    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. Try calling to speak to someone...no answer. Try online...email address is completely different to my account. Date of last bill&account details don’t match. Complete load of crap. Won’t be paying my bill so at least someone will contact me 🤬

    @PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

    @virginmedia Would all be fab if we got the internet speeds we are paying for and the internet didn’t keep dropping out. Your customer services team need to look hard at refunds when service is crap or refund automatically when you know internet is crap!

    @virginmedia Fraud landline phonecall asking to test internet speed & install 'AnyDesk' to fix. Talked about in the forums so an ongoing scam but this crew are good talkers & 'switch departments' well - call only taken as waiting for an actual VM tech to callback...!

    @virginmedia He responded by saying if I dispute the manager's decision, it means we have reached a DEAD LOCK. When I asked what that meant, he said it means we couldn't agree to resolve the issue

    @virginmedia @CarersUK I've just spent 45 mins with 1 of your minimum wagers trying 2 cancel my contract. u 1st tried 2 charge me full price on the 4 months remaining and not the early disconnection fee. you robbing lying *******. this is another reason why im leaving. hope your bosses rocket explodes
