    @EE In the 12 days that the service has been down Virgin media have managed to lay fibre cable all the way along the main road yet EE can’t pull their finger out to fix this issue. Laughable really.

    @BowenBBC @virginmedia I had same issues with a 3 year old virgin media modem, replaced by them and speed improved significantly, ask for same

    @virginmedia Nope just that she’d raise one her name was Sophie didn’t even offer a complaint ref. Seems I’ve been stitched up like a kipper cos I had to downgrade as couldn’t afford to maintain 200mbs after the year. I don’t even want TV but it’s cheaper to include than stand alone b’band

    @virginmedia They’d raise the complaint just that, speed has not been corrected back nor can we watch Netflix now, just buffering, guessing we have to spend more 10% a month increase to get back to where we started today, it’s blackmail really

    @virginmedia 2of 2 I have called and formally complained and was then told tough can’t change back as not possible but when questioned on the cooling off period “we will change but not meant to” more lies good broadband shocking customer service 6 years and no reward for brand loyalty

    @haveapizzame Awesome. I've got it myself. I quit also from virgin media. Not because it was slow. Because of the prices. It keeps on fluctuating. Whereas sky sticks to the plan. Which area you live in so I can find out the area broadband speed accurately

    @TIMO317 @virginmedia I was fully prepared to terminate my BB with VM there and then. £40 for 69mb/s BB is horrendous. They sorted out an 18 month contract for 100mb/s at £27 month. I should've done it sooner. 🙂

    @virginmedia It's a kick in the teeth to get a letter about price increases that also boats about new speeds I can't get as an existing customer. 😡 But double whammy: I find out I'm paying the equivalent of M350 but only getting M200. Way to screw over loyal customers VM. 😡
