@VirginMediaNews @virginmedia 4th day without internet/TV/Phone it’s taking this long because there was never a plan B. Stop lying about how long this problem will take to fix, and make sure you have a hefty compensation package.

@rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

@virginmedia my mums tv/broadband went down at 8.30pm last night, you said it would be back up and running by 12.30am, still not working this morning she’s been told it should be back in at 4.30pm today. No mention of the problem! #ridiculous #compensation

@unsliced @virginmedia This does utterly suck though, I’m a business customer and rely on the internet during working hours, I have no internet, no link to the office etc. Funnily enough I just lent my redundancy 4G router to my daughter and then this happens!

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@virginmedia We were told we would get a call back within 72 hrs on Sat morn but no call. Every time we call we spend 90 mins on hold. We are new customers & have numerous problems. Now considering cancelling due to appalling customer service. Please can someone contact me.

Awful customer service from @virginmedia As a long-standing customer I only called to see if there were any offers available, but of course these are only for new customers and told I have best deal already. I doubt that. Same old story. #disappointed

@VirginMediaCorp it took Virgin Media leas than 24 hours to disappoint me with the mediocre customer services. I have cancelled my order after less than 24 hours of placing it. Reason: unable to change date/address of delivery. @Hyperoptic did it for me 2 years ago hassle-free.

@virginmedia I want to speak to a real person who is UK based. Every time I use the WhatsApp service it all goes wrong. I m now been charged an extra month on my old package and lost all the perks of my new cheaper package because of the communication errors. I have been doing this All Day.

@virginmedia If it doesn’t then you will most probably be getting your equipment back as you cannot provide a service. And I’ve just got home and turned the tv on and low and behold it’s playing up yet again. No doubt the problem will be the heat this time.
