@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia We contacted your support AGAIN and ask to be refunded of the last two bills since we don't have the hub. The person said the hub 5 was out of stock and we'd get it "later" and would be reimbursed. We haven't seen our money back and have no news about the hub.
