    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @virginmedia yet again you’re letting your customers down. Internet down, no one answering phones. No messages put out on social media to explain what’s happening. People are expected to stay in and this level of service doesn’t help. I’m trying to work at home but can’t. 🤬

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia Hi - I have done this and it doesn’t work. The broadband has been down since midnight and there seems to be thousands of other people with the same issue. It looks to be a fault your end. Please instigate a fix.

    Hello @virginmedia, we are having significant issues with your customer service team. They keep messing up legal contracts and then have now removed a package we pay for. This is ridiculous. An agent just now put us on mute in the middle of a conversation and didn't return.

    @virginmedia My mother was duped into subscribing for Gadget rescue when all that was needed was a reset of her email. She has been trying to get a refund for two weeks! Outrageous behaviour and continually dropping her on calls is just poor practice. Your service team say if the call drops

    @virginmedia Yes. I was informed that removing the splitter would improve the speed/connection/interference but issue is the same. I only have broadband. No Phone. No Tv.
