    @virginmedia I've got my virgin fibre and phone connection being set up on Thursday. I'm currently with Vodafone, do I need to cancel with them before Thursday or can I wait til after I'm set up with you so I'm not without a service.

    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

    @virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

    @BTGroup Never again will I choose BT. Worst ever experienced. In a nutshell left Virgin Media after a decade to take on BT package. Bad desicion. Worst ever customer service. Delays to sort out issue. Resulting to going back to Virgin.

    @virginmedia No. I am also extremely angry that no compensation is offered until your service is off for 48 hours. So off for several hours on most days is considered OK? @Ofcom how can you justify this? Virgin media is so expensive and should be better.

    Really looking forward to out contract with @virginmedia to expire. Come back Sky at broadband didn’t crash out every single day and need reboot. They’ve tried fixing it loads of times then back to square one. We pay a small fortune and keep being without a service.

    @virginmedia My partner swapped sims yesterday and now cannot text or make calls outbound calls. I can ring her though on a new virgin number ( but not her old one anymore). Is there an issue with your mobile network?

    @virginmedia Oh there's never an area fault on your website. But when I use Ookla or 3rd party websites there are people who are having similar issues.
