@virginmedia signed my mum up for service today. Got email but have spent 4 hours trying to get hold of you as the number you included is not manned “due to covid” the main number take ages to find online. No one answers it. Can’t email anyone. Think I want to cancel already!!

@virginmedia Yes I’ve checked. To be honest it’s been so inconsistent since we’ve had it, which isn’t ideal. Therefore I more than likely cancel unless something miraclasley changes in the next 24 hours

@virginmedia Thanks, yes that’s the first thing I tried. The issue is with the router, it appears a VM firmware update may have caused the issue. Tech support have acknowledged this. But no solution has been offered by VM and they won’t replace the router or send an engineer. We have no net.

@virginmedia - you really need to respond to messages. Thames Water have cut through my broadband cable when digging to install a water meter. No contact from Virgin in 24 hours. Very poor. Totally unsatisfactory. #complaint.
