    @virginmedia I don't have any wired devices. The service has just been lost again. When the service is lost one of the green lights on my TiVo box starts to flash, but TV service remains normal

    @virginmedia Hi .. no my dad is complety deaf and has a brain injury so my mum had to deal with these sort of things and is not in good health herself. She wanted to cancel from the 19th April as I have found her another supplier that can give her what she has now with you for half the price.

    @virginmedia Yes, they've cancelled and arranged for a disconnection. I was expected to have my VM router delivered tomorrow, but not sure that'll be possible now and I'll be without Wifi indefinitely until my issues resolved.

    @virginmedia My elderly dad yesterday called Support, has old 2018 Tivo, struggle to run NetFlix and iPlayer. Agent pushy & unhelpful, resisted req. to speak to supervisor, asked to speak to my dad then shut him down, he couldnt understand her accent. How to get more modern box?

    @virginmedia Final agent grasping at straws offered me £10 apology but not the compensation, an upgrade but not compensation. Then started making things up about intermittent loss of service so I was not entitled: still not true.
