@Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

@virginmedia your customer service compared to your Sales at present is Pretty poor🤔. Man the phones and Web for adding customers but ignoring existing ones isn’t great! BT infinity will be coming to my address very soon!

@virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

@virginmedia I'm never surprised. There call centre is disgusting. So unprofessional. Cutting people off. Not carrying out simple requests, eg calling people back as promised. Lying to get you off the phone.

@virginmedia been waiting 5 days for a call back about my package now. Rang 3 times and each time they have “guaranteed” a call back within 24 hours. I know we are in a pandemic but quite shocking customer service

@avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

@virginmedia Yes another frigging hour of my life wasted getting messed around the endless foreign switchboard before getting to disconnections for them to tell me that I am no longer with Virgin. NEVER EVER again will I go back to the crap team that are virgin customer service
