Fed up of @virginmedia now. Website says no faults but we’ve been without internet all day so no TV. Phone up and and message says they know about it. Had over a month of issues but no one talks to you!! #avoidliketheplague

@virginmedia I currently pay £29 , that is rising to £51 my father pays £67.50 for the vip package as a new customer. I was offered over 120 pound for the same package plus insrallation charges so much for loyalty for someone looking to extend contract

@virginmedia All tests so no problems but nothing loads on my phone, my google home hub keeps disconnecting, computer doesn’t work and Netflix is always buffering

@virginmedia I've got my virgin fibre and phone connection being set up on Thursday. I'm currently with Vodafone, do I need to cancel with them before Thursday or can I wait til after I'm set up with you so I'm not without a service.

@virginmedia Amazon fire stick on a 4k projector. Also tried the app on the box with a 4k tv it plays but it's hard to watch.. it skips frames and picture quality is poor. Plays the standard version ok

@virginmedia joined a week ago. WiFi is crap. Sent a replacement hub. Still crap. Had several updates sent remotely. Still crap. Just phoned for the 10th time to be told there's an outage and it might be fixed soon. Although no outage shows when I test from here. Losing faith.

@ClaireJen79 @virginmedia I have this issue as well!! Didn’t have any issues until I upgraded my speed. Unfortunately I can’t get any better than 20mb from other provider so feel I’ve had to stick with them!!
