@virginmedia Yes I did. They gave no reference number, but said I could call back if they never called me...nice...but no number or reference. Angelo in your call centre has all details. It was carried out by a third party of your sub contractor.

@virginmedia Always good when you work from home and are told over the phone everything has been done to fix your internet speed, currently 1.67mbs and supposed to be 200mbs, and that the earliest a technician can come out is Monday! Great service, not. Time to switch providers.

@virginmedia It hasn’t got anything to do with connectivity on devices though. It is either a fault with the router or connection issues in the area because it is all devices that lose connectivity at the same time, regardless of position in the house

@virginmedia Have called the number above a few times but keep getting automated message saying engineers are fixing the issue. The Virgin broadband status web page is showing no issues in the area but we still have no broadband or tv.
