    @virginmedia Hi - I have done this and it doesn’t work. The broadband has been down since midnight and there seems to be thousands of other people with the same issue. It looks to be a fault your end. Please instigate a fix.

    @virginmedia tv service was down on Friday & again today, so I assume the issue was not correctly fixed on Friday. Feeling rather frustrated. Hope this is not going to be an on going issue.

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately Virgin media have to many people who work for them who do not have a clue. Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

    @virginmedia Called the number like you said about was told there are no faults but have a broken tv picture so clearly there is an issue. Service statues not working and now been told that everyone is too busy to take my call. Just be honest and tell everyone there is a problem

    @virginmedia We checked yesterday over the phone. There is no fault. Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

    @virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

    @virginmedia it seems to be pretty random, since the signal strength doesn’t seem to be the problem because i’m not disconnecting from the wifi but its just gets excruciatingly a few times throughout the day

    @virginmedia No she wasn’t aware of it at all, the customer service was appalling until we finally sorted a package with a really helpful girl named Jackie but now we’re back to square 1. I’m unable to help my parents as I live in a different county now.they aren’t tech savvy so very upset.

    I dont make many mistakes but going back to @virginmedia was a massive mistake.i pay for top spec broadband and get the equivalent of dial up absolute toilet service again should have stayed with sky

    @virginmedia there are still loads of dead spots around the house, there wasn’t this problem until recently. i know there isn’t a guaranteed internet speed but sometimes it literally drop to around kilobyte download speeds

    @virginmedia hi, have been experiencing constant issues with internet dropping out, making working from impossible. This has been going on for a number of months. I tried to convince my boyfriend not to renew but he wasn’t having it, for this exact reason! Help :(!! Thanks 😊

    @virginmedia Hi, our broadband is failing a lot today, but the service status is clear, we've restarted the router, I can see the wifi signal itself is ok - connectivity still bad.
