@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

@virginmedia She is unable to recieve incoming and outgoing phonecalls. She has 2 sockets - 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs and neither are working. It seems to be an intermittent problem as it wasn't working last night, it was working this morning but is now not working again

@virginmedia This isn’t about compensation as such, I expected better service than what I’m getting. What I would like is for you to actually fix the issue but it appears your guys don’t work weekends? Not high enough priority are we. Installing new customers on weekends though🤔
