Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

Now the fault line says it’s being worked on - and no update for residents….please advise what is going on and an ETA for the fix? Thanks

Each time they confirmed I was eligible but told me they couldn’t do it from their end. Each time they tried to “put me through” to another department (mobile, oomph, customer services), it was a dead end.

Whoever is his ISP (such as virgin media, BT, Talk Talk, Vodaphone etc), will have the records!
