    Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

    @virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

    @virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia hi I think this is a known problem in the virgin WiFi box my WiFi light keeps flashing green I have hold down the wps button and the problem will temporarily fix but the problem will return softly after

    @virginmedia No still can’t get hold of them. Tried the auto bot chat and it told me I was in a queue could be up to 4 hours this is now day 3. Service is appalling. Internet is bad. I just need a new router. Unable to watched Netflix or Disney plus both of which we pay extra for.

    @virginmedia Since last post, service no better, even worse if that is possible. Last night, about 8 o’clock lost internet connection. Unsatisfying service, as we are paying for full package. Am looking at other suppliers to see if this is cheaper and better.

    @virginmedia So we are not just going to write it off as a bad job. Plus my mam finds it hard to understand the persons at the other end of the phone and why they ask for her bank details all we asked was to post out her password for her mobile account.

    What a crappy service @virginmedia! You didn't send the new TV Box but sent only the cables. What should I connect the cable to? Old TiVo Box is incompatible! No help despite calling a few times and waiting in the queue an hour each time.

    @virginmedia following transfer of an account from my son to myself, your on-line account system has somewhere retained my son’s email, so two email addresses appear in the drop down box for account selection. This means you a/c set up email doesn’t work - who will sort this out?

    @virginmedia The whole street has been having problems all week. However your service status did not reflect this. And your Twitter feed didn’t either. It has been impossible to work. I think you have sorted out the problems now, thank you. But a VERY frustrating week.
