Called them yesterday about a bill issue took 2 people to sort and over 15 minutes just because the first person did not have a clue what I was on about. They need more training

Virgin sent us a text with planned maintenance for SP4 7RG and advised we would receive a text when it was completed. No text no service. But thank you for your quick response

Broadband has been unstable all day with random behaviour. MS Teams working but streaming not, like it’s TCP/UPD port blocking. Started at 9.17 reboot not helped.
