    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia so,issues in my area today, service status said fixed by 6pm,my internet/some tv stations still not working, service status says no issues, rebooted the Internet router....whats the next step?!

    @virginmedia stop bragging about lightning fast broadband, the WiFi’s down every two days and it’s constantly slower than a retirement home 100m sprint and you have continued to do nothing about it. *********

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @Vyvyan_punk @virginmedia yep — bouncing around here on M500 plan — 500+ down and jumps between 0.59 and 28mbps up. Zero help from @virginmedia apart from running speedtests

    @virginmedia Well after the services going again today, virgin media appeared a my door ( my property was ' doing lots of noise at the junction') fixed an issue with my hub and now its never been so fast!! Ive never seen so many virgin media vans in my area!

    @virginmedia Phones up to be told we are a ‘low priority‘ case, nice to hear, still not working and told it won’t be fixed until next week. But asking me for £20 a month more now for the same service. Might have to give Sky a ring....

    So @virginmedia customer service is appalling! Was told I had a default, which they had never made any attempt to contact me about. Called and was told I was up to date and to email to get it removed. They replied to email to say that I had to pay despite being told on the 1/2

    @virginmedia No Internet or TV since Monday 13th June, engineer came out today Thursday 16th June checked all the devices and wireing and all good, yet still no service and no explanation or timeline for things to be up and running again.

    @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Virgin are terrible to try and talk to about any problems, i got really lucky and ended up talking to a member of the board who corrected it for me despite another board member trying to reverse it.
