    @virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Been there. Tell you to use the residential service checker, which says no problem. Phone lines have long queues. Service outage is country wide.

    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    @virginmedia It’s been saying no since yesterday. Since the issues with some static IP customers arose. There’s clearly an issue that you are ignoring despite multiple people telling you. One DS and one US and no GRE.

    @virginmedia Hmm, I was hoping for something a little bit more in depth than that as that's what I found after I logged in (under Advanced Settings>Tools>Network Status) and the network log seems to indicate nothing happened between the 29th and when I logged back in at 0:02 this morning

    @Sathnam @virginmedia Told by them texting them was best. Text my problem, reply: we will get back within 2 hours. Next morning txt - Was your problem fixed? No. Text it again, same result. Repeat 7 days in a row.

    I must say @virginmedia is the worst broadband and the customer service is shocking! Paying for constant disruption and terrible connection for what?? Once again having to call and while being transferred, the assistant hangs up kmt. It's actually ridiculous... RT if u agree

    @virginmedia Ten minutes he dropped the call. I called back and spent ages trying to explain it all over again. Anyway I’m no better off the hub is still dropping service several times a day and now it’s impossible to get them on the phone to understand or take any action
