    @virginmedia I see I have had another npreply email today about an outstanding overdue balance, I have tried to ask you for help, but you refuse and you cut me off 2nd April so you can't charge for april, so today letter will be in the post with this threat to The Police

    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

    @virginmedia Had that and got no where you had your chance and blown it read the log from Kath and you will see how she treated me, if I was her boss she would have been sacked on the spot 3 years ago I reported home phone not working number gone bone idle Kath tried I said NO

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    @virginmedia try to upgrade account. Disaster - wrong payments, engineers cancelled then this PM turn off the internet to fix the & rebook engineer(??!!). Now no internet & call back 24 hrs 😡 asked to speak to a supervisor to own and fix last 2 weeks disaster and put phone down.

    @virginmedia Hi there are no known service issues in my area. I have been on to support two times today which is more than enough. It cost me time and money having to keep calling. Can we get this sorted or i will have to take this further.

    @virginmedia Service checker never shows any problems. Our service has been flakey since the upgrade to the system in January.
