@virginmedia hi I think this is a known problem in the virgin WiFi box my WiFi light keeps flashing green I have hold down the wps button and the problem will temporarily fix but the problem will return softly after

@virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

@virginmedia your trains are a joke! Whatis the point of reserving 4 seats as a family and having confirmation of my seat numbers, then when getting on the train it says unreserved and i have rude people refusing to move out of seats so i cannot sit with my family!! Terrible

@virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

@virginmedia I cannot believe you are putting the price up again and claiming it is ultra reliable when I've had nothing but an unpredictable signal since getting the hub. It's not worth £25 let alone £27.50

@virginmedia if I use a TP Link powerline adapter (one TP Link unit connected to hub by ethernet, one TP Link unit connected to PC by ethernet), I get a steady signal. If I connect the PC directly to the router via the ethernet cable, the connection cuts every 5 mins. Solution?

@chloemphoto @virginmedia Even if the ethernet works, the WiFi issues are still there and you need it sorting. It's in the @virginmedia contract to ensure all equipment is working and functioning as it should. Faulty equipment should be replaced and remember, you're paying for the service.

They won't be able to do anything against you for doing so because you have evidence of trying to cancel your package and not being allowed.

@virginmedia talk to someone about my complaint. You've emailed me saying you tried to reach me, which you didn't, I've had no missed calls and only have my mobile listed with you. I've been told multiple times that you don't have a complaints team to stop me even talking to them. Crazy.
