    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    @virginmedia If a third technician doesn't fix the problem you should do the decent thing and cancel my contract free of charge. So I can get a new provider. Absolute joke that you can't provide the only thing I'm paying you for and can't work out what's wrong.
