    @virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia Ok, thanks John. Final question. SMS at 15:51 says it won't be fixed 'til Wednesday, your own app says everything is fine, and tests tell me to book an engineer, who can come Monday. Should I book an engineer for Monday if there's a bigger problem you can't fix 'til Wednesday?

    @virginmedia I can’t as its dark now and quite frankly I feel like taking legal advice with this complaint. I have asked on several occasions to be kept informed of things as they progressed but tonight just sums up the whole debacle. Again where is the apology/reparation?

    @virginmedia In the past you can just go to catch up and select what you want. Now for itv you have to go to itv x. Picture wernt the best tbh And on old catch up you never got the adverts. Or if you did it was maybe 1 or 2 15 second ones? Now it’s the full advert slot

    Thanks, once again, to @virginmedia for cutting our broadband off somehow and being unable to send an engineer to fix it tomorrow. Estimated completion time is 2.37pm tomorrow. Excellent service...

    @virginmedia The engineer was cancelled. I wasn’t notified so had waited for 3 hrs. Theres still an issue in the area covered by my postcode and this has been going on for 4 days. Service update says Engineer working on it now. I’ve walked all roads in my postcode and not a VM van in sight !?
