So @virginmedia is down again, and their 4G backup dongle has failed to take over AGAIN. In fact, it has never once failed over to 4G in any of the outages we’ve ever had. Why am I paying for this? 😡

@virginmedia Yes. And there customer service email. I also tried the contact number. But not accepting calls. Surely this should be automatically credited to me. I shouldn’t have to chase it. Sent loads of emails over the last few weeks now. I’ve just been ignored.

Useless service from @virginmedia called 2 discuss package options on hold for ages the agent says he was trying to help them puts me on hold then put the phone down. If their customer service is like that I think I’ll try give someone else a go @skytv can you do better?

@virginmedia Still no service. Your website tells me service is fine. Over the phone the automated message is “an intermittent service” and when I finally spoke with someone they’ve organised a technician to visit next TUESDAY. It’s a mess.

@virginmedia Sorted now. Received an envelope last week with an adaptor. A leaflet inside stated we would receive an email when to change it. No such email received. Communication very poor

WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

@virginmedia TV is an issue. broadband is not. Tests are always either cannot connect at this time or say there is nothing wrong. Don’t see how my kit in the house can one minute have speeds on +300Mb to next to nothing?

@virginmedia Hi thanks for response. Access through VM tv box. Your colleague said she had to pass it to another team and they would be in contact within 5 hours. That was Tuesday at 1.30. Still no contact and still faulty. It’s a common issue on Google.

@virginmedia so not only are you putting up my bills (without telling me or writing to me btw), you're also providing substandard broadband that is clearly oversubscribed in my area and then ignoring my forum messages. Poor show especially now that OpenReach FTTP is now available
