@virginmedia @virginmedia I've been having issues with internet dropping out continuosly for a couple of months, you sent another WiFi pod still the problem is there! The hub 3 status network connection has warnings and is critical, losing sync! I have been spin around in circles

@virginmedia your level of service doesn't get any better. 45 minutes on the phone, passed from pillar to post and all points in between and you still won't come and remove your illegally fitted equipment. I wouldn't recommend you if you were the only company on earth. #poor

@virginmedia My request to support was about the hub5 and some Wi-Fi extenders/boosters which I’m entitled to, they said that it was sorted and would be in the post and now only the hub5 has turned up!!! Does this mean I have to contact support again…….

Our internet cuts out at least once a day, on top of that we have had a letter recently saying our bill will increase by £3.50 a month! Shocking tbh

@Ofcom Certainly - happy to detail how Virgin are failing to provide the service I am being charged for. Still no snail mail from @virginmedia - again breaking their contractual obligation. I an having to pay for BT wifi due to Virgin's repeated failures which I intend to recoup.

@virginmedia are the worst company I've ever dealt with. How hard can it be to give me what I'm owed and call me back. I have 3 open complaints and not one has been looked at. I now was again told I be called by 5pm again noting. Now you will not receive any payments. Not happy !

@millsyblue @virginmedia Okay. When you say a couple of devices approximately how many? It does seem like there is an issue irrespective of connected devices because your upload speed is considerably higher than your download.
