    Thanks @virginmedia for charging us a disconnection fee of £230 after being told we wouldn't need to pay a fee on the phone. Despite the fact we are being kicked out of our house and you don't provide service in our new area. Really classy move.

    @virginmedia Well, I'm nearly certain my issues were caused or fixed by the gentleman in the Virgin Media van outside my residence. All seemed to be well yesterday afternoon and evening (and today so far).

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia I can’t seem to get through to speak to anyone to assist with an ongoing issue we have with our TV service. For over a week when trying to watch TV the picture is distorted/pixelated. The only time I can watch a clear picture is when I watch Netflix.

    @MediaLow_down @virginmedia Not yet! Hope they will. Yesterday was awful- over 2 hours on the phone. They told us they could do it so we didn't sort out a new ISP now my partner will have to miss a week of work and I won't be getting any school prep done from home before new term.

    @virginmedia The service has gone down every evening all this week. Spoke to your helpdesk at 8pm yesterday and was assured would be fixed within 24 hours. Not working, now being told will be fixed by 16.00 tomorrow. Why do I pay you??

    and would prefer the money, I'm sure they get the money via 02 and virgin media so there not losing out, I will try the other greggs in the shopping center instead as never have a problem at that store, but will no longer use the greggs next door to my workplace.
