@virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

@virginmedia Hi, have run the test a few times and find it frustrating. No service warnings and when I run the test it doesn't tell me an issue, it offers me 'yes' it is fixed or offers me a rerun of said test. Neither option provides a resolution.
