    @VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

    @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

    Yet again @virginmedia - been a customer for 20 years (Nynex / Cable & Wireless) and because you can't operate a phone and have spent over 10 days cutting me off I now get told there's a "cancellation fee" because I've not given enough notice. Way to go with your CS again.

    @Ash_Attack1979 I had a few niggles with my gig1 during the period where kids were home schooling but since then it’s settled down and I’ve not no issues. But Virgin Media monopoly is now well and truly over with hey broadband. They will suffer from not updating their infra.

    @Ash_Attack1979 @virginmedia I have the same bundle and having constant problems with the wifi. Only started the contract a cpl of months back but now looking at other providers as getting sick n fed up of having to call to get a boost sent due to them not having booster pods in stock.
