@virginmedia It was regarding no connectivity in the building and establishing why that is. Customer service agent literally said "yes, I'll call you back if the line drops". After a 40 min wait you can understand why I'd jump ship? And this is for a big commercial building.

@virginmedia Some lovely packages and discounts for new customers! I'm now out of contract. The best you can do for loyal customer of 10 plus years is an 18 month contract with much less included for more £s than new customers. I thought this sort of practice was outlawed now.
