    @virginmedia Hi - I have done this and it doesn’t work. The broadband has been down since midnight and there seems to be thousands of other people with the same issue. It looks to be a fault your end. Please instigate a fix.

    @virginmedia tv service was down on Friday & again today, so I assume the issue was not correctly fixed on Friday. Feeling rather frustrated. Hope this is not going to be an on going issue.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @virginmedia yet again you’re letting your customers down. Internet down, no one answering phones. No messages put out on social media to explain what’s happening. People are expected to stay in and this level of service doesn’t help. I’m trying to work at home but can’t. 🤬

    @virginmedia Our internet service for our street has been down since Tuesday the 10th of Jan. Not just one house! It’s this whole street! It is very poor customer service that Virgin Media still has not resolve this issue after 5 days!

    @mdf200 @virginmedia If it's an option in your area I'd highly recommend @BrawBandHome (I'm not sure how much of Scotland they've covered yet) I constantly had those same issues with Virgin and BT and after 2 years haven't had any problems with brawband whatsoever
