@virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia I switched to Toob a few months back. So far, no service interruptions, a higher broadband speed and £25 a month instead of £65. Can't speak for customer service if it goes wrong but, so far, very happy.
