    @virginmedia The last time I was talking to a man I explained all that had happened and said it is 1.30am here and I want to get it sorted and he hung up. It seems to be working ok now so that's why I think its the weather but I must say you need to revise your customer support

    Superfast broadband you say @virginmedia but no connection for virtually the past 2 days in the WA7 area. Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles

    @virginmedia your network has been down most of the day to more than just some of your customers!! My 12 year old daughter unable to phone/message me and I’m unable to track her T1 diabetes levels which requires data. Shocking you are not treating this with higher priority!

    @virginmedia Hi was supposed to be yesterday between 12-4 but got a text on Friday night saying issue has been solved. So they did not come out even though they didn't say they were not coming and I waited in for them. I think I have a faulty hub tbh

    @virginmedia Simply by reconnecting my services after saying that you were happy to rearrange the bill payment date and my services would be unaffected. I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

    @virginmedia I think it was the bad weather we had last night affecting the signal. The first time I rang up the lady I spoke to was ok then she asked me to get Google up on another device so I went to get it when I got back she had gone. I told her to hang on while I got the device 1/3

    @virginmedia I cannot believe you are putting the price up again and claiming it is ultra reliable when I've had nothing but an unpredictable signal since getting the hub. It's not worth £25 let alone £27.50

    @virginmedia @natashaoneill_ We’re getting sick of saying this. It’s NOT the customer’s responsibility to contact YODEL. Virgin hired them. Contract is with Virgin. All YODEL will do is tell the customer to contact Virgin. Stop lying to customers.

    @virginmedia I’ve just ran the online test and been told there’s no issues but I still can’t get connected from my bedrooms or toilets so obviously there is an issue. Oh and I’ve also just been kicked from the live that too by the idiot person I was talking too! This happens all the time!

    @virginmedia Just waited half 1/2 hour on your "customer service" 1908 line. Line goes dead as I'm explaining my issue that doesn't fit one of your boxes. No-one rings back. It's like you are using technology WhatsApp etc.. to hide from your customers. Any chance you could help?

    @KatherineMcKeen @virginmedia We moved and tried to get virgin installed. Several failed attempts to do external and internal work! Gave up, emailed the CEO and went to sky! Never been happier. Customer care was horrific. Hope you do t have anymore issues.

    @virginmedia It does it all the time and we have to unplug and plug the box back in. The remote is also very slow and laggy. It’s just very frustrating for something that’s so expensive monthly

    @virginmedia Though this photo and that engineer finding this issue is quite vindicating. Especially after one of VM's Call Centre Agents shouted at me telling me there wasn't anything wrong with my connection and they weren't sending anyone out.

    @virginmedia This is the correct complaint ref- C-0206211109. I have spoken to your advisor yesterday and have been informed there is no such thing as a Fields Team who will come out and fix the damages however you want me to pay for someone to come out at a cost at £90
