@virginmedia I had no Virgin Media services in Feb. Nor in Easter. Neither do I have them today. Technicians don’t turn up when booked. Today I am using my mobile network 4G to look for a reliable internet service because yours is letting me down too often. Thank you, next.

Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

@virginmedia There are no issues in the area. 9 days without TV and Internet. Someone was sent out to us and they couornt fix the issue said there is an external issue outside our house needing to be fixed- this hasn't been resolved! We rely on the internet and can't work without it!
