    @virginmedia Thanks - but that phone line isn’t recognising when I enter digits on the key pad - so is useless.your website still says ‘no issues’ after more than 4 hours of no internet connection.

    @virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

    @virginmedia Yeah. Done all that a number times. I've spoken to tech support. Awaiting an engineer call. I'll leave this conversation here. Appreciate your attention but running those tests will just get me to the book an appointment or thrown out. I've run them a lot. Thanks. Ttfn

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    @virginmedia I have been constantly looking at the site and it keeps telling me there are no issues. It only appears to be WiFi that is an issue

    @virginmedia so,issues in my area today, service status said fixed by 6pm,my internet/some tv stations still not working, service status says no issues, rebooted the Internet router....whats the next step?!

    @virginmedia my mums phone does not work I’ve phoned your so called help line waste of time she is 90 has had a stroke unable to get your operators to understand her has had a letter saying she needs a technician to update her phone line. Now her life line doesn’t work 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Well after the services going again today, virgin media appeared a my door ( my property was ' doing lots of noise at the junction') fixed an issue with my hub and now its never been so fast!! Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

    I have a go at customer service a lot, but with the move @virginmedia were great, @thameswater exemplary, @SouthernWater a great guy on customer helpline and Test Valley Council efficient and personable. It can be done, you know.

    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

    So @virginmedia just ignore attempts to contact them on here, meaning a spam/fraud account replies in the comments to try and catch people out. In the absence of any actual help or comms from the official account, people will be caught out. And the website is broken so there's no other way to contact (phones are jam packed)

    @virginmedia I have been trying to contact VM since Thursday to sort out contract. Waited on the phone 2+ hours and got disconnected. Then spoke to someone saying they have technical issues. Now my bill has been issued at a higher price because I cant get through to you 😡

    @virginmedia I am a new customer. Today I received home start kit. I have plugged in the router and it isn't connecting to the internet. I received a text message, saying 'due to a technical fault we can't activate your kit, contact us on live chat'.... can’t get through on chat.

    Hi @VirginMedia, my account has been locked and I’ve been trying to contact support for 2 days now with no response. Calls are not being answered at all. I urgently need help setting up my new WiFi device. This level of support is really disappointing. Have no option 👎
