@thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that. I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

@virginmedia I’ve now phoned on 3 separate occasions this week to talk to someone after the Bot couldn’t resolve my issue. I spent 9 minutes waiting on the last call before being cut off. Yesterday, 17 minutes and the day before that about 30! I actually need to talk to someone!

@virginmedia I tried to get my virgin media installed but it just keep rescheduled without notice. Waiting from last 2 month. Really frustrating. Send email many time but no response. Called customer service but really unhelpful and lack of knowledge.

@virginmedia There was intermittent loss of signal ongoing for the last couple of weeks, then yesterday no signalat all in the afternoon. After the call (with the guarantee) it was okay until the evening with more int. signal loss. Its okay at the moment, but it's intermittent.
