    @virginmedia totally appalled by the waiting and the way I’m being treated only want to give my 30 day notice and cancel but no such luck feel stuck with this contract. Customer service is pushy and not bothered if you want to cancel.

    @virginmedia Prior to signing up with you for a broadband account, I was informed that if I move to an address not serviced by you, I was allowed to terminate my contract early. Unfortunately, I moved unexpectedly and that wasn't the case with you. A further message to follow.

    Why am I being questioned why I no longer want virgin media internet? Why am I being told I can't cancel before my contact ends only just now to be told I'm a week late canceling & therefore I have to pay another month, honestly this is the worst internet provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry you don’t seem to have understood the problem. Since I have had glass (4 days ago) it’s been useless. What is being done to retain me as a customer of 12 years paying well over £250 for your services per month. @virginmedia is looking very appealing right now!
