@virginmedia I don’t understand how you can get away with 10%+ yearly bill increase with no service improvement. I’ve been with you for 15 years and enough is enough, I’m switching. No other company does this - I’m speaking to the communication ombudsman, it needs investigation

@virginmedia Your advisor would only provide the tracking number that I was already given the other day and told me to use that to find out what’s up with it, they were about as much help as yodels customer support

@virginmedia We are going around in circles. Your team just go through the same script each time we call. Please arrange escalation to a manager to investigate why your support team cannot resolve issues due to flawed process.

@virginmedia When I phoned and used the chat they said the same thing. We have already called many times so would prefer you to discuss with your team and arrange a callback by someone who can help.

When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

@virginmedia Basically we wanted to save money as we were paying too much so we spoke to you guys and we were offered the £99 package which was great but sadly the system was down so the lady said she would call us back in the week. Well that never happened and then a direct debit went

@virginmedia Well I've raised 5 complaint in the last 6 months. But the last one was raised within the last 28 days, however I would have thought you would prioritise certain complaints especially ones showing you are breaking the law

@virginmedia oh yay another weekend where we can't use the tv or games consoles because yet again the wifi is not working. Why is it only ever at the weekend when we are home and not when we are at work I cant not wait to get out of our contract and rid of this terrible service!

@virginmedia Given this is the number that she has called and cancelled yet they managed to extend her contract not cancel it I’m not holding a lot of faith. Do you have a separate complaints team or do we need to go through Ofcom?

@virginmedia Received a message last night to say it’s going to be 6 weeks before our service is repaired. Looks like going back to our previous provider is the best thing to do……
-
dw2014

@virginmedia I did cancel, then got called by your retention team and was told I could keep my existing package for a new price. However you agent lied through the whole call and just added me to any old package on a completely different cost. Your now taking money illegally as I never agreed
-

@virginmedia Mum was put on a Virgin landline 20+ years ago with the offer of free cable TV. She is unable to change this, yet her bill is rising £11 a month. It seems unfair and she can never speak to a human without passwords and emails (which she never had when it was installed)
-
Alicia Taylor
(@AliciaRandles) reported
@virginmedia are you serious call back at 9 if your internet is still down but were closed at 9. Call back the next day! Then trys to sell wifi pods for an extra £8 money making scam! Then lies when asked about compensation its a week. No it’s actually 2 days! Staff training!

dw2014

@virginmedia You can call me to try and retain business and chase for equipment return, but you can't call me to resolve this very serious issue. You can't call people up, offer them a retention package for a price (lie after lie). Then charge more and dont give me the package
