@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

@virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

Back home, kids looking smart as with their wigs chopped. Now waiting 4 hours for their new games to install and update because @virginmedia BB is absolutely horrendously slow once again. Router on/off/reset/ethernet cables swapped around you name it, still shocking speeds 😡

@virginmedia Signal dropping 20 times a day for 2 months due to damaged external cable, repair not scheduled till end of July,customer services say can’t provide a dongle as we are not a new customer. Work as a NHS doctor affected, children can’t log on to do their homework. Help please.
