@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

Very disappointed with @virginmedia. Was offered a new price for a monthly deal on TV & broadband this morning. It was not activated. When I called back, was told that the deal didn't exist and wouldn't be given. The call was recorded! Abysmal customer service. Cancelled.

@virginmedia Yes, we have one wired computer which seems to be working fine but all other devices connected through WIFI are not working. They have arranged for an engineer call out tomorrow although I’m not sure what good that will do, and I’ve already lost a mornings work because of this.

@virginmedia It’s WiFi that’s the problem and the hub lights don’t change. Iv been going back and forth for over a year wit this issue now. Unless someone can come check why I have these problems I don’t see any other option other then leaving.

Virgin Media. Fuming. Been on the phone to customer service an hour & a half. Being passed from pillar to post. "We're running checks" *************** if you ask me. In the meantime my mobile bill is going through the roof. Im going elsewhere now. Worst customer service I know.
