@virginmedia spoken to 3 advisors over recent weeks to resolve contract issues, none of them did what they said they would. promised a manager callback 2 weeks ago, never happened. Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

@virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

@jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

@SydMarNi @virginmedia Yes we are having the same issue as our original installation date was 12th Dec then they changed the next date from Dec 20 th to 6 Jan with no explanation and been given 25 th Jan it’s a joke as got children needing internet for school and un and customer service can’t help !!

@virginmedia Nothing has been listed there and the service status page is a useless exercise as it just sends you round in a circle. Yes I have rebooted my hub several times throughout the day. My broadband is offline again for the 4 or 5 time today

@virginmedia what the hell is wrong with the v6 box it's been useless since it was fitted on dec 10th 2020. Recording will not play without freezing also if I pause live tv or rewind forward it also has same issues. It wired connection with 220gb so not internet as that's fine.😡

Dear @virginmedia please sort your **** out. This is the 5th week in a row we keep losing our broadband service.. Jesus christ your customer service is shocking and so is your broadband. If it doesn’t get sorted i will be cancelling it and my direct debit.
