@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

Exetremely disappointed with @virginmedia service received. 4 calls with hold times averaging 40mins with painful hold music. Supposed to have broadband installed on 25th Nov but now moved to 22nd Dec. Promised callbacks from supervisor but no response. Disgrace!

@virginmedia Service has always been slow and some days doesn't exist at all! No one on your CS team are able to help and the last call I was on hold for nearly a hour just to be hung up on. We pay top price for the best speed possible yet spend most of our time waiting on pages to load!
