Complete shambles that took many mails and waiting on hold on the phone to resolve, then sending back boxes of crap that would no doubt go into landfill. I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs, for anyone.

Then had the cheek to try and upsell the package during the call. I lost it on that one. Think its time #ofcom cracked down on bereavement account closure tactics.
