@virginmedia And text you date date but never happened rang on 28th and they said it will be Friday 5th June waited till 4 pm and rang than said it was not booked in and will be Saturday 5th June again waited called up and said it’s not been booked a scheduled for 11 June I really saddened

Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

@virginmedia Your service checker is completely useless. It says they can’t see any issues in the area, but when I called I was told there is still an outage. And when I try to click still having issues it just says sorry we can’t run a test on your services right now. Repeat: useless!
