    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia Its now done. Found 1 helpful customer service person. Im still £22.00 out of pocket for using a 0345 number which i was instructed to use - I'm with o2 on a joint package. Cant believe charges I've incurred for your mistakes. So unimpressed with my VM experience so far.
