@virginmedia Two days? Seriously? Why are you always too busy to respond to and help your customers? You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

@virginmedia I am looking at feedback for a conference session I gave last week. ‘What will you take away?’ ‘Not a lot - sound was so bad I could not understand what was being said’ ‘What could we do to support you?’ ‘Support staff with better home internet’. Hope you’re proud.

@virginmedia Thanks. We’ve just been told 4PM too but can you confirm if it was a planned outage? We weren’t given any notification and this is the worst possible timing.

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. The last time I had the same problem i messaged the same number and it took days to get a response. Not really helpful. Can you actually help specific accounts here? I’d prefer that.

@virginmedia internet and tv services down in NW10. The service update says fixed by 12 Oct, is this right? (Service has been sketchy since 2 Oct) 😢

@randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

@virginmedia It’s working this morning but both broadband and TV have been having long outages (on av 6hrs per day) since Friday. I’m in NW10 and service status says it won’t be fixed until 12 Oct - is this still the case?

@virginmedia Can you let me know what's the outage record for NW6 over the last year, or is that confidential information? Surely this should be in the public's interest to have access to this type of information, especially these days.

@virginmedia Out of curiosity, why can't your PAYG customers use 4G, when Tesco and most other providers do it? What is the reason stopping it (apart from Greed obviously). Is Virgin's infrastructure haphazard to the point it cant support it?

After 6mths of trying to sort out a complaint with @virginmedia just had a chat with Michael from Complaints. Explained exactly what happened, apologised & offered a small bill credit. If all your people were like Michael you’d have a lot less complaints& more happy customers .
