    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    @virginmedia Support person just hung up on me when I asked, which is not impressive. If there is no support for visual voicemail, then can we have a list of IVR commands for the old school voicemail? Back in the day it used to say press 1 to save etc.? And happy to move networks to get VVM
