    @virginmedia Then a manager called me back and advised the issue was due to the offices being in different countries they do not communicate with each other and the agent was not aware of the promotion or that you can accidentally opt out when calling to cancel

    @virginmedia I was incorrectly informed that I could cancel due to the price increase then when I arranged alternate service with another provider and called up to cancel I was informed I had agreed to a promotional discount which meant I could not cancel.

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q is an awful, flakey system that seldom works. 2 × 2tb boxes now and likely a 3rd on Monday now. All because they just don't like @virginmedia Hubs (mine is a Hub 4). And Sky want to put my bill up by £ 9 a month! Yeah...I think not.

    Hi @virginmedia - just called to cancel my account (after 6+ years due to price increases). Got offered a deal to stay but the line cut off, and when I went to call back, the person I spoke to said the offer was no longer available. Literally 15 mins later 🧐 Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia no I haven't my partner is on the phone now trying again to disconnect. if happens again for 4th time can i disconnect by whats app service? cos honestly shocking how much your staff are rail roading myself several times now , literally feel being forced to stay.
