@virginmedia my mums phone does not work I’ve phoned your so called help line waste of time she is 90 has had a stroke unable to get your operators to understand her has had a letter saying she needs a technician to update her phone line. Now her life line doesn’t work 🤬🤬🤬

@virginmedia Well after the services going again today, virgin media appeared a my door ( my property was ' doing lots of noise at the junction') fixed an issue with my hub and now its never been so fast!! Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

@virginmedia Hi - so the fault that is still ongoing, 24 hours+ now, and the fault line said would fixed by 11pm last night. Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

@virginmedia Hi the issue was with the phone line so a new line was installed although not the way the initial technician suggested. It’s the fact I was reassured twice they would be the first call. They have been up since 7 and virgin is now not coming since 1pm

@virginmedia Last night pinhole reboot, plus unconnected everything and reset, worked for 10 mins then cut off, couldn't even login to Netflix upstairs or firestick homepage wouldnt load

@virginmedia There are no local problems - I checked yesterday - also my account detail's show my next Virgin bill due next week has had the Netflix subscription removed by you & my Netflix account shows it was last paid in May. I'll try a reboot & see what happens - thank you
