@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

  • AdiStaempfli Adi Staempfli (@AdiStaempfli) reported from London, England

After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

  • vince01181 vince0118 (@vince01181) reported from Ealing, England

@virginmedia I’ve paid £15.99 for this movie and it’s been nothing but glitchy. Can’t watch it and almost mockingly, a message has come up saying “you are currently experiencing network issues with this show”! I’m getting average download speeds of 400mbps!!

  • FoodwiseWomen Foodwise Woman (@FoodwiseWomen) reported from Kensington, England

I’m trying to live chat to @virginmedia to see if they can install a Hub 5 router in our area as Apple reporting privacy problems with existing router. I’m on hold for a ‘live’ agent but their Terri Triage BOT requires me to press the ‘Yes I’ll hold button’ every 40secs. 😱😱😱

  • iTz_iTzik iTzik (@iTz_iTzik) reported from Barnet, England

Regret the day I left @skytv for @virginmedia my #broadband has been terrible and never had to talk about broadband so much in my life. Day 1 of my social media rants of poor quality and service to get out of my contract early and move on @LutzSchueler more tomorrow

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • robinleeart Robin Lee (@robinleeart) reported

@virginmedia What’s the point in getting you on WhatsApp? I’ll still be text messaging someone who isn’t going to take responsibility or provide the service I’m being charged for. I’ll stay in here . @richardbranson @VirginMediaCabs

  • mr_gotgotneed Adam Wells 💙 (@mr_gotgotneed) reported

I'm on my 2nd day of WhatsApp chat with @virginmedia and it's progressed no further than the identification process. This is after they failed to cancel my parent's broadband 2 years ago and have continued to charge her £41.75 per month, despite it not even being connected.

  • marzipanmaz2 Marzipanmaz2 (@marzipanmaz2) reported

@virginmedia FIrst were told we could move service & no charge for any gap Yest told would have to pay for any gap (£150 a month!) & no idea when service could go live Last night said can cancel with no charge if non serviced area It's hang ups & no call back plus hours on hold that is 🤬😡

  • dan96771377 dan (@dan96771377) reported

@virginmedia Hi just checking too see if my problem has been resolved now ? It’s been a week since I was told it needed managers intervention and Iv not recurved and corespondents or emails to confirm. This is getting really boring now 3 months on

  • _ViewFromHere ViewFromHere (@_ViewFromHere) reported

@virginmedia Hi, yes, I was told that this was being processed during my call to cancellations - but, I've received anxiously nothing to confirm this, either in email or anything within my account - I don't really want to go through some form argument down the line, hence I'm reaching out

  • naman_r Naman (@naman_r) reported

@virginmedia Thats perfectly fine and i will be speaking in regards to the incompetence but still….. i go with out an engineer has attendedance to fix the issue that isnt my faut. Its now been almost 96hours!

  • JenfleurSmith Jenny Smith (@JenfleurSmith) reported

@virginmedia We tried this. Tried again today. It is not working and is unacceptable. And your next engineer appt is Thursday afternoon. Please advise how to claim compensation and when RM11 services will be fixed for good.

  • takemeouthome MEG 💛💛 (taylor’s version) (@takemeouthome) reported

@virginmedia Because I’m moving out. But I’ve already moved out now. I began trying to call you so many weeks ago. I’m going to get charged for wifi I’m not using soon if you dont allow me to cancel.

  • robinleeart Robin Lee (@robinleeart) reported

@virginmedia @richardbranson @VirginMediaCabs Are you going to help or are you just there to try to stop people publicising your poor service?
