@virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

@virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

@virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

@virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

@virginmedia yet again you’re letting your customers down. Internet down, no one answering phones. No messages put out on social media to explain what’s happening. People are expected to stay in and this level of service doesn’t help. I’m trying to work at home but can’t. 🤬

@virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

@virginmedia emails keeps saying server timed out or unreachable. Same on ipad and laptop so guessing not me but you! exactly same problem as last week, trying to get into email server via Edge and Chrome - guessing prob is your end. Service status not showing problems.

@virginmedia Staff are clueless. Renewed my contract and was told new internet speed wd come into effect within 24 hrs. Nope! Called again and was told it wd start once new router arrived. Nope! Called again last wk and was told it’ll be sorted in 24 hrs. Called today to CANCEL. Useless.

@virginmedia You charge me £58 (soon to be £65) a month for broadband and yet can sell the same package to a new customer for £30 a month, £15 a month for six months. So I'm paying for new customers to have cheap broadband. There's too little competition when it comes to fibre.
