    @virginmedia , bad customer service , yesterday , 1hr of my time , 3 x calls , cut off twice , put through to department you said had been closed for an hour , and demanding money for an old paid up contract, to maintain the service .....unacceptable ! How u resolve this

    @virginmedia I’ve been on that website 1000 times in the last few weeks. It constantly says there are issues in the area. When I call the number, I don’t get through to an agent, just an automated system. Is there a direct email address at all? I literally can’t achieve anything right now

    @LeePartridge16 @virginmedia I have been virgin customer for the past 27 years. My bill was tripling from April for M500 speed, so naturally, I cancelled. A few days before the end of the contract, I received a call, and now I pay £32 for Gig1 fibre broadband for the next 18 months. Less than new customers!

    @virginmedia 10 months of ‘intermittent’ issues & constant battle 4 compensation. Automatic compensation scheme was put in place so only get compensated for total loss of service if it’s over 48 hours. WFH, no internet for over 24 hrs or ‘intermittent’ connectivity throughout the day = no 💷

    @virginmedia No, we had an engineer on Monday who advised mum had been disconnected. Rang your 'customer care' who said there was no landline!!! Then spent 2 hours of my day trying to resolve instead of dealing with my dad's funeral arrangements

    @virginmedia Yes it has. We will be writing a letter to your CEO, as it’s clear that you have no procedures in place to safeguard elderly and vulnerable people in your digital migration. Without our help, my FIL would have been left without a landline and his lifeline system. Unacceptable.
