    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @DanGSells @virginmedia Their customer service is one of the worst things about them, seem to have used covid as an excuse to go awol. Luckily their Internet speed just about makes up for it

    @virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

    @virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

    @MartinSLewis my virgin media contract ends the 15th of January for TV,broadband and telephone but if I cancel on the 17th of January and my husband signs up he will get it cheaper but can he sign up using my bank details as his mums virgin comes out his bank account

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the text service it’s rubbish!! I have typed at least SIX times I want to cancel virgin media when my current contract ends to be told ‘got it’ and then I’m being asked for my new address. if you’re offering this as an alternative to a call MAKE IT WORK! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia No. I want to cancel my services so they end when my contract ends on 14th May 2022 and no more charges allowed to my account. It’s very simple and you all make it sound like I’m asking you to solve world peace with a spoon.

    @MartinSLewis We have virgin media for TV, Internet and broadband. The trouble is, if we change provider, will lose my virgin media email account which means resetting all my logins to a new email address and telling all my contacts of a change in email address.

    @virginmedia wifi service is terrible, run tests , reset router and scan rooms with connect app everything says ok but still wifi drops out on every device. Only things working is computers with wired connections. Can’t get through on phone. Been same for last few weeks.

    @virginmedia Yet again virgin WiFi issues still can’t order a booster - the link you sent me to basically tells me you are too busy to send. So you can’t provide the service properly, can’t send a booster so clearly you are not providing what we pay for

    @virginmedia I have spent at least 5 hours either speaking to 5 or 6 different advisors or on live chat trying to sort out a new contract. The information is incorrect to what was agreed. I am at my wits end trying to sort this out. Can you help please?
