@om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

@brettclaxton @virginmedia I took Virgin to.ombudsmen and won a while back. They were cited for.poor.customer service. If they tell you one thing, and do another, you'll win, as they have to take notes on every call. Advise them if it's not refunded with a goodwill credit, ombudsmen.
