    @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

    @virginmedia Hi - so the fault that is still ongoing, 24 hours+ now, and the fault line said would fixed by 11pm last night. Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

    @virginmedia yet again you’re letting your customers down. Internet down, no one answering phones. No messages put out on social media to explain what’s happening. People are expected to stay in and this level of service doesn’t help. I’m trying to work at home but can’t. 🤬

    @virginmedia so,issues in my area today, service status said fixed by 6pm,my internet/some tv stations still not working, service status says no issues, rebooted the Internet router....whats the next step?!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia You say you have identified the problem & an engineer is on their way, but shocking nothing has been fixed it fixed date went from the 18th to 20th to 26 to the 21th then to 26th to 29th and now its the 5th. I'm paying for 1 Gig and get 40mb.

    @rpd_pacer @virginmedia @virginmedia customer service is woeful. With them since it was Telewest. Sky are much better and have got good offers on at the moment. Only time they were any good was after a death in the family when they weren't needed anymore! Good luck.

    @virginmedia is this how you treat your vulnerable customers? A 72 year old man has been left with no WiFi after builders cut through a virgin cable. He spent an hour on the phone and virgin won't come to fix it till 10th June. He can't make nhs appt as must be online.

    @Cloverbeech @virginmedia Just checked. Their top range broadband is as much as my VM bundle. The service we get is really good, it's the absolutely shocking customer service that comes with it 🙄🙄🙄
