They ended up giving me 1 Gig for the price of 500mg & a hub4 because they couldn’t fix it. Took me about 10 hours & years off my life to sort out. Nightmare.

Unsure what they would have done at the property anyway when it looks like an issue with the service to my property and others. Can’t you check Wa74rf postcode service supply?

Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine

As soon as my wife uses her laptop everything else in the house stop working, Xbox, streaming, even phones. I have 350 GB package and was told I need to upgrade my package to the top one to “fix” the issue. 10 plus calls, hours on hold been past from different departments, engineer visits that don’t turn up and engineers that turn up and say there is a issue with it and someone will be touch when it’s fixed. £40 goodwill I was offered and a call 2 months ago, I’ve even up trying.

You can use a Consumer Rights Template from Citizens Advice. Escalate to a Communications Ombudsman if the company rejects your claim or fails to resolve it within 8 weeks.
