@virginmedia Hello John, the signals are going up & down like a yo-yo 🪀 I’ve done a full reset of the hub, cleared browser history on all devices & scanned with connect app, no issues found yet all devices are going at a snails pace. All very frustrating 😞

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@virginmedia No, the status says “ No know Issues”. There was a fault yesterday which was apparently fixed but It hasn’t fixed anything here & I’ve run of if things to try.

@virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

@virginmedia Leaflets are yours and no, just they never installed lines when the estate was built around 15 years ago. Plenty of properties and we only have ADSL with Sky!

@virginmedia service is appealing in area 22 bo internet connection for 4 days out of 5 now: can't work from home. Been a customer for over a decade USING THE SAME ROUTER as the only thing you "upgrade" is your bills not your services ... very disappointing !

Just moved to @O2 as part of my @virginmedia bundle from whatever network they use and the 4G is just shocking, it's like going back 10 years. At this rate I'll barely use 1 gig of data never mind my actual allowance 😒

Have spent over 1.5 hours on hold with @virginmedia to notify them that house sold and need to cancel service and each time get passed around then disconnected. Do NOT take out a contract with them if you ever think one day you may need to cancel it. #virginmedia #rubbish
