    Hanging on now for over an hour to @virginmedia after being sold a router for a new flat that I told them had a BT phone socket. Trying to #cancel as landlord wont have additional sockets. Lady put us in hold/SILENT for 55mins - they are hoping we disconnect. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia right I’ve just about had enough of virgin customer services. Cancelled service on 10 December. Today find out account is live after logging in. On hold four times for over 45 minutes. Latest on hold for 1hr 19 minutes. Call gets answered then cut off! What the hell

    Have paid £26 for HD live download and quality is terrible @virginmedia. Its pixallating and freezing @SkySport. Is this going to be sorted out? Why is there no message on screen explaining theres a technical problem ?

    @virginmedia Tbh just looking in to cancelling the current package, nothing but ongoing problems with Virgin Media and impossible to talk to someone on the phone without going on hold for hours and even they they can’t resolve issues. Issues stemming back 5years now! 😠

    @virginmedia You just turned up at my fathers door 6 months after you uninstalled your service following my mother’s death to collect your equipment which you took with you when it was uninstalled. Your rep (David Khan) was very rude to him.

    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @virginmedia This is not what happened. It was taken away by the engineer who came to uninstall it 6 months ago! He also cut through the phone line and we have had 6 months of issues trying to get phone line installed. Open Reach have been amazing! I am disgusted with the attitude of VM rep

    @virginmedia No he is NOT! I have called and logged the complaint. Your rep who came to the door around an hour ago was extremely rude. I am utterly disgusted that he could treat an elderly partially deaf gentleman this way. Had I not witnessed it for myself I may not have believed it.

    Not a great way to start the day with being frustrated by @virginmedia - the most appalling service ! Sending a 2nd engineer out to check whether the first engineer did their job right!! Also asking me questions only an engineer could answer!

    @virginmedia Sure.. the compensation is already at more than 110£ (8.40£ per day, from the 3rd day without service), and I am not counting the fact you didn't show up. Something is telling me that I'll never see this amount... You'll find a way out of this, as it happened last September.
