Virgin will send a letter 2months backdated in 4 months wanting a response to allegation , minewhile oftcom close it as out of time .. literally virgin cost me a fortune damaging drive / lost work - promised refund never did

    @virginmedia Media Services. We were offered a deal back in July which was all sports, movies and kids channels for around £111. Since then we have had our wifi and box and each time I call about one of these issues you clear the deal from our account. This month billing us £215!!!

    @virginmedia Each month I've had to make subsequent phone calls to have you rectify the bill. I called 2 or 3 times before this bill came out and was assured that it would not happen again. And as expected it has. Absolutely disgusting service!

    @TalkingPicsTV I couldn't watch TPTV showing of Doctor Who And The Daleks on the iPad. Virgin Media TV Go said it wasn't available due to rights issues. Is that a common thing? (I have the DVD so I'm not missing out that much but it's nice to watch with others on Twitter).

    @virginmedia when will the Wi-Fi booster/extenders be in stock? Had extremely poor wifi coverage in my house for the last 9 months and have been told to wait for your extenders to be back in stock and they never appear to be available!
