    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    @virginmedia If you mean paying £81 for a service that hasn’t been used since October last year yes it was. Having to repeat myself over and over that I do not have a clue what the password is and that my mother is 91, deaf and blind and wouldn’t know either got a little bit tedious.

    @fort78 @virginmedia I’m in Petersfield as well. This is the 8th major outage since January. Like a lot of people, I’m utterly reliant on an internet connection to do my job. When I eventually get sacked, I presume there are vacancies at Virgin?

    @the_realdavidp @virginmedia Same. Run all tests and go round in circles. Try to book an engineer and says page has moved or doesn't work. This company are useless. We have had no TV, internet or phone now for an hour or so
