    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    @virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council

    @notasborednow @virginmedia Obviously you checked and got a no but do you know why others arn't available? I'm assuming at this point you have a land line connection which should get you everyone, if its just disconnected, open reach should be able to re-add Look at mobile as well (if you have signal)

    @virginmedia I've looked. There aren't any. And the problems I have with my O2 account are apparently your fault. Because they claim when I called 202 from an O2 mobile, they want me to believe I was put through to Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia That number is invalid. Look, the number your team member gave earlier just has a vague automation saying there is an issue. The service has been down all day. The website needs updated for the BT487 area, the fix in the screenahot above did not happen.
