    @skepticmike @virginmedia Or you could argue that they were trying it on pitching a £97.50 charge and that the unwary would have just paid. Too many companies do this and then back down after a phone call. Real customer care is offering your existing curlers the best deal available by default

    @virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

    @virginmedia My previous contract (and discount) had expired so I signed up for a new contract. Despite receiving the new router and the 02 sim and account, it looks to me like the new billing hasn’t been processed onto my account, and I can’t get anyone to fix this.
