    @virginmedia is it common practice to lie? Myself and my neighbours have been without internet and tv services for nearly 2 days. We have been told an engineer is on site but time to fix keeps getting extended. Neighbour calls to follow up and is told ..1/2

    When you wake up and realise it’s not virgin media still at fault but your son who to ‘fix’ it has put a pointy thing in the factory reset of Virgin router deactivated modem mode causing total network chaos in the house

    @virginmedia Not exactly the same time. But I've logged the outages on my account, and they've also been listed as network faults (engineer going is on the way etc)- so nothing to do with the router or home network.

    @virginmedia Tried texting this number twice but no reply. I have no been trying to cancel my broadband contract for a _month_ but no one from @virginmedia will speak to me.I even tried calling the # on the outstanding bill e-mail but it will only automate taking your money not let you leave

    @virginmedia If the customer ISN’T told this is what will happen then it is mis selling. I would never have agreed to the change in package when I had phoned to try and reduce my bills. I will have to contact @Ofcom unless this is resolved. It’s fraudulent

    @virginmedia Yes, multiple engineers have been and said that they can't do anything as it is an area network issue because of too many customers. Every time we contact them, they say it will be fixed soon. The last I heard was that it would DEFINITELY be fixed by the 8th march. It's not.

    @virginmedia I will be hesistent to call that 0345 454 1111 number as the waiting time is ridiclously long, and the frontline call centre staff are not very well-informed but stubborn. But then Virgin's website's help/falut page is totally useless so I guess there is no other option.
