    @virginmedia very irritating. Sky sports golf is dead on Virgin 515:ladies open appears to be on sky mis 520. Tried to phone vurgin. Held for 16 minutes then gave up. Terrible.

    @virginmedia blocked my mailbox on 23rd .. numerous 30min phone calls later, and patronising responses, fake promises of call backs ... mailbox is still unavailable.. shockingly awful customer service .. disgusting.

    @virginmedia No, as I explained, it appears to be no longer a problem. I am less concerned with a fault occurring; that happens. I am more irritated by a lack of notification of the change, no response to my call and your lack of acceptance of their being a problem.

    @DDavidian @virginmedia Upload is advertised. About 20meg. But had a few issues recently where download has randomly dropped from around 180-200 down to under 15.

    @virginmedia It was media. The call was finally answered after around 40 minutes. I wouldn’t mind if this was an isolated issue but I’ve had a number of problems with virgin media customer service (by phone) and looking online it seems that many other customers have experienced the same.

    @virginmedia @curu You don’t need to take my details. You just need to be able to communicate clearly what is going on. I finally spoke to someone who said there’d been ‘a breakdown in the digital network in the area’ - whatever that means - and gave a 2am estimated time of resolution. 🤞

    @virginmedia It’s working now, the point is that it wasn’t working when the women’s open was on yesterday with no warning or redirection. I tried to get help and was waiting 18 mins (timed). And by the way not the first time virgin randomly change the description or the channel.

    45 mins/3 departments and counting to speak to the right person at @virginmedia simply to terminate when we move... And then they ask why we don't want to stay! Every single interaction with that business is abysmal.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a beyond a joke. Spent hours in the phone to keep getting cut off. Online chat is bobbins, as they don't reply. Broadband poor and drops out, TV with intermittent sounds issues and dropouts. Home phone number still not ported across. #pathetic

    @virginmedia I have been doing this already. I actually spoke to an advisor 2 weeks ago who said he'd sort the issue out. I started a chat with your chat service on Friday at midday and finally someone messaged me today, after another 6 hrs he said he'd sorted it out. He hasn't!!

    @virginmedia My partner is the one who has the account under his name and he has tried numerous different things. Contacting yourselves etc. But it seems to be an issues that occurs frequently every couple of months or so.

    @virginmedia I mentioned earlier that last 2 years your team did not bother to provide any satisfactory solution..it’s like hitting my head against brick wall..I would not bother calling them as it absolute waste if time. It is leaving me no choice but leave virgin to get out of trouble!!!

    So @virginmedia my 513mbps advertised service is actually 4.9mbps, even that is intermittent and fails, this has gone on for days, I cannot use your online chat facility to resolve this, as my internet goes down. I have made calls, what else do you suggest I do?
