    @virginmedia spoke to someone yesterday about my poor service and box keep freezing. 45 painful minutes, got told for some reason someone would call me back in 2-4 hours. Not received a call, that was 28 hours ago.

    @virginmedia Sporadic outages and having to factory reset the hub3 when it throws a wobbler the intel chipset inside is **** your network is **** and to make it worse your customer service is **** yet youโ€™ll never admit it you need to get a new hub4 sharpish ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @virginmedia No. Nothing. There never is. Itโ€™s become part of life but itโ€™s really not good enough. I can see from other customer complaints that I am not alone.

    @virginmedia Would have been useful a week ago, but as of now, service is as it should be. Been very patchy over the last week though, so donโ€™t know whatโ€™s causing this.

    @chrisjrob @virginmedia I really took great exception to wasting my time with the guy on the phone who would not go ahead and cancel and kept blatantly ignoring me when I told him I wasnโ€™t giving him any information about my movements or reasons for cancelling

    @virginmedia I understand that they are salespeople and they have an obligation to try to upsell me I had to tell him eight times that all I wanted to do was cancel my account and he would not listen to me. It is outrageous

    @virginmedia hey I've tried calling to cancel my 12 month contract as it's finished soon but I have to wait on hold for ages (I understand there are less call centres open), is there any other way I can close my contract without being stuck on hold for ages

    @virginmedia And by the way even the guy on the chat told me he agreed with me and that there was clearly no information on how to cancel on your actual how to cancel page on the website. Which I believe is against Ofcom regulations

    @virginmedia really need some help here. Internet has been patchy for the last few weeks to say the least but the past few days has been almost non existent. Called helpline followed advise, reset router etc, no joy! Making home schooling for my kids impossible, please help!

    @virginmedia 17 April it should have all been done, now down at 21 may. My previous internet provider is cut end of April. I gave a 2 week cross over to ensure Iโ€™d have internet! Speaking to your cc team is awful, not getting anywhere. 3 x failed promises to call me back!!

    @virginmedia both my phones now reconnected and stopped dropping. just odd because the pc is connected via ethernet cable and shown no issues. ill see how it goes thanks for the fast response

    @virginmedia If I'm paying ยฃ48 a month and in that month my interest goes down two thirds of the month I should at the very least be compensated for two thirds of my bill, if it continues to go down in the following months that should increase for all the inconvenience!

    @virginmedia 2/2 wonโ€™t close it, they canโ€™t arrange the return either and all the time Iโ€™m stuck paying, 25 years a customer and you are treated like a criminals by a company with processes that make the department of works and pensions look like a streamlined efficient organisation

    @virginmedia Your compensation is beyond laughable, you only pay out for consecutive days down for a prolonged period of time so it doesn't matter if my internet goes down for an hour in the morning and a few hours at night every day, its a total loop hole by virgin to get out of paying out!!
