    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia please fix this issue. Recently not loading some emails over wifi saying it’s to do with network settings. Ok if I turn wifi off. Reading lots of people having the same problem with you on iPhone.

    @MissyElly @virginmedia Worst thing I did last year was move from #sky to @virginmedia I’ve only had it installed for about 6 months & I’ve never had a single month without having some sort of issue. You’re better off elsewhere!

    @virginmedia The @virginmedia box has completely broken down since yesterday & we can’t watch TV. My broadband is also affected. I’m a fairly new customer & I’ve had constant issues since moving from @sky I’ve now got to wait until Saturday before a technician can come & repair everything 👎🏼

    Sick of paying @virginmedia £100 a month for **** WiFi that stops working constantly and a TV box that now can only watch certain channels because signal crap on the rest! ( had this issue before too) Joke company who demand their money every month though. #notfitforpurpose

    @virginmedia Complete failure of your outage mgt system today. 1- Broadband Issue in SW109HB still ongoing 2- Website says issue fixed 3- Voice support says issue going on 4- Actual cust rep who I reached after 35 min on the phone says her systems are out 5- No SMS updates at all

    @virginmedia @GWR Is there a reason why in the last year or so that your WiFi signal keeps breaking up, in a house where the BEST speed is paid for?? I've had to go on my data instead as its a more reliable connection......which is VERY bad for a media giant like yourselves

    @virginmedia @virginmedia contacted the number, no estimated fix time only registered for sms updates (which we didn't recieve other than saying "it's fixed" (which it wasn't last time clearly)) It's disheartening seeing this exact same issue happen twice, with the same responses.

    @virginmedia now been without service for over a week! Had engineer out twice in one day to fix hub. Changed hub 3 times and still no service....which you are still charging us for....call centres are useless. What is the point in sending engineers out if they cant fix either
