    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    @virginmedia Yeah. Done all that a number times. I've spoken to tech support. Awaiting an engineer call. I'll leave this conversation here. Appreciate your attention but running those tests will just get me to the book an appointment or thrown out. I've run them a lot. Thanks. Ttfn

    @virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

    @virginmedia Absolute rubbish. I’ve been a customer since the days of Jones, then NTL & now VM and I’ve not received a single benefit from being a loyal customer of, probably 20+ years. Just treated with distain.

    @virginmedia Hi, thank you for getting back to me. The app shows that there are no POD available (although the pod is flashing and everything). I have read the community and there were other people with similar issues and apparently it was just a case of activating the POD onto the new hub.

    @virginmedia FFS, read the tweets rather than just asking standard questions. I’ve reported it, I’ve had engineers, I’m logging it. The only thing you do is send me bills and acknowledge you have a problem. For months now this remains the typical #VirginMedia service. #FAIL
