    @virginmedia any chance of someone arranging a callback for a contract issue. Spoken to 4 advisors over 2 weeks, not one of them has done what they said they would, latest one said 3 days ago he'd get a manager to call us, still nothing

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

    So @virginmedia has been going off with technical faults from yesterday, My @EE is also been going off signal wise from yesterday is anyone else not think this is eerie and so so weird that both going down at the same time. Come on conspiracy theories welcome.

    @virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia Sent. If you have the capability to get this fixed quickly it would be appreciated. This is not a major city it's a village with poor mobile data connectivity.

    @virginmedia Checked yesterday and it was only tv issues no broadband issues, and like I said its better in the day, the broadband does not struggle at all ?? Its at night it struggles, no kids so not that many devices used either ?? Can't understand it ?

    @virginmedia why is your service so poor? I keep getting disconnected, my.internet has been unstable for over a week now. With the black out last week and now this ongoing situation I honestly don't know why I am paying for your garbage service.

    @virginmedia The contract should have ended on march 26. Not April 9th. Not only did customer retention not listen when I said I wanted to end the service they decided I wanted no change. I am not making this up. I have paid up until march 26 you will get no more money from me.

    @virginmedia The number calling me is a different one each time. Always a U.K. landline number with a โ€œspecial offerโ€ from virgin media. I was a mobile and bband customer until May22 and been taking these calls ever since then every few days despite multiple requests to be forgotten

    Hey @virginmedia. I just had a Dutch guy come to my house to fix my router. Instead, nothing was fixed and he randomly left without saying anything? Was I just scammed by a fraud?!
