Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

@virginmedia Honestly this is getting ridiculous. Recorded a film last week that had a chunk missing from the middle because of a reboot. WiFi regularly goes down for short periods of time. You’re lucky we have a tonne of stuff recorded we haven’t watched or we would have moved a while back.
