@virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

@virginmedia I don’t understand how you can get away with 10%+ yearly bill increase with no service improvement. I’ve been with you for 15 years and enough is enough, I’m switching. No other company does this - I’m speaking to the communication ombudsman, it needs investigation

@virginmedia It doesn’t always allow me to access my account? What does that mean? I’ve had no tracking email, can’t access my new online account, and have now been on hold for about 20mins trying to speak to someone. Pretty poor way to treat a new customer

@drbedoe @virginmedia Oh yes, it is all about perception management. Looks like 'the VM team' are there to help when, in fact, you are just being redirected from one dead-end to another. Direct debit will shortly be cancelled - apparently doing this gets a rapid response from #virginmedia

@virginmedia Disgraceful service from VM! 4 days & counting with no landline! Technician's appointment cancelled by VM yesterday & twice from 2 different people, promises of a new appointment notification within 4 hours of my call have not been honoured. Customer Service 0/10 🤬

@virginmedia How about fixing my landline? 4 days & counting. You even had the cheek 2 cancel the technician's appointment I'd booked 4 yesterday b4 checking my phone was working. Reliability 0/10 & Customer Service = 0/10. If ur thinking of switching 2 VM dont, you'll regret it!

-
Raymond Griffiths
(@RayGriff1981) reported
@virginmedia We were advised the day of the text to turn the hub off for 10 seconds. We've done that numerous times. It's been two weeks. The last time I tried the link it said there were works still ongoing in the area. It's been a poor service from day 1 and it's got worse the last 2 weeks
