    @virginmedia @VMO2News please with pay for someone capable to fix your custom super hub firmware or get rid of it! Hub5 won’t release IP addressed and your middle ware completely messes up Wi-Fi naming and password changes (even the first use one which isn’t even a change)

    @virginmedia Sadly, Virgin Media has internal communications systems and a customer services function. Sadly Virgin Media is a Communications company. Sadly I'm not paid to hang on the phone when this is easy to resolve in-house at Virgin Media, but it's a business choice not to. Thnks anyway

    @virginmedia I did on Friday and one of the manager refused to do the needful so I have to wait for another call. I doubt if I’ll ever recommend you guys due to the terrible customer service. Nobody takes charge of a problem rather they pass customer from pillar to post
