    I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia please improve how you treat your customers! Broadband + TV down in NW1 since last Thursday with no text updates, no online status and the only way I find out the latest is a 30 min call. This follows a previous 2 week outage in November where I was not compensated.

    I need to give a HUGE shout out to @VirginMedia. Had a fault with broadband and from reporting the fault to fixing it was 48 hours. And the engineer extremely knowledgeable and polite. I have been 3 years with Virgin and the service simply astounding. Well done @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I dint mention when I was moving, there was some miscommunication and the operator whoever spoke to mentioned it as 30th, I just called the customer team and they mentioned this. How can such things happen, and they mentioned for reconnection it would take 3 days.

    Hello, @virginmedia . Can you please explain why we pay you so much money for such an abysmal service? Why is your Internet provision (and I use that word generously) interrupted so frequently? Why do you do nothing to improve it? Guess I'll be looking for a new provider soon.

    @virginmedia why do I have to threaten to cancel my account 3 or 4 times before I get offered the deal that is advertised online?! I know which deal I want and how much it is yet I’ve been on online chat since about 9am this morning trying to get this deal offered to me!

    @virginmedia The connection with my iPhone is rubbish and has been since Virgin was installed at my house 7 months ago. The only advice I ever get is ‘try rebooting your hub’, which I’ve done repeatedly and is something I never once had to do with Sky in 20 years of being with them.

    @virginmedia So the technician that was confirmed in a text that was coming today was automatically cancelled with no notification to me. Just called again and now been told I will get a technician on bank holiday Thursday - so a week without service and my weekend ruined - nice one
