@virginmedia My Dad canceled his contract with you back in October and sent his equipment back as requested. Yet you still charge him! We and vodaphone have asked you 100s of times to give our number back but you lie and say you never got a request! Fraudulent!

@niamhskinner @virginmedia Unfortunately it’s still out in SW2 for me. The time they are suggesting a fix keeps getting later and later. I have no idea how big of an issue it is, but it’s taking a rather long time to repair!

@virginmedia We last requested to the money back on Jan. You lied and said you never got a request from vodaphone. Vodaphone however have asked you loads of times and said you are the worst to work with. They have a lot of trouble getting you to cooperate!

Hey, @virginmedia, your customer service is abysmal. After being told you can’t install an internet connection until end of the month at my fiancé and I’s new address, you then hang up on us three times when we try to cancel our subscription. Feels like you’re running a scam.

@virginmedia We have had a VM account for 2 years and started having major issues with internet speed. I called to say I was leaving and an engineer came resolved my issue and I was able to negotiate a reduced monthly fee. Then one month later my son was moving out it all went wrong.
