  @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

  @Benleo @virginmedia I'm surprised that an investigative journalist even accepted these conditions in the 1st place. VM has an awful reputation for this kind of behaviour which is widely known. Sorry this happened to you but it was to be expected
