    @virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

    Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

    @virginmedia No! As tweet read, I'm still waiting for callback from a "manager". I do not want to talk as the appalling way I was spoken to was awful. I had to ask the male to change his tone as it was very aggressive whilst I was speaking to him in a courteous manner.

    @virginmedia Can someone clarify what the time period is to give notice of cancellation of service prior to the end of your contract. I called a week back to be told within 60 days, which I tried to do today, to be told is has to be 30 days.

    @fuzzweed @Daz555 @virginmedia Speaking from experience, I never really had any problems here with dropped connections or speed.Never had to reboot modem or any outages in recent memory. Been on same connection since Telewest owned the line in early 2000s. 4 Meg then 1Gig now, and less than 3/4 outages.
