@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

@virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

Customer Support advised me to call the non-emergency police line. It sounds like you shouldn't be telling people it's definitely legit.

@wanye_m @virginmedia We are in NG4 too and the fault light just went out on our V6 box and the phones have just reconnected to WiFi so presume it's fixed now. There was an engineer at the street box earlier today but it's been down since about 11am.
