    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Been there. Tell you to use the residential service checker, which says no problem. Phone lines have long queues. Service outage is country wide.

    @rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

    @virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

    Wait all day for the 16:30 kick off. Don't watch anything and pay £70/month for this. Sat on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to someone. Shocking. If you can't deliver what you promise then cancel my subscription. 👊 @Virgin @virginmedia

    Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought

    @virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

    @cormacpro TG4 gives good coverage of GAA. RTE very poor really. Virgin media absolutely none. Also finals should be on in August in future imho. RTE and Virgin only interested in other sports.

    @virginmedia Service status page said no issues, however when I went through support and attempted to test connection to my hub I would then get told there was an issue and an engineer was working on it.

    @virginmedia so frustrating. The app and the website have both signed me out and don't recognise my password (a common issue which means I have to change it a lot which is a total pain) however the password reset appears to have an error. I only want to pay my bill!
