until march 26 you will get no more money from me.
