    @virginmedia Yeah. Done all that a number times. I've spoken to tech support. Awaiting an engineer call. I'll leave this conversation here. Appreciate your attention but running those tests will just get me to the book an appointment or thrown out. I've run them a lot. Thanks. Ttfn

    @virginmedia OK — you need to do better at this — I shouldn’t be wasting my time telling you there is a problem — you should know this before I do and tell me without going through tests — it’s clearly affecting multiple users

    @virginmedia I have been constantly looking at the site and it keeps telling me there are no issues. It only appears to be WiFi that is an issue

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia I have had to ring again and despite being told I had cleared the required amount to get my service back and they said that I needed to pay more! Also the lady i spoke to this morning said my service was back but it was not I am not a happy with this with false information!

    @virginmedia Well I still have WiFi so that’s not going to help, just no Ethernet I’ve rebooted several times. But I can see on my switch it doesn’t look right and on a reboot it connects for a few minutes but I cannot get out to the web then goes and that’s probably down dns/gateway problem.

    @virginmedia your website says there doesn’t seem to be a problem in my area yet my tv has just switched itself off and when says it’s restarting is asking me to connect my box to the tv with the Ethernet cable. It’s all connected and not been an issue since it turned itself off!

    @rogerpsan @virginmedia Sounds like you got a good one there, we have them for our internet but they made a right mess when we tried to take TV services with them, as I am disabled I needed an engineer visit who never came but they happily carried on charging me and telling me I had TV with them.
