Set the @virginmedia hub 4 up and is performing worse than the previous. Watching the boxing via sky go and keeps stalling and buffering. Also before when checked the speed it was 20mb when pay for 100mb. Waste of money as never get what pay for.

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • anthony_murphy1 Anthony Murphy (@anthony_murphy1) reported

@virginmedia You will happily send me a new Hub 3, but that still means I need a 20m cable running through my house to get a stable connection in the room above the router. You have sent my long term virgin friends a new hub 4 without asking so why not me who is having actual issues?

  • AntMelvin Anthony Melvin (@AntMelvin) reported

@virginmedia I did try getting through to you this afternoon to see if anything could be done before escalating but the waiting time was over an hour and I've spent long enough trying to resolve this quite simple problem.

  • ChrisLoe Chris Loe (@ChrisLoe) reported

@virginmedia why are you holding your customers hostage? I can’t get through to cancel my contract given your outrageous new prices. @Ofcom you should take note.

  • DarrenL8770 Darren Leavens (@DarrenL8770) reported

@virginmedia Please explain to me how you can justify a price increase to my current package when you broadband despite having boosters constantly drops out? The tv is all repeats or plus 1 channels. The customer service non-existent! So please explain the increase!

  • stillpoetry STILLPOETRY PHOTOGRAPHY (@stillpoetry) reported

@virginmedia I've contacted you twice on that number via land-line, twice the automated system runs some tests. I get disconnected of course, but then that's it. Theres no option to speak to someone, as the problem continues. Ive got cut off from two more NHS meetings.

  • KirstinPettet mummyteachercatmummy (@KirstinPettet) reported

@virginmedia We were told within 24 hours (didn’t happen) then 2 hours. Then 1 hour then a supervisor was going to call. Then 4 hours.. All this off the back of us chasing via the messenger service. This started Monday and took until last night before we got a call

  • PammyVegas21 Pamela Lavell (@PammyVegas21) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia I was going to go to a better provider but was assured that the price was guaranteed until May 2021. You have broken the terms of the contract AGAIN. How many mature citizens who aren’t as computer savvy get ripped off by you? How is this being allowed to happen? Shame on you

  • TheBenWoodcock Benjamin Woodcock (@TheBenWoodcock) reported from Swansea, Wales

@virginmedia im getting really annoyed with your mobile service as I cannot receive any automated text messages (which makes 2FA for some stuff impossible). This is an ongoing issue. Also unable to get through to 150

  • tobypriceis 🔶 Toby Price #FBPE #blacklivesmatter #LDCF ✝️ (@tobypriceis) reported

@virginmedia Tried to call you several times and just wait and wait (90 minutes waiting so far). Your wifi is simply not good enough. I started my service less than a month ago and I'm going to have to leave unless you can do something. Your support team said you could not!

  • jericho1973 Harvey (@jericho1973) reported

@virginmedia Yes I've done all that many many times and phoned your automated service and they check the line and tell me its fine but ten mins later it drops out. I can't even phone for advice cos I've a voip phone and it disconnects when the net drops out. Can you send a new hub
