    Well done to the engineers @virginmedia for sorting out my internet in Earl’s Court (ahead of time as usual). I appreciate that people have genuine problems, but we need to keep a sense of proportion. Especially compared with brave Ukrainians who face far worse troubles than us.

    @virginmedia service status on your website is not correct for the N9 area. The site says no issues but CS line confirms there are issues and engineers are working on it. No useable broadband since Friday. Will we get refunds and what's the ETA on a fix?

    @virginmedia very disappointed with the upgrade package in being offered by Virgin. You are offering a loyal customer to upgrade to Gig1 for £51.15 whereas new customers get it for £45 p/m. Where is the loyalty?

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia have had intermittent issues for over a month now, every time I go down the route of reporting the issue it just says wait 24 hours. How can I speak to someone about this as the phone number never gets me to a person?

    @virginmedia This is false advertising. My broadband goes off more than it’s on and then it is so slow. I have lost count on the times I have called the help line. I have rebooted routinely, it works for a while then off again. I have had enough now as enough is enough!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, they are known issues; but they haven’t been fixed in over a month! Every day the message keeps changing. Thursday the promise is to have things fixed by Friday, Friday it moves to Monday aso… It’s been like this for a month 🤯 We work from home; we need decent broadband.

    @virginmedia Absolutely useless customer service!!!!!! On the phone for 35mins and got nowhere, then transferred to my 3rd department which then cut me off!!! As a 1st time customer…..I think I’ll just cancel my contract and go with a more reliable competitor. #useless

    @virginmedia I understand there’s no point an engineer coming to my house but 2 people told me that it was booked, why say it if it wasn’t true? So many people with random untruths, I can’t understand why make stuff up? Outage line automated, says there is a problem, no details of a solution

    @virginmedia I don't think the issue is with the router (neither did your own technician who came to my home) but I understand you might not have any other advice to offer in your position. We will pin reset again and wait for the problem to happen again and then report it again, I guess...
