    @Devylonely @virginmedia Try and cancel if you can. Read through the review on Twitter. People can’t get through to cancel. Get another small provider who have a real phone number to call and people who can help you.

    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    @virginmedia I recommend to anyone never to consider taking out a Virgin Contract. Be careful to read other customers reviews. Once you sign up there is no way to leave again. You’ll be holding in the waiting queue until the end of your life.

    It for me and SURPRISE SURPRISE she was able do it no problem. I just kept refusing to be put on hold. Initially she muted me and probably wanted me to hang up but I stayed on the call. IM FINALLY FREE from Virgin and will happily never use their service again 💯👋🏼 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Ok all neighbours are reporting a problem with loss of tv and broadband which points to a major fault. Somewhere locally the green box looks ok albeit old and needing painting and no flooding. One thing though it seems it went off when the clocks went back.

    @virginmedia But then you don't get any of the benefits, imagine being a virgin customer for over 20 years and seeing other people get benefits because they have been a customer for 6 months of virgin and O2. It's a shame you don't treat your long term customers like me the same way

    @virginmedia Yes, there is a known fault and is being fixed, it said this last week too but here we are again! Apparently ‘fixed by 3pm’ but it is a repeat of last weekend where again, I will miss the live showing and recording of my team playing - not sure why I pay so much for this service!

    @virginmedia Can't get network service on TV - error n27, but no cable is unplugged. Have been through all the automated checks/processes and reboots. The online support just repeats the same steps and invites me to call support, which when provides the same info and doesn't connect to anyone
