@virginmedia HELP!!!! I have had not TV service for nearly 9 hours with fault code W102 on both the TiVo boxes. I have reset the Hub and rebooted both boxes, checked all the cabling and still nothing. My postcode start WA7. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!

@virginmedia checked this and currently it says no issues,there clearly is a issue as this is not an isolated incident and is affecting others closeby. Unless you can actually do anything that may solve or attempt to solve the issue dont bother replying because your just giving me lip service

@virginmedia so you booked an engineer to come and fix the cable, yet the engineer has just arrived and can only look at the job! What an absolute ridiculous way of working. I told you on the phone that wire had been broke, why send someone who can’t complete the job!

@virginmedia I have been trying to resolve my issues with the service yet no action has been taken. I have needed to get unlimited data through my phone contract due to me not being able to use your service. 26 days in and it only worked for a couple of days without interruption.

@virginmedia Are there not 2 sides to a contract? It is on every device rendering your services useless. Been phoning CS for 6 months with no avail. And you are refusing to take any blame and expect me to pay £140 of what’s left of a £216 contract. Is this how you treat all of your customers?
