@AidyDews @ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia That’s exactly what happened to me. Upgraded to 500mg and the speed/coverage got worse. They ended up giving me 1 Gig for the price of 500mg & a hub4 because they couldn’t fix it. Took me about 10 hours & years off my life to sort out. Nightmare.

Hard to accept an email from @virginmedia stated our new 360 box is £27 cheaper for new customers, but we’re an existing customer so we have to pay more. They may as well have signed off the email with ‘f*ck you’.

@virginmedia I have checked and rebooted but says nothing wrong, we can have 10 devices connected at any 1 time and never had a problem till last week when internet just turned off randomly an since then ots been on, off, on, off,on,off all day

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia Absolutely incompetent. Takes an hour to speak to someone, they then tell you you’re through to the wrong dept and pass you back in the queue. Took me 2 months to sort my internet out recently. Awful service.

Really not at all impressed with @virginmedia I’m not a customer, but called them this morning about someone using my identity for one of their accounts. Said they’d put me through, but just been cut off after 41 minutes on hold. Do they take ID fraud seriously?

@virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

@virginmedia how difficult it was trying to cancel a contract that's got less than 2 weeks left to run. Cant be charging people to cancel a contract with that amount of time. Plus you took more money off me last bill. Ridiculous customer service

@virginmedia That’s to be expected. Every Virgin Media team member has failed to support my formal complaint which i was PROMISED a call back within 24 hours and I’m expected to keep chasing a month later. I will deal with this myself.

To add insult to the injury that is 2020, Virgin Media is down in out area and we've not had telly or WiFi for 24 hours and it's still not fixed. I'm a new mum in a pandemic, telly is all I have!!!!!!
