    @virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

    @virginmedia It was - until now. This is garbage. Been on and off for 4 months (including a new router) but now you’ve just gone to full intermittent service, while we’re in full isolation too. Proper naff.

    @virginmedia Cancellations team have booked me and engineer for today , however it’s now almost 2 weeks without a usable internet connection whilst trying to work from home. Not at all happy with the customer service I’ve received so far as the service team doesn’t listen

    8 days without being able to have a stable internet connection, complaint raised and no response within 72 hours as advised and another half an hour on hold...thanks @virginmedia for the excellent service you provide

    @virginmedia I did speak to someone who said they’d made some changes to my settings and told me that would fix my connection and then lied to me saying they will transfer me to complaints to discuss my ongoing issues but in fact transferred me to cancellations

    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @JordoClarky @virginmedia Appalling service tonight in Nottingham, two weeks after being told that all faults had been fixed. We need reliable internet service. Virgin is clearly having systemic problems in certain parts of the country and shouldn’t be charging those customers extortionate prices

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact you for nearly a month spending hours on hold to cancel free trial of skysports which we have never even watched. I can’t find a way to do this online despite more hours of trying. I don’t want it, can’t cancel 🤬 now being billed for it!

    @virginmedia Thank you ZR. I had to drop off after 2 hours (kids bathtime). Our internet keeps cutting out. Been happening for months but today it happened as my wife was tutoring and she couldn't get back on "unstable connection" . She is freelance and feedback was far from good

    @virginmedia To recap...I've run tests, I've reset the router, I've rebooted the router..internet has not been working since 11am. Doesn't matter if the wired connection is working or not because that doesn't fix the issue I'm having?? And having a working wired connection is useless to me
