    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia hi I think this is a known problem in the virgin WiFi box my WiFi light keeps flashing green I have hold down the wps button and the problem will temporarily fix but the problem will return softly after

    @virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

    @virginmedia @nickkingtwo Completely agree with this, the picture quality on my oled is terrible and certainly not what I'd consider hd. I initially thought it was the tv but bt sport ultimate on the same settings is a million times better. Really not what I expect when paying a huge amount each month

    @virginmedia I am not willing to communicate? You don't know how patient we have been. Ongoing problems since May June this year is beyond a joke. Not getting calls back, 3 different engineers slagging the work of previous one off, being given the forum details to solve YOUR problem/fault.

    @virginmedia None of this helped. I would like to call and talk to a real human being because I have been without WiFi for half the month and I refuse to pay for a full month of service. I am a student and every single night without fail I go without internet access during crucial hours.
