Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem
