    @virginmedia Inadequate reply, to my mind, you contracted to supply a service, you cannot deliver that service, uou terminated the contract....perhaps YOU shoukd pay the cancellation fee!

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    As a disabled person who is largely housebound the net is my main way of communicating with the outside world, and source of entertainment. So it really sucks that it's down and @virginmedia can't get anyone here before Saturday. "Outage" means they can't fix/check remotely.
