    @virginmedia We tried valiantly. After being let down again on the basics of simply getting us our equipment and getting us online we did eventually manage to speak to someone. Thankfully we managed to cancel and go back to Sky and never need to deal with Virgin Media ever again!

    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @virginmedia It’s set for the 28th as far as I can see. I work from home so this is a major issue for me. I’ve not rang BT up to discuss anything yet as the your sales guy said I could get a Mifi from you which I’ve been told is wrong. Also I’ll then have to pay another month with BT.

    @virginmedia Agreed a package with your retentions team back on 26th Feb and just noticed on my latest bill that nothing was processed, now on the default rate and added £9 for changes!!! Have just been hung up on twice now by your "customer service" centre... appalling service
