@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

My internet has been down for hours. But there is no way to contact @virginmedia. They are had at customer service. If I don't get internet soon I will go mad like in the Shining and there will be no Edinburgh show for anyone

Anyone considering virgin media don't there so bad constant and I mean constant downtime lag and lack of support it's just a **** show they have to pay 8 quid a day to people with faults cause they know there that bad at actually helping. my advice use another provider.

@virginmedia For the 3rd day in a row my wifi stopped working. I'm working g from home and this is causing trouble with my job. In one year time had to call you already 10 times, at least once a month. I want my bloody money back now.

@outspaced @virginmedia I one time had the Direct TV guy show up at my house while I was at work saying he was there to install my dish....I was like what ******** are you talking about? I told the salesperson who called I'd discuss with my wife so dude just scheduled an install.
