@virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

They failed to fix my phone thru insurance & instead of replacing it they just ignored me. I’d call up with different numbers & ask for manager & then they’d hang up when they’re realised it was me

@virginmedia Not good enough. Been passed from one person to another repeatedly and have been cut off every time. If there is a problem why has no-one said so? Your team have promised to return calls if cut off (I asked them if they could after being cut off the first time) and no-one has.
