    @virginmedia I’m having issues with my broadband starting & stopping every 10 mins or so, packet loss too. I’m in the RG21 area but the website says no known issues!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    Phoned @virginmedia tonight to cancel, as my price was going to £74 from £55 a month. Best they could offer was £60 a month even though as a new customer it is currently £50 a month! I was told if they offered their current customers those prices, they’d go out of business...

    @JoshCF_ I’m with virgin media going up to £92 pm for phone & broadband when contract ends in September. I’ve been happy with the service but over £50 pm difference going with sky is just ridiculous.
