    @virginmedia Mum said she spoke to an operator who ran some checks. They confirmed there was a fault, but they couldn’t proceed because mum had forgotten her password. They said they would send the letter, this was over a week ago. Thanks for your help.

    @virginmedia contacted Virgin customer services on 22nd October to terminate broadband contract( 1 month notice). I was assured I would receive an email to confirm termination-nothing received. Heard this happens a lot and then Virgin challenge-pls sort.

    @virginmedia Thanks. I don’t mean I set of guidelines. I mean an internal process flow for how complaint unsealed managed. For example I have raised a complaint. I call up, get to you offshore team, and they cannot see my complaint or put me through to anyone

    @virginmedia I was told same issue for all the customers roaming in India so is’t a big issue? Would you work on this issue as a priority? Other UK mobile networks are working as expected, is’t it bothering you?
