    @virginmedia Been a long term customer of Virginmedia and recently renewed contract along with O2 mobile but customer services has gone downhill. Having issues with Wi-Fi,phoned again today and was told technical support will call me by 1:30pm, but no one has bothered.

    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia There isn’t any connection right now and hasn’t been since Saturday evening. I’ve registered the loss of service yesterday and have been told to expect it back this evening. The connection has been unsteady for the last two weeks, shutting off then returning without warning

    @virginmedia Downdetector is a site where people can report if they are having issues. Loads of people were having big issues. My internet seems alot better now but I can assure there was issues. My internet kept going off and back on.

    @virginmedia I'm not sure why this is proving difficult to understand. She does not need an engineer to attend in her house. The problem is her block paved drive has not been replaced correctly. She has been charged for 2 engineer call outs who thought her broadband was the issue when its not
