Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

I only had Virgin Media providing "to the property" fibre, my alternatives were BT and 60mbp/s outside of them prior. Hopefully as they grow they'll reach you too

I'm not receiving that. This is a formal complaint and I expect to be reimbursed for my stress and inconvenience.
