    @virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

    @virginmedia I'm giving you formal notification that complaint C-140822711 is unresolved. Seems that different VM teams need to talk to each other. Your problem if you need to have your customer service internal communication failures exposed in public before your management do anything.

    @virginmedia We received the remote two weeks ago. Understand account holder action, however when I called to renew this wasn’t an issue. When I’m called on my home phone for an incident I’ve reported and get told your not the primary account holder it boils my *iss.

    @virginmedia I’m on a phone rather than tablet or computer. Just simply asking is there an issue in my postcode area with the new software. Before it was escalated to estuary and force of the update was carried out.

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia I switched to Toob a few months back. So far, no service interruptions, a higher broadband speed and £25 a month instead of £65. Can't speak for customer service if it goes wrong but, so far, very happy.
