@virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

@virginmedia Well after the services going again today, virgin media appeared a my door ( my property was ' doing lots of noise at the junction') fixed an issue with my hub and now its never been so fast!! Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

@virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

@virginmedia I cannot get in touch with anyone everytime I try it gives me an automated message that they will do a test and is followed by the request to reset my router. It does not work the router is terrible and so is the app. One of your engineers told me that the app is hopeless.

@highkeyhateme i struggled with pretty bad wifi for a few months because virgin media wifi would always go down but if you go into amazon and search up ‘powerline wifi extender’ you should find something heavenly and will work miracles. just plug it into a socket near you and it fixes it
