    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @virginmedia There were some repairs being done in my area during the day yesterday, that was all done by 3pm the Wi-Fi issue has been a constant issue for months, I can’t get a SH5 even though I pay for 1GB internet. Guess it’s back to a 3rd party router and modem mode.

    @TomStan22 @virginmedia @toobbroadband Virgin have been awful and got worse, just look at any local community app and see all the complaints. Their customer service are untrained and rude, their website lies and fails to document the regular outages. Just get Toob and be done with it, cheaper too.

    @virginmedia @TomStan22 That website is a joke, always says it’s fine unless it’s a longer outage then you tell customers to wait ‘up to 24hrs for an engineer to fix it’. You are an absolute shambles. I wouldn’t have Virgin Media even if offered it for free (and we were after taking you to CISAS).
