    Anyone else really struggling with slow speeds over the last 10 days with @virginmedia. It's been spot on for 2 years now and then 10 days it seems something has happened. Lucky to get over 10Mb now 🙈

    I'm having real trouble cancelling my Virgin media account. Cant6v chat them, can't email them now on hold for 10 minutes. Just want to end the contract give 30 days notice. New promotion only for new customers. Wtf?

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @westbrookdanni @virginmedia Up to 2 weeks ago I didn't have a bad word to say about them. The pure fact you can't get through to someone is the worst of it. Happy to take your money and trim your internet speeds!

    Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

    @virginmedia your internet has been rubbish recently with varying speeds as low as 5mb 1 minute then 95mb the next! Now it’s gone down completely! On top of not being able to speak with anyone I don’t feel that your service is worth it! #rubbishservice

    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    @virginmedia Seems unlikely that they'd be unable to contact me via an email address I left. I rang yesterday because I still had services after asking to cancel it on the 7th August. But now I'm being charged for ANOTHER 30 days. Which is totally unfair when I already gave notice on 7th Aug

    @virginmedia Hi Yes I have, several times. Been through 1st line support twice and second line once, who promised it'll be up and running in an hour. From the Forum, lots of us having the same issue.

    @virginmedia I’ve contacted you at least 4 times in the last month when service has been disrupted. So frustrating, especially when nee subscribers are offered a deal of £27 a month for wi-fi and I’m charged £43. Use some of that excessive charge to existing customers to sort your service.
