@virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

@virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

@virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

@virginmedia Yea its been so bad in the end a refund of 117 pounds and us migrating to another internet provider. customer service shockingly bad. We are not leaving because of price but one hand doesnt know what the other is doing staff have little or no knowledge.

@virginmedia Amazing! After a 20minute hold, i got through. I ring up to cancel and within 2 minutes the date is changed! So I've had to pay a silly game of cancelling to get customer service! THIS HAS TAKEN ME 2 DAYS!

Hay @virginmedia - how come you have managed to disable the router at my dads business for the second time in a week & this time no one can turn it back on. Been on the phone for hours today to sort but getting nowhere. Can’t swap to new router yet, but old one disabled. Help!
