    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia spent one hour on the phone, spoke with 3 different advisors to cancel my account and all three times I got disconnected. NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK, even though all of them asked for a call back number! NEED A CALL BACK TO CANCEL NOW!!!

    @virginmedia I'm beyond the 14 days unfortunately because I stupidly decided to have faith after the 1st issue and not cancel. If there's constantly no service I should be able to cancel without a penalty @Ofcom #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia My contact ran out in November so had to pay full price. It took until January to get through to cancel and after numerous calls I am still waiting for my settlement cheque. Funny if it was the other way round I would be fined left right and centre.
