    @virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

    @virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

    @virginmedia Have already cancelled my account after going round in circles for months. My first complaint was closed without anyone looking into it. Raised another one which I still haven’t been contacted about. Crazy

    Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

    For the sake of your sanity.. avoid @virginmedia like the plague. The worst customer service on the planet. Two months and still no broadband install. Jokers

    @virginmedia All tests so no problems but nothing loads on my phone, my google home hub keeps disconnecting, computer doesn’t work and Netflix is always buffering

    @virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

I was tempted but there are way too many people saying bad things about them. Ive heard only a handful of people slate BT. Sometimes its worth paying a bit more for the quality.

    @virginmedia hi what is the point of having an SMS update on the app and me as the customer asking for an update on service issues and not actually getting one! VM seriously need to get with it and realise like most other providers that good customer service keeps customers.

    Called @virginmedia , now a technician booked. Outages are now common, there’s little communication from @virginmedia on actual status, even the service status page is usually out of date and the call centre staff admitted to me they don’t know what’s going on.

    @virginmedia Just to help you understand. I am the account holder. We have to conduct conversations via Whatsapp. Your agent had no ability to Whatsapp my daughter or add her to the chat. Virgin mobile cannot call my daughter. Which number shall my daughter call you on please?
