    @virginmedia how difficult it was trying to cancel a contract that's got less than 2 weeks left to run. Cant be charging people to cancel a contract with that amount of time. Plus you took more money off me last bill. Ridiculous customer service

    @virginmedia “Aim” means nothing. I could aim for bullseye on a dart board but get a 1 instead. Virgin media don’t look after their existing customers and don’t give them the best or even remotely good deals. That IS fact based on the poor deals I’ve been given after 30th a loyalty.

    @virginmedia Yes on 503, not on main event. It would begin to load then disappear. It is working now but that's no good for me for the first half. It's every single time without fail that it takes you ages to sort it out, can't you just sort it ahead of time??

    @virginmedia Yes which is tomorrow midnight. But this has been on going for a week where it's the same cycle on repeat and during a cost of living crisis where we are already paying large amounts for just broadband, the cost then going up, and service still being crap?

    @virginmedia It’s a nightmare whenever we have contacted you and from what I’m seeing on here, your team is either putting the phone down or the phone line connection is being lost. It would help if @virginmedia would announce you’re having problems with normal connection.
