    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @virginmedia putting my bill up by £4.50 a month ... for a patchy as ffk service cheeky bastards , I'm contemplating cancelling it ans watching everything via kodi £115 a month for tv cannot be justified even if I do watch a lot as I'm a loner

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia trying to watch a film on Netflix only for my tv to keep flashing up wired LAN cable is disconnected then wired network is connected what is going on I pay for virgin and Netflix and getting fed up

    @virginmedia Sorry to say that I contacted your online chat, but they offered no significant update other than 9th Sept for a fix and no offer of compensation as I am not experiencing a total loss of service. Not happy at all.

    @virginmedia not very good customer service ignoring messages about broadband issues. Meant to be getting up to 600mbps and getting 100, less than ever b4. I am not phoning and holding for 1hr+ again, just to be fobbed off by someone who clearly had no idea how to fix the issue!!

    @virginmedia My internet went down yesterday. After 1.5hrs on the phone with unhelpful and rude tech support, I was told it would be back online Friday. How are you supporting your customers during the pandemic when you don’t even provide the service we need to work remotely?
