    Really not at all impressed with @virginmedia I’m not a customer, but called them this morning about someone using my identity for one of their accounts. Said they’d put me through, but just been cut off after 41 minutes on hold. Do they take ID fraud seriously?

    @virginmedia Just so you know, I’m still waiting. You don’t appear to take potential ID fraud very seriously at all. Terrible service from @virginmedia I’m not a customer, but after this I’m unlikely to ever be. #IDfraud

    Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

    @virginmedia All tests so no problems but nothing loads on my phone, my google home hub keeps disconnecting, computer doesn’t work and Netflix is always buffering

    @virginmedia so you booked an engineer to come and fix the cable, yet the engineer has just arrived and can only look at the job! What an absolute ridiculous way of working. I told you on the phone that wire had been broke, why send someone who can’t complete the job!

    @virginmedia Last night. Told they would text me a service link which will keep me up to date. Haven't recieved this text. Said they had no idea when the fault will be repaired.

    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia I've got my virgin fibre and phone connection being set up on Thursday. I'm currently with Vodafone, do I need to cancel with them before Thursday or can I wait til after I'm set up with you so I'm not without a service.

    @virginmedia Spoke to a lovely help desk person … unfortunately little he could do .. awaiting an engineer .. your status update has been infuriating offering fix times and saying the issue has been resolved .. yet all Virgin customers in my estate have no connection @virginmedia

    Finally have Internet again! Don't believe a word @virginmedia customer service say. I was lied to repeatedly over 3 days...put through to departments that weren't open or even the right department AND LEFT ON HOLD...told I would be called back but never was. See the pattern?

    @virginmedia you have mistakenly closed down my account without any email, test, call or letter to even notify me. I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service being transferred around without anyone being able to help. You’ve mistakenly put a “gone away” code on my acc

    @virginmedia I connected directly with ethernet in past, i can't remember, but im sure was issue there, so i have another ethernet cable coming to try direct connection again, i am in a flat, the router is in same room as main telly, so nothing to do with that
