    @virginmedia Well after the services going again today, virgin media appeared a my door ( my property was ' doing lots of noise at the junction') fixed an issue with my hub and now its never been so fast!! Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia I have been constantly looking at the site and it keeps telling me there are no issues. It only appears to be WiFi that is an issue

    @virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @virginmedia No I’m disputing a “contract” that we’ve been wrongly put in, so I said cancel contract, they said they’d be a discon fee which we’re not happy abt as we never entered into said contract, you have no proof we did and it’s your word against ours

    @virginmedia I’m using the hub 3 in Mindel mode and my Netgear nighthawk router is optimized already so that’s not the issue. This is not the issue and I have a booster although not needed. Problem happens in same room as router so it’s an connection supply issue your side

    @virginmedia your broadband speeds and response and diagnostics to technical faults this last month are awful. Called yesterday and the customer service guy ended up shouting at me. Got to say very poor and I got the impression the guy didn't care

    @virginmedia Busy is not an excuse for the service I’ve received so far. I’ve tried the text service also. After the first few texts I got blanked by your team on that forum also. I have the text conversation as evidence of just how poor it was.

    @virginmedia It’s all our devices. Four people, with 2 devices each. We have called you guys soooo many times to get you to sort it, we’ve been told it’s fine, no issue, then someone came to the box and fixed something, it seemed fine, now tragic consistency and no new modem as promised

    @virginmedia I believe it’s a whole, acting up the entire weekend and then today. Everyone in my house and going online it’s the same for a whole lot more people with the same issue. On stream while playing constantly wifi connections and it got disconnected on the weekend. Had to stop today.
