    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

    @virginmedia Lol. I pay for 500mb. Even on a wired connection lucky to get 50. WiFi, lucky to get 10. An no repositions router doesn’t work. I have devices in the same room as router and they are just as bad. WiFi just stops working several times a day.

    @virginmedia The virgin bad experience continues, put on hold for ever then hangs up. Call back and the staff are as frustrated as me. I just want to cancel to make sure I can continue home schooling! Wanted to stay with virgin but was running out of time because virgin didn't get back to me

    @virginmedia We found dour that it's an issue with your software everytime we try to put the hub 3 into modem mode its shuts down and red lights, the we have to press the reset button on thr back to get it working again, how can we get around this?

    @katerussell @virginmedia I have work colleagues on Virgin that have regular drops in performance during the day. So becomes unusable when on MS Teams calls etc. Why I stay with BT as never had bad problems like I hear from people I know.

    @virginmedia The most unreliable internet in the land.Been awful for so long and yet no one answers your call centre unless you wait online for hours only to be cut off and left in limbo. Pay for 250 mbps and sometime get 0.5 or nothing. Had to switch to 4g to write this as my wifi is so slow
