finally fed up of numerous phone calls and complaints to @virginmedia after having no broadband for nearly 8 weeks.Going to change provider, A) customer service is shocking, B) they lied to my face as to when the so called problem was going to be fixed.Don’t go with them, EVER!

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia My contact ran out in November so had to pay full price. It took until January to get through to cancel and after numerous calls I am still waiting for my settlement cheque. Funny if it was the other way round I would be fined left right and centre.
