@virginmedia Tues realised we’d been hacked via phishing email. Contacted Customer Service everyday for help & they have been useless. Told us they would turn our emails off for 48hrs to secure it. They’re can’t now get us back on despite 📞over an hr.😡

@caffyhank @virginmedia They are shite. I left them 2 weeks ago due to the same issue. 100mb and was getting like 2mb. Although when I phoned up a few days before disconnection, they messed with my settings and I got 100mb!!

@virginmedia you provide a broadband service that goes down once a day, a phone services that goes down once a month and then when customers put up with this for the entirety of their 18 month contract, at the end of this you put the price up by almost a third. #unacceptable
