@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@virginmedia She just said somebody would be out to the green boxes within 24hours. It’s been fine for years. Just started failing the last month or so. Done numerous resets etc which work for a while then it fails again. The network shows up, and you can logon to it, just no internet!

@virginmedia how do I report a loss of service? The button in the app takes me to a help page that doesn't specify how. Calling 150 tells me there is a fault, is it automatically registered?
