@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

@boxnationtv Hello, what about Virgin Media premier sports customers. I was told when I signed up that all live boxing events would be also shown on Premier sports as we don't get access to Boxnation. If that has changed, along with losing most of the football coverage, I will cancel.
