    @JordoClarky @virginmedia Appalling service tonight in Nottingham, two weeks after being told that all faults had been fixed. We need reliable internet service. Virgin is clearly having systemic problems in certain parts of the country and shouldn’t be charging those customers extortionate prices

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia I did speak to someone who said they’d made some changes to my settings and told me that would fix my connection and then lied to me saying they will transfer me to complaints to discuss my ongoing issues but in fact transferred me to cancellations

    @virginmedia Cancellations team have booked me and engineer for today , however it’s now almost 2 weeks without a usable internet connection whilst trying to work from home. Not at all happy with the customer service I’ve received so far as the service team doesn’t listen

    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @virginmedia It was - until now. This is garbage. Been on and off for 4 months (including a new router) but now you’ve just gone to full intermittent service, while we’re in full isolation too. Proper naff.

    8 days without being able to have a stable internet connection, complaint raised and no response within 72 hours as advised and another half an hour on hold...thanks @virginmedia for the excellent service you provide

    2nd online seminar of the year = absolute fail. I couldn't hear anyone on the call and the wifi decided to drop the call for about 10 minutes. @virginmedia disappointed. Final year of uni not looking good

    @virginmedia Can't use my phone or the text helpline (whose bright idea was that?) because there is no signal. Can't access My Virgin Mobile app because it can't identify me (it needs a 4G signal) but it doesn't work because there is no signal. I think we are seeing a pattern.

    @virginmedia Neither, we have been paying the monthly bill still, just the impact of the car smashed the black box outside the house and the router inside the house. The appointment was for someone to come over and assess/ fix it as there is currently no WiFi in the house now

    @virginmedia I have a letter – almost a month old – from your ‘Virgin Media Team’ referencing my complaint and promising someone will be in contact shortly by phone or text. As this is about closing the account of a dead person, DO YOU THINK YOU COULD WAKE THE TEAM UP!!

    @virginmedia Ok, same problem. Factory reset completed, then ran the scans for WiFi black spots and the area that I work in is now no longer connected to WiFi (currently using 4G)
