    @virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.

    @virginmedia tried to contact Virgin media for days! We had no internet for last Saturday, Sunday , Tuesday in the area . You call and it will not let you contact to anyone as it’s a complex problem in the area. Anyone know a better provider I’ve totally had enough.

    @virginmedia so you booked an engineer to come and fix the cable, yet the engineer has just arrived and can only look at the job! What an absolute ridiculous way of working. I told you on the phone that wire had been broke, why send someone who can’t complete the job!

    @virginmedia It’s ok I’ve managed to get around my dad’s security question - it was an issue with the lower / upper case. I’ve updated his password and his email is now receiving emails on his phone and iPad - I think we’re ok. Frustrating that the live chat sent him around in circles

    @yicker @virginmedia Had the same thing when my Gran was poorly, trying to explain to HMRC why they couldn’t visit her for an assessment - eventually I had to say “look, she’s dying” Bloody awful . Hope you’re ok xxx

    @virginmedia Down for both. Yesterday for about 2.5 hours. Today it went down for 30 minutes and again go down, so far, 15 minutes and counting. App/Website says estimated fix 3pm.

    over an hour, and 3 calls into @virginmedia to get to a monthly fee that's just a bit above what a new customer would pay - which still baffles me. But given the prevalence of 'full fibre' suppliers arriving in the South Bucks area, I expect the call in July 2022 is to cancel!

    @virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

    @virginmedia I’ve done that on the app and all says is “we’re trying to sort it out for you”, but no other info. Can you DM me and get someone to call me to sort this out? If they can remotely reboot his router that may help?
