@virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

@virginmedia Hello there, DAY 5 without Internet connection here and I haven’t received any update from you. Can you PLEASE make some clarity on what is going on and when we can expect this to be fixed? Surely you should have sent a technician to check on us by now… Absolutely awful.

@BBCWatchdog I was without TV service with Virgin Media for over a week this month, could only use chat bot, eventually a live chat with a person because I took to twitter, but they couldn't help me either. Still waiting for the comp form they said would come automatically.

Issue still apparent today. @virginmedia, 2023, I'll be looking for a different mobile provider. I expect shortly I'll also change broadband provider too—I've been with you since C&W through NTL—why would I continue, when 2/3/4G is so poor and you now have local FTTP competition?
