@virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

@Rhodri_H_Davies @virginmedia It's #virginontheridiculous that @virginmedia have had the same lame excuse for their 'temporary', nightmarish wait times on their 'helpline' for 12 months now Who else gets the dropped calls as soon as you mention a bad broadband connection?
