just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

@JuusoTolonen Been using Virgin Media for around 2 years with little to no issues (granted, that does technically make me one of the lucky ones I think) lot of people further South often talk of brief outages but nothing massive. Download & Upload speeds are consistently incredible tho!
